Blood is one of the most important biological traces that are often found on the crime scene. Due to valuable information it contains, it is considered to be a very important forensic tool. Analysis of different aspects of bloodstains can contribute to clarify the circumstances under which some violent crimes have been committed. Such crucial information can point criminal investigation in the right direction and help solve the crime. In some cases it can also help with legal determination of criminal offense which can lead to more accurate and more appropriate punishment for the perpetrator. It is very important to determine the sequence of events during the commitment of a violent crime involving blood

: In number of proposed DARK sector models, Dark-photons (??) are hypothetical constituents. In these, we can consider those models which are experimentally verifiable. Among them Dark U (1)F models predicts that Higgs boson couples to a Photon and a Dark Photon (H????)with a branching fraction of 0.5%at LHC energies. These Dark Photons do not give any signals in the detectors, as they are not detectable. Therefore at LHC, one plausible signal of these events is a monochromatic photon with E? is (mH /2) and missing energy of equivalent amount. We have implemented Forward EM Calorimeter (FoCAL) in ALICE detector at LHC using GEANT code in AliRoot Frame work [1]. FoCAL will be utilized to detect the isolated Photons (?) and various other ALICE detector components will be utilized to detect Missing Transverse Energy, to detect Dark Photons.

High rate of growth and easy availability of water hyacinth has made it as vibrant renewable natural carbon source for biofuel production. The present study was undertaken to screen the possibility of using water hyacinth as a substrate for bioethanol production by microbial fermentation using monocultures of Phanerochaete chrysosporium, Fusarium oxysporum individually and co-cultures of both strains with Pichia stipitis. Water hyacinth has high content of cellulose, hemi-cellulose, lignin and starch at levels of 18.20%, 48.70%, 3.5% and 1.85% (w/w), respectively. Direct fermentation of water hyacinth was carried out in submerged state employing the pure cultures of the spore suspensions of the fungi Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Fusarium oxysporum in separate experiments. The mixed fermentation started as a single process with a pure culture of Phanerochaete chrysosporium or Fusarium oxysporum with Pichia stipitis added at different times of fermentation. Direct fermentation of water hyacinth biomass by pure cultures of P. chrysosporium and F. oxysporum produced 12.1 g L-1 and 10.95 g L-1 ethanol respectively after 60 h fermentation. Simultaneous co-culturing of both P. chrysosporium and F. oxysporum with Pichia stipitis resulted in a higher ethanol production (20.17 g L-1, 17.48 g L-1 respectively) after 60 h fermentation when compared to monoculture fermentation. Higher ethanol production was attained in the mixed culture system containing Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Pichia stipitis.

Background: Chronic diseases like COPD compared with RA and DM, because COPD patients are characterised by air-flow obstruction, hyperinflation and reduced diffusion capacity, reduced peripheral and respiratory muscle forces and significant reduction in exercise capacity. Hence such severe chronic COPD patients were compared in RA and DM. Method: Equal number of RA = 27, DM=27 and COPD=27 patients were compared with healthy (controlled) group=80 (eighty). Their Base-line features, physical activity, ED-SD Index after discharged from ICU/hospital since last one year. Mental status also compared in all three groups and controlled groups with percentage. Results: Highest physical activity seen 19.2 (±1.9) in DM, low level 9.2 (±2.1) in COPD, ED-SD Index value was least 0.60 (±0.25) in COPD, highly index 0.70 (±0.25) in DM, Mobility problem, self care deficiency pain/discomfort were higher in COPD. Conclusion: This pragmatic comparative study of chronic disease like COPD is compared with RA and DM and severity of disease observed in COPD which is significantly involved in respiratory distress create multiple problems like anxiety, physical exercise, discomfort need to be treated with more meticulously to avoid morbidity and mortality.

This paper presents the fuzzy logic control based maximum power point tracking of wind turbine by operating the wind turbine at optimum speed. The optimum speed can be obtained from the power conversion coefficient versus tip speed ratio characteristics. There are many control algorithms available speed based control, torque based control, fuzzy logic control and neuro fuzzy control. Apart from the induction generator and permanent magnet synchronous generator one can also use DC generator. In this field control method is applied to control the speed of the DC generator and intern wind turbine. The maximization problem has been solved by genetic algorithm. This forms the input for the maximum power point tracking(MPPT) algorithm and at different wind velocities the turbine need to be rotated at optimum speed for extracting maximum power from the wind turbine.

Municipal waste is a type of waste that consists of household waste, commercial waste, and waste from the street. The soil contains many microorganisms which can live in extreme condition there are still 80 to 90 % microorganism is unidentified. The microorganism present in the waste is termed solid waste microflora. The waste contains many pathogenic microorganisms and its presence hike the danger of pollutant to human and their environment. The study aims to isolate microorganisms from municipal waste. The presence of microorganisms causes harmful effects on the environment and the public. So the proper solid waste management should be there.

Background - equality is a part of our society and that equality is also protection by the constitution without any discrimination, but sometimes the constitution aren't able toh stop that discrimination in the society and that why the legislative authorities need to make a very special laws for the protection of victim of discrimination. The same thing happened with SC ST Act. Characteristics of study- the SC ST Act is a special act with upgrades the level of these community in the society, the person who abuses the person of that particular community is arrested by the police without any anticipatory bail. And that is a violation of article 22 of the Constitution and a writ was filed against this provision. Methods used - the law books have the answer of every legal problem. Constitutional law of India by J.N.Pandey, Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe Act ( prevention of atrocities ) Act, 1989, the reports of supreme court are the key sources of this Article. Conclusion - sometimes the government have to maintain the balance between the general law and the special law for the peace in the society. the government did the same in the matter of SC ST Amendment Act 2018.

The present day Indian writing in English is characterized by a potent and influential representation of the New Indian woman who is thoroughly dissatisfied with the traditional manacles of cultural, natural or sexual roles assigned to her from immemorial times. Women are found striving hard to assert her self-esteem and dignity as a recognizable human being in this world. The writings of Shashi Deshpande reflect a supra-realistic picture of contemporary middle class Indian woman and project her issues to the outside world. The novel The Dark Holds No Terrors projects the dilemma of a modern Indian woman who strongly resents the onslaught of her individuality and identity. The suppression and subjugation suffered by her have high consequences and the aggressive experiences of her life force her to look deep within her, thereby enabling her to discover her true worth.

Background - the concept of live-in relationship is a very common nowadays this is because various countries are accepting this concept and the law is protection it. Characteristics of study- In India we don't have any specific legislation which deals with the provisions of live-in-relationship. But it is not illegal act at all , various other statutory laws are protecting it. And to putting question over these kind of relationship is a violation of article 21 of the constitution. Method used- Under this article , the sources like constitutional law of india by J.N.Pandey, Indian polity by Laxmikant and the annual reports of supreme court has been used. Conclusion- the intention is the major element of crime, if your intentions is good and pure , you are not an offender.Same rule will apply in the case of live-in-relationship. Under these kind of relationship the true intention and good faith is always important.
