The environmentally benign method includes microwave induced organic transportation which needs a little or no solvent. Uses of solvent like pyridine, hydrochloric acid, etc. are dangerous to the environment. Keeping this thing in mind, microwave irradiation has been chosen for heating purpose so as to carry out organic reactions and no any solvent. To activate the organic reactions, the household microwave oven has been used in place of traditional method of heating. The present work is based on household microwave heating and avoiding solvents. Under microwave irradiation, hydantoins have been synthesized by a general procedure which is very simple and fast. Syntheses have been achieved only in few minutes instead of 3-4hours.The unique feature of the work is the denial of use of solvent. The yield of the products under solvent free condition was satisfactory and effective also.

Abstract: A Transdermal Drug Delivery System (TDDS) is a pharmaceutical formulation designed to deliver a specific dose of medication through the skin and into the bloodstream over a prolonged period of time. It involves applying a medicated patch or formulation to the skin surface, where the drug is absorbed through the skin layers and enters the bloodstream. This method offers advantages like avoiding the gastrointestinal tract, improving patient compliance, and providing controlled and sustained drug release. The Transdermal Drug Delivery System (TDDS) plays a significant role in modern drug administration due to its numerous advantages. One of the key benefits is improved patient compliance, as it offers a painless, non-invasive method of drug delivery that is simple and convenient to use. TDDS provides controlled and sustained release of medication, ensuring consistent drug levels in the bloodstream and reducing the frequency of dosing. To overcome the challenges, advanced drug carriers such as microspheres, microcapsule, liposomes, niosomes, nanogel and various nanoparticles have been developed. These carriers enhance drug penetration, protect active ingredients from degradation, and offer controlled and targeted drug release. TDDS play an vital role in the future of personalized medicine and advanced healthcare solutions. Therefore trans dermal drug delivery system is the fastest growing technology in the pharmaceutical industries. Index Terms - microspheres, microcapsule, liposomes, niosomes, nanogel

Abstract -The study ends with suggestions for more research aimed at enhancing VHA capabilities and examining the moral issues that arise when AI is employed to provide medical care. One of the main areas of study in computer science is artificial intelligence (AI). AI will be especially useful in ophthalmology and will significantly alter the diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for numerous eye disorders, including diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, corneal ectasias, and glaucoma, despite its widespread use in many medical specialties ..AI is being used to detect clinical conditions in medical imaging and diagnostic services, control the COVID-19 outbreak with early diagnosis, manage electronic health records, improve patient engagement and treatment plan compliance, reduce the administrative burden of healthcare professionals (HCPs), find new medications and vaccines, identify medical prescription errors, store and analyze large amounts of data, and provide technology-assisted rehabilitation. However, in integrating AI into healthcare, this science pitch addresses a number of technological, ethical, and social issues, such as privacy, safety, the right to choose and try prices, information and permission, access, and efficacy. Abstract: The Nipah virus (Niv) is a zoonitic paramyxovirus that mostly infects fruit bats and can occasionally spread to people through intermediary species like pigs. It causes severe respiratory and neurological sickness with a high fatality rate. In South and Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Singapore, Bangladesh, and India, Niv epidemics have been documented. Niv has a high case fatality rate; in certain outbreaks, mortality rates can range from 40% to 75%. Because of its capacity to cause serious illness and epidemics, as well as the lack of an effective treatment or vaccination, Niv is regarded as a high-risk virus.. The Brain is the most complex organ in the Human body. It produced our every though, Action , Memory, Feeling and Experience of the World. The parts of brain are cerebrum, Mid-Brain, Pons, medulla oblongata and cerebellum. Arterial blood supply to brain includes circulus areteriosus and its contributing arteries. It plays a vital role in maintaining a constant supply of oxygen and glucose to brain. Brain receives about 15% of the cardiac output, approximately 750 ml of blood per minutes.1 In adult, brain represents only 2% of total body weight, but consumes about 20% of the oxygen and glucose used even at rest. Typically an interruption in blood flow for 1 or 2 minutes impairs neuronal function and total deprivation of oxygen for about 4 minutes causes permanent injury. If blood entering the brain has low level of glucose, mental confusion, dizziness, convulsion and loss of consciousness may occur. The most common brain disorder is a cerebrovascular accident, also called a stroke or brain attack.2 Stroke is a term used to describe neurologic changes caused by an interruption in the blood supply to a part of the brain. Two major types of strokes are ischemic and hemorrhagic. Ischemic stroke is caused by a thrombosis or embolic blockage of blood flow to the brain. Bleeding in to the brain tissue or the subarachnoid space causes a hemorrhagic stroke. Ischemic strokes accounts for about 83% of all strokes. The remaining 17 % of strokes are haemorrhagic.

In the evolving landscape of digital education, the need for personalized, scalable, and always-available student support has led to the integration of intelligent virtual assistants. This research presents the design and development of an AI-powered adaptive chatbot for e-learning platforms, utilizing deep learning and natural language processing techniques. The chatbot employs a feedforward neural network built with PyTorch, trained on categorized intents in JSON format to understand and respond to user queries. By leveraging tokenization, stemming, and bag-of-words vectorization, the system achieves effective intent classification and real-time response generation. The chatbot addresses common student inquiries, delivers educational resources, and provides navigation support, enhancing learner engagement while reducing instructor workload. The modular and lightweight architecture ensures ease of customization and scalability, making it a valuable tool for modern e-learning environments.

This research investigates credit risk in housing, car, and personal loans at Canara Bank using machine learning methods. Credit risk remains a major concern for banks, and this study applies a Decision Tree Classifier to analyze key financial attributes influencing loan repayment patterns. The dataset, sourced from Kaggle, includes variables such as debt-to-income ratio (DTI), income, credit score, loan grade, and homeownership status. The model achieved an accuracy of 89.5%, with DTI emerging as the most influential factor, followed by loan grade and income. The findings underscore the potential of machine learning in improving credit risk evaluation, minimizing non-performing assets, and enhancing the speed and accuracy of loan approvals. This approach allows for early identification of high-risk borrowers and enables more effective, personalized lending strategies. Overall, the study offers valuable insights into modernizing credit assessment practices to strengthen financial stability and decision-making in the banking sector
