This paper considers the multilabel classification problem, which is a generalization of traditional two-class or multi-class classification problems. In multilabel classification, a set of labels (categories) is given and each training instance is associated with a subset of this label-set. The task is to output the appropriate subset of labels (generally of unknown size) for a given, unknown testing instance. Some improvements to the existing neural network multilabel classification algorithm, named BP-MLL, are proposed here. The modifications concern the form of the global error function used in BP-MLL. The modified classification system is tested in the domain of functional genomics, on the yeast genome data set. Experimental results show that proposed modifications visibly improve the performance of the neural network-based multilabel classifier. The results are statistically significant.

2-D and 3-D models can be used for face recognition. The effect of light due surrounding factors can be reduced using 3-D model. But the issue with 3-D model method is that it takes large amount of time for fitting. This makes it difficult to meet real-time requirements. The algorithms usually use 2-D model for recognizing a face. These 2-D images are used for everything as the image captured can be of any distance using appropriate sensors and any illumination scenario. Whereas for capturing an image in 3-D, imaging technologies that currently work are able to do so at very short distances and also suffer from the inability to replicate complex patterns unless they get extremely close to the subject. 3-D imaging is a new technology when it comes to image capturing as its original purpose was to scan and measure objects accurately for aeronautical and scientific applications. Current commercial devices have cameras that can work well with low exposures and bad lighting situations using a combination of 2-D and 3-D imaging techniques that helps in creating incredibly detailed images. Our aim in this paper is to improve low-light camera performance using 2-D face recognition algorithms for extracting facial features captured using older security footage devices with no additional sensors. This paper is aimed to work with video streams as well as images so that plenty of learning and testing data is available to the paper.

In India, extending the banking services to the underserved and unserved sections of the society has been posing a challenge. Therefore, the concept of Small Finance Bank was concocted to address such challenge and recommended by the NachiketMor committee on financial inclusion. In tune with the Central Budget 2014-15, RBI has started licensing small banks and other differentiated banks in anticipation that they would cater to the credit needs of small businesses, unorganized sector, low income households, farmers and migrant work force. This study, in a nutshell, attempts to analyze the various parameters in the operations of the Small Finance Banks.

ABSTRACT Plant extracts and their constituents are one of the potential approaches that are used for the prevention and treatment of a large number of disorders. Herbal products and herbal food supplements are the chief components of plant extracts, those are very helpful in retaining healthiness, performing against a range of diseases and they support the good quality of being. Diabetes mellitus is, a multi factorial chronic metabolic disease causes high blood glucose level, one of them. The systematic researches of the traditional and recent herbal therapies for diabetes give precious leads for the progress of alternative new medicines and therapeutic approaches. Alternatives are required due to the incapability of modern approaches to organizing all of the pathological aspects of diabetes, and the poor availability and high cost of existing therapies for several country populations. This review summarizes the recent and traditional plants with verified antidiabetic potential in pre clinical and clinical studies for synergistic management of diabetes.

Sudden declaration of the blanket lockdown was essential to stop the adverse result of the deadly decease to the community spread. Whereas, blanket shutdown has its own downsides, but it has been proved as an impoundment measure similar to China. But, few believe that there could be alternative ways than the Lockdown. This study was carried out to investigate the issues and challenges faced by the researchers to find out the potential results to the impact of lockdown on the society.

Present urbanization required a huge variety of concretes and minimized effects of newly developed composite materials. This development leads to adverse effects on the surrounding environment. As a part of environmental concern, we have to minimize the negative effects. In my present research paper, I prepared M-50 grade of concrete by using Indian standards The development of High Strength Concrete has been a great breakthrough in Concrete Technology. High strength concrete (HSC) may be defined as concrete with a specified characteristic cube strength between 40 and 100 N/mm2, although higher strengths have been achieved and used. Strength levels of 80 to 100 N/mm2and even higher are being used for both precast and insitu works. High Strength Concrete is specified where reduced weight is important or where architectural/considerations require smaller load-carrying elements. After the preparation of specimens, I conducted the mechanical experiments after the curing periods at regular intervals, the output was correlated with the specified Indian standards and interpreted.

Background: Myocardial dysfunction in acute dengue has been documented as it causes fulminant cases such as fatal myocarditis as a sequelae of acute illness. Method: 40 (forty) adult patients aged between 20 to 45 were studied. Rapid test detection Non-structural protein-1 (NS1) and / or IgM antibody Elisa test Routine haemogram, LFT, Renal function test, chest-x-ray, USG abdomen. ECG test was performed in every patient and corroborated with clinical manifestation of Dengue fever. Results: Clinical manifestation was as per WHO guide lines. Major features were 20 (50%) abdominal pain, 16 (40%) persistent vomiting 15 (37.5%) Mucosal bleeding 12 (30%) Fluid accumulation 10 (25%) shock and ARDS, ECG had major features were 11 (15%) sinus tachycardia 30 (75%) sinus Bradycardia, 5 (12.5%) sinus rhythm, 6 (15%) first degree heart block. Conclusion: The spectrum of cardio vascular manifestations in dengue is broad ranging from myocardial impairment, arrhythmias to vascular barrier dysfunction. Hence such patient has to be treated meticulously to avoid significant morbidity and mortality.

In Ayurveda food is considered as one of Trayopstambha i.e. three pillars of life- food, sleep and celibacy. Thus Ayurveda emphasizes on importance of food to maintain health and curing diseases for promoting good health. The continuous anabolism and catabolism process in living body leads to ksharan (breakdown) which is replenished by intake of food. Acharya charaka has mention pathya as synonym of Chikitsa, hence nityaprayunjita dravyas as wholesome food if taken in right time in right quantity it will help to recover from disease conditions either alone or with other medications.
