The COVID-19 pandemic crisis has altered and curtailed the landscape of education leading to a paradigm shift in the teaching-learning process. In the wake of these upending times, two gulfs have emerged unleashing and deepening the wide gap of social inequity that persists in the field of education. Covid-19 has brought the traditional classroom teaching to a standstill. Hostels/dorms are empty and schools/colleges/universities are closed. With online learning being the only prospect available to impart education in this time, it has become imperative to consider significant questions as to how education should be delivered, the challenges in the way of making it all-inclusive and whether online learning will be part of the full-time learning in the longer run. This paper is an attempt to explore these wide-ranging problems and develop a multilateral approach that is assimilated and collaborative to address the social inequities that affect the landscape of education.

The development of the internet is a platform of information storage and delivery denotes a revolution, which will have a long-lasting effect on the e-publication and distribution of information in the 21st century. The growths of IT have brought e-resources as a boon to research community, are a main source for scholarly communication. As e-resources are available online or offline including papers, review articles, scholarly communications. In the e-environment teaching, learning and research are being maintained by e-resources, are emerging as new prevailing tool. The present study aims to find out the use of digital talking books (DTB) for visually impaired peoples, M.J. Library, Ahmedabad. A well-structured questionnaire was administered to collect the primary data via Google form from respondents. Background: Fungal Corneal ulcreation is more severe than bacterial ulcers and fungal organism (bacilli) will be late to expose hence it causes delayed to diagnose and has to be confirmed by microbiological support. Method: 40 Patients of fungal corneal ulcers aged between 20 to 60 years were studied. Examination was done by slit lamp Bio microscope, visual acuity by smellers chart, Findus examination CBC, HbsAg, Microbiological test by scraping cornea, Fungal Culture was done by using saborouds dextrose agar medium. The fungal ulceration of cornea was managed by topical and systemic fungal therapy in severe cases surgical approach was done. It included Debridement of ulcer, penetrating Keratoplasty, optical penetration, conjunctival flap. Results: The highest size of ulcer was 61-100 square mm and least size was <20 Sq. mm. The most prevalent organism was 14 (35%) Fusarium followed by 11 (27.5%) Aspergillus flavus. The highest visual acuity was 20 (50%) at weeks followed by 13 (32.5%) was PLR, PR + HM. The successful healing on 45th day of treatment was 32 (80%). Conclusion: This pragmatic approach to fungal corneal ulceration with 80% successful outcome will be helpful to ophthalmologist to treat such patients efficiently as cornea is a vascular and transparent covering of Eye ball.

A strong banking sector is important for an economy. One of the most important roles that the banking sector plays is to lead the business. This is generally encouraged as a result of the transfer of funds from the system for production purposes, which also contributes to economic growth. Since everything has its pros and cons, this also applies to major businesses that carry credit risk during the course of a transaction or when the borrower fails to meet its contractual obligation. Bankruptcy in the banking sector will adversely affect another sector. Non-performing assets are a major concern for banks in India. NPAs reflect the performance of banks. The high level of NPAs indicates the high probability of a number of credit defaults affecting the bank's profitability and net worth and undermining the value of the assets. The growth of NPAs includes the need for conditions that reduce overall profits and shareholder value. The problem of non-productive assets has been widely discussed for the economy. The bank becomes a non-performing asset (NPA) when the bank fails to generate normal income such as interest on the loan. In other words, when a bank become an NPA.

With increasing industrial activities in many parts of the world, a large amount of crude oil is being consumed daily with a large number of offshore and onshore oil fields along with the transportation of crude and its product, the risk of an oil spill is increasing accordingly. An oil spill is one of the most serious pollutions that has a negative effect on the ecosystem and marine life. The researcher and oil companies are trying to take some precautions for the problem of an oil spill in sea, river or on the ground etc. A lot of work concerned removing the oil from water, there were many methods used for this task but the method described in this paper is comparatively cost-efficient and harmless for marine life. The main objective of using this method is to clean the marine with the help of the oxidation process. This method is used to separate oil from marine water in such a way that the oil removed can be reused and it does not affect marine life and maintain the ecosystem underwater. In this method, Aluminium wheels are used for removing the oil from water by making alydro.
