Under favourable environmental conditions, like moisture, temperature, oxygen, sunlight etc, the spores of various microorganisms including bacteria and fungi present in the atmosphere attack the cellulosic materials and start growing on them. The microorganisms, especially fungi, grow rapidly and produce profuse mycelium, presenting the appearance of mat on the substrate. They may enter the substrate through some weak points or imperfections like cracks, abrasions and other mechanically damaged spots, formed during manufacture or dirting use. The hyphae enter the cellulosic fibre by direct penetration of fibre wall and remain inside the lumen. These hyphae start ramifying inside the lumen that can be observed under the microscope. In order to utilise the cellulosic substrates as food materials, the microorganisms produce cellulolytic enzymes which hydrolyse the cellulose to water soluble products that can be assimilated easily by the cell and take part in metabolism. The cellulolytic enzymes are mainly of two types-- Extracellular Enzymes and Intracellular enzymes. The present work deals with the favourable conditions for maximum isolation of Cellulase Enzymes from Aspergillus niger and studying their characteristics.

The administration of Vijayanagara resembled the administrative system of Hoysalas and Saunas. But the Vijayanagara emperors brought in timely changes and reforms to suit their administrative requirements. They had built a very strong army to realize their goals. The mighty army of the empire raised the stature of the king in the eyes of neighboring kings. But it was not completely a military state as the governance of the state was not completely under the control of the army. Moreover, the purpose of forming such an army was not just the security reasons. Along with the expansion of the empire, the army was entrusted upon the activities of carrying out reforms and maintaining peace and order. Welfare of the people was the first and foremost aim of their administrative system. The rulers responded to the needs and requirements of the various sections of the people.

The study of central place Theory has been confined with determination of hierarchies of settlements as central places. Because the central places in any area from nuclei or centers of the socio-economic activities. In it, their importance is self-evident as strategic points in planning and future modeling so as to provide more services and developmental innovations to their service zone. As discussed previous the villages, town and cities vary in size throughout in the study area. But a simple division by size does not Shows the order of relationship between them. This is complex and depends on the way in which settlements co-operate amongst themselves in sharing out their functions. As a consequence, develop a grading of services which gives some of them dominant and others subordinate roles.

Data science targets improving the world through the systems, algorithms, and processes that it offers on how specific insights are gained from data to create an impact. Thus, its integration in combating climate change is essential to the public who learn more on techniques to handle such issues. Data science is a novel of interdisciplinary linked to handling climate changes. It can apply the new technologies like machine learning, artificial intelligence, and IoT to combat environmental challenges. Through this, data science has achieved dominance in various countries as they try to check on how it can help combat situation connected to climate changes. Hence, the data science query can help set the policies and interventions that help the public who depend on climate changes. Shreds of literature are essential in providing an overview of how an in-depth research can be done to determine how data science integration will help in combating climate changes. Therefore, the paper addresses the situation by providing various views about the topic.
