 Abstract

The present study explore how opposite if life orientation characterised by optimism emotional positivity and supportive communication- marital adjustment among couple with different parental statuses. The research specification who have one child with couple who do not have children in order to understand whether the presence of a child influences are relationship between positively orientation and marital adjustment. Across sexual research design was used and participant completed standardised question Iyer measuring positively purientation and Marathi adjustment the result revealed that individuals who have demonstrated a stronger positively orientation tend to experience better adjustment regardless of whatever they have children. However couples with one child short slightly lower level of varietyl adjustment compared to couple without children, indicating that the responsibilities and pressure associated with parenting may introduce additional challenges into the miracle relationship . Despite these challenges , A positively orientation appears to play an important protective role by helping couples manage stress and maintain relationship satisfaction. Overall the finding suggest that encouraging optimism emotional support and constructive communication can strength miracle adjustment across different family statuses. The study also offers useful inside for miracle couple counselling and highlight area for further research in understanding me writer dynamics within an wearing family structure. The research explore how positively orientation a personality tendency reflex in optimism positive emotion and healthy interperson communications affects marital adjustment among couples with different parental situations. Across sectional research design was used and married participant completed question ire that measures their level of positively purientation and varietyl adjustment. The result show the clear positive relationship between positively purientation adjustment in both groups of couples . However, couples who had one child reportedly slightly lower level of merit adjustment compared to the Kapil without children. This suggest that the additional responsibilities and pressure associated with parenting may place strain on the miracle relationship. Despite these challenges positive liporentiation appears to function as protected factor that helps couples manage parenting related stress and maintain relationship satisfaction. The finding highlights the value of promoting positive emotion environmental effective communication within marriage. These result also provide useful inside counselling, family, focus intervention and future research on marital relationship and parenthood.

 Abstract

Microplastic pollution has become a serious environmental issue affecting oceans, rivers, and drinking water. Detecting microplastics manually under a microscope is time-consuming, costly, and prone to human error. This paper presents a low-cost and automated microplastic detection system using an ESP32-CAM module and a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based deep learning model. The system captures images of water samples, processes them using image preprocessing techniques such as adaptive thresholding and morphological operations, and identifies microplastic particles automatically. In addition to detection, the system also counts the number of particles and estimates their size using pixel-to-millimeter calibration. A web-based dashboard is developed to display live streaming, detection results, confidence percentage, statistical graphs, and downloadable PDF reports. Experimental results show that the proposed system provides accurate detection with reduced processing time and lower cost compared to traditional laboratory methods. This solution can be used for real-time environmental monitoring and scalable water quality analysis.

 Abstract

Travel has long underpinned narratives of discovery, guiding characters through uncharted lands, cultures, and selves. In The Mermaid of Black Conch, travel transcends simple relocation, unfolding instead as a layered journey of cultural identity and collective memory. Set against the Caribbean's rich yet turbulent history, the novel traces Aycayia--a Taino woman cursed to live as a mermaid--whose return to human form ignites an intricate exploration of movement through time, space, and recollection. Drawing on travel theories from Mary Louise Pratt and James Clifford, this study positions the island of Black Conch as a "contact zone" where diverse histories, traditions, and identities converge. While echoes of magical realism infuse the story, the focus here is on travel as a catalyst for personal transformation and cultural exchange. Through the intertwined paths of Aycayia and David Baptiste, the narrative shows how encounters with the unfamiliar spark empathy, self-reflection, and a deeper historical consciousness. Ultimately, this analysis argues that contemporary Caribbean literature turns travel into a dynamic narrative device, linking individual quests with enduring questions of belonging, memory, and postcolonial identity.

 Abstract

Communication between two parties needs to be secured. Data transmission can be protected from intruders if the data is appropriately enciphered. Various algorithms came into existence to address the problem. But, this paper intends to bring the superior methodology to protect the data transmission. This paper presents a key-less "JS algorithm", which readily encrypts and decrypts the data. This algorithm would not produce separate keys and eventually saves much time, memory and cost associated with key generation. The paper has introduced a concept of utilizing certain portion of its own data to create a protective coating from eavesdropper. Selection of appropriate number of rounds (up to 256) as per the security level is a major advantage associated with the algorithm. Overall, the paper tries to secure the data transfer such that it becomes near to impossible for non authorized personnel to encrypt the data. The paper presents the experimental analysis of the data in the later portion.

 Abstract

The present study used a quantitative research methodology to examine the effects of hybrid work environments on employee engagement and performance. The research used a standardized 5-point Likert scale questionnaire to gather data from a randomly chosen sample of 384 respondents, with a focus on five important variables: employee engagement, work-life balance, work arrangement flexibility, hybrid working model, and employee work. To examine the connections between the variables and evaluate both direct and indirect impacts, structural equation modelling, or SEM, was used. By raising engagement, the results show that flexible work schedules and work-life balance greatly improve employee performance, both directly and indirectly. Engagement was shown to have a crucial role in mediating the link between organizational practices and employee outcomes. The outcomes of the research are bolstered by robust reliability and validity assessments that corroborate the findings. According to the survey, companies must encourage flexibility and work-life balance as hybrid work becomes more common in order to have a highly engaged, motivated, and productive staff in a workplace that is always changing.

 Abstract

Onomatopoeia is an important part of morphological reduplication particularly under lexical reduplication. The term 'onomatopoeia' has more than a few or several variant forms including onomatopoeic, onomatopoetic and onomatopoeias. Onomatopoeia plays an important role in the development and formation of a language as it reflects the natural association between sound and meaning as well particular things, action or phenomena. Such as word mostly has been used being in so many Bodo folk songs which helps to make melodies and rhyming couples. Besides, onomatopoeia words being used native speakers in their daily social life. Initially, maximum numbers of onomatopoeia words structurally can be found in reduplicative and partial reduplicative forms.  Abstract

With the British annexation of densely forested sub-Himalayan tracts in the 19th-century following consecutive conflicts with Burma, the Gorkhas and Bhutan, preliminary assessment was made of which forest lands were suited for commercial forestry. Other miscellaneous tracts considered unsuited for commercial forestry were reclassified as 'jungle', i.e. as wastelands incapable of yielding land revenue from being farmed out in agricultural leases to individual farmers. In Bengal and Assam, these wastelands were subsequently cleared for laying out commercial plantations. The sub-Himalayan foothills in Bengal were deforested to yield way for economically valuable plantations of tea. This cycle of deforestation and replantation of forests was accelerated by adoption of the 'Taungya' system of shifting forest villages, feeding into the disputes over forest rights that are seen today (Ghosal & Ghosh, 2019). From thence onwards, extensive deforestation accompanied the expansion of tea acreages, driving the subsequent growth of population and markets (Prokop, 2018). Consequently, the conditions of labour in plantation and forest work have been interdependent, since their workers are drawn from a common labour pool that is subject to the maximum rural poverty and deprivation. These are reflected today in the persistence of identical inequalities in the delivery of social services like healthcare and education to the isolated communities of these workers and their families. Although the forests that are maintained by these workers as forest reserves have played a crucial role in regional conservation efforts, the sustained indifference adopted by the government towards the needs of these poor communities reflects the perpetuation of colonial attitudes, disdaining and neglecting the needs of the rural poor. The research study will evaluate the critical labour welfare markers seen in the plantation history of Darjeeling, tracing out the emergence of health, housing and educational inequalities, as well as the urgency of broadening welfare access.

 Abstract

The distinction between biological sex and socially constructed gender has become central to contemporary debates on identity, rights, and social justice. While Indian society historically acknowledged non-binary identities within religious and cultural frameworks, colonial interventions and modern institutional structures marginalized transgender communities, particularly in education and employment sectors. This paper critically examines the historical evolution, legal recognition, educational status, literacy data, employment participation, and lived experiences of transgender persons in India. Drawing upon Census 2011 data, Supreme Court judgments, national policies, field studies, and qualitative testimonies, the study reveals the structural exclusion embedded within family systems, schooling processes, curriculum design, and labor markets. Despite progressive legal measures such as the NALSA judgment (2014), the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act (2019), and provisions under the National Education Policy 2020, implementation gaps continue to obstruct meaningful inclusion. By analyzing statistical trends alongside lived narratives of violence, dropout, stigma, and resilience, this paper argues that educational transformation--anchored in structural reform, curriculum inclusion, teacher sensitization, and socio-cultural change--is indispensable for mainstreaming transgender persons into equitable citizenship.

Contemporary dystopian fiction increasingly scrutinizes the implications of accelerated technological development by envisioning futures in which the boundaries separating the human from the non-human are profoundly destabilized. Grounded in posthumanist theory, this paper analyzes the ways robots, cyborgs, and bioengineered beings signal the erosion of humanist values across four seminal dystopian novels: William Gibson's Neuromancer, Kazuo Ishiguro's Klara and the Sun, Margaret Atwood's Oryx and Crake, and Ian McEwan's Machines Like Me. Employing a comparative textual approach informed by the theoretical insights of Donna Haraway, N. Katherine Hayles, and Rosi Braidotti, the study examines how posthuman futures reshape conceptions of identity, agency, ethics, and emotional authenticity. Each text articulates a distinct yet interconnected mode of technological dominance, ranging from cybernetic disembodiment and artificial empathy to genetic engineering and morally autonomous artificial intelligence, collectively exposing a sustained dismantling of human exceptionalism. Rather than endorsing technological progress, these narratives foreground humanity's ethical precariousness and existential vulnerability within technologically saturated environments. This paper contends that dystopian posthuman fiction extends beyond speculative projections of humanity's demise to offer a critical interrogation of humanist ideology itself, gesturing toward a posthuman condition in which established notions of autonomy, morality, and emotional depth become increasingly unstable.
