In building materials, natural cellulose fibers have been used to improve the strength of concrete materials. Normal concrete has relatively low tensile strength and it is normal practice to use steel bars to resist tensile forces for structural applications. The principle of using natural fibers to increase concrete's tensile, compressive and flexural strength. Flexural, compressive, and tensile strength tests have been conducted on the prepared samples by appropriate testing apparatus according to standard specifications. The current project deals with subject of addition of natural cellulose fibers to concrete in order to study the strength properties.

Diabetes is one of the most prevalent chronic diseases and its effect is increasing worldwide. This increase cannot be attributed to a single cause, but rather, to a combination of demographic, lifestyle and clinical factors. Reductions in behavioral patterns like smoking, alcohol consumption and tobacco may help in reducing the prevalence for diabetes. Changes in diagnosis criteria could also influence the number of cases that are identified. Finally, growing public and physician awareness could increase testing, and result in detection of more cases. The main objective of this study was to examine the prevalence of diabetes and risk factors associated in urban population of Jabalpur.

Public healthcare has been paid an increasing attention given the exponential growth human population and medical expenses. It is well known that an effective health monitoring system can detect abnormalities of health conditions in time and make diagnoses according to the gleaned data. As a vital approach to diagnose heart diseases, ECG monitoring is widely studied and applied. However, nearly all existing portable ECG monitoring systems cannot work without a mobile application, which is responsible for data collection and display. In this paper, we propose a new method for ECG monitoring based on Internet of-Things (IoT) techniques. Experiments are carried out on healthy volunteers in order to verify the reliability of the entire system. Experimental results reveal that the proposed system is reliable in collecting and displaying real-time ECG data, which can aid in the primary diagnosis of certain heart diseases.

Recently decentralized cloud storage platforms become the future of distributed web due to easy, reliable, robust, faster access, storing and sharing of data. In this paper we presented a comprehensive study on decentralized cloud storage IPFS, FileCoin, Sia, Swarm and Storj platforms. These platforms are the backbone of an internet due to storage of huge amount of data. From the era of Web 1.0 of centralized system to Web 2.0 decentralized approach, now Web 3.0 of distributed decentralized web with use of IPFS, Sia, and Swarm and Storj storage platforms. Interplanetary File storage and FileCoin replaced HTTP traditional protocol. They worked on the requirements of the user with online backup services. All of these cloud platforms works on needs of the user for decentralized peer to peer storage but different in their implementation part. Further this paper studied the uses, advantages, disadvantages and their issues related to decentralized file systems.

The performance of the page replacement algorithms can be improved by augmenting it with some data along with the algorithm design. This can indeed optimize the time taken for the swapping process. In this system we are augmenting two data structures with LRU page replacement algorithm, they are doubly circular linked list and hash table. Doubly circular linked list is used because the traversal between the nodes is easier and faster. Hashing is more efficient in performing optimal searches and retrievals because it increases speed, better ease of transfer, better retrieval and reduce overhead. Furthermore Hashing can reduce disk space and access time by inserting and retrieving a page from the main memory in only one seek. Further we are comparing the performance of the classical LRU page replacement algorithm with the augmented LRU page replacement algorithm in terms of runtime.

The natural integration of nanoparticles is a transformative process in the field of nanotechnology. Lanthanum nanoparticles have been used in various fields. In the present study, the extraction of bitter gourd was used to synthesize lanthanum nanoparticles. Visible UV spectroscopy was used for quantification. Integrated lanthanum nanoparticles identified by Fourier transform Spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and synthetic lanthanum nanoparticles have shown excellent anti-inflammatory activity.

Airport runways are built to exacting, internationallymandated standards. But frequent landing and take-off of flights lead to wear and tear of runways. Natural weather phenomena like rain and sun also affect the runway surface.Re-carpeting is essential for the safety of flights. All re-carpeting activities on runways are likely to lead to flights being rescheduled though they are not always cancelled or disrupted. Airport runways at all times need to be of a specified strength or Load Classification Number (LCN), which is a system of classification of the supporting capacity of pavements without cracking or becoming permanently deformed. Airport pavements are constructed to provide adequate support for the landing. In order to satisfactory, the pavement must be with quality and adequate thickness that it will not fail under the loads. In addition, it must possess sufficient inherent stability to withstand, without damage, the abrasive action of traffic, adverse weather conditions, and other deteriorating influences. To produce such pavements requires a coordination of many factors of design construction, and inspection to assure the best possible combination of available materials and a high standard of workmanship. The paper deals with the various methods involves in strengthening of runway pavement by examining the runway for a variety of issues including whether the aircraft is having a smooth ride as it lands, rubber deposits and removal, raveling observed at touchdown zone and rubber removal area, reflection cracks, patching on runway, pop outs and coarse aggregate loss, alligator cracking, surface irregularities on the line markings, shoving and uneven surface. Software results by considering number of flights along with loading damage ratio is calculated which results in thickness for re-carpeting further this ratio is considered for thickness of pavement if number of flights increase.
