Renal calculi (nephrolithiasis) is a common urinary tract disorder characterized by the formation of stones in the kidney or urinary tract, often presenting with flank pain, burning micturition, and hematuria. Homoeopathy provides a holistic and individualized approach to treatment based on the totality of symptoms. A 19-year-old male patient presented with right-sided flank pain radiating to the groin along with burning urination and reddish urine for one month, associated with nausea and vomiting. Detailed case taking including mental and physical generals was performed, followed by repertorial analysis to select the indicated remedy. After individualized homoeopathic treatment, significant improvement was observed in the patient's symptoms. This case highlights the effectiveness of individualized homoeopathic management in renal calculi and suggests that homoeopathy can be a safe and non-invasive therapeutic option.

Chronic ulcers represent a major health problem worldwide due to delayed healing, recurrent infections, and prolonged morbidity. In Ayurveda, chronic non-healing ulcers can be correlated with Dushta Vrana, which is characterized by foul smell, excessive discharge, pain, discoloration, and delayed healing. Acharya Sushruta has explained several treatment modalities for Dushta Vrana, among which Taila application is considered effective for wound cleansing (Vrana Shodhana) and healing (Vrana Ropana). The present study aimed to evaluate and compare the efficacy of Svarjikadya Taila and Jatiyadi Taila in the management of Dushta Vrana with reference to chronic ulcers. A total of 40 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 20 each. Group A received local application of Svarjikadya Taila, while Group B received Jatiyadi Taila dressing. Assessment was done based on subjective parameters such as pain, burning sensation, itching, odor, and objective parameters including discharge, color, granulation tissue, and size of ulcer. The results revealed that both formulations showed significant improvement in wound healing. However, Svarjikadya Taila demonstrated slightly better results compared to Jatiyadi Taila. Thus, both treatments were found effective in the management of Dushta Vrana, with Svarjikadya Taila showing comparatively superior healing properties.

In recent years, environmental sustainability has become a major concern for organizations across the world. Companies are increasingly adopting environmentally friendly management practices to reduce ecological impact and promote sustainable development. One important approach is Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM), which integrates environmental management with human resource policies and practices. The primary objective of this study is to examine the effects of Green HRM practices on employee workplace green behavior. Green HRM practices include green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance management, and green reward systems. These practices encourage employees to adopt environmentally responsible behavior in the workplace such as reducing energy consumption, recycling, and supporting environmental initiatives. This paper adopts a conceptual and analytical approach based on previous research studies and theoretical frameworks. The findings indicate that organizations implementing effective Green HRM practices are more likely to foster employee engagement in pro-environmental activities and improve organizational sustainability. Furthermore, the study highlights that employee motivation, organizational culture, and environmental awareness significantly influence the relationship between Green HRM practices and workplace green behavior. The study concludes that Green HRM plays a critical role in promoting environmentally responsible behavior among employees and contributes to long-term organizational sustainability.

The present study attempts to examine the impact of integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors into Indian renewable energy companies in terms of profitability. As sustainability assumes greater importance in investment decisions and regulations, renewable energy companies need to ensure that good corporate governance is complemented by sound financial performance. The question that arises in this context is whether ESG is merely a reporting ritual or whether it actually enhances financial performance and firm value. The present study is based on three major renewable energy companies in India: Tata Power, Adani Green Energy Limited, and ReNew Energy Global Plc. By analyzing financial performance prior to, during, and after ESG integration, it attempts to examine how ESG factors impact revenue growth, EBITDA margin, Return on Equity (RoE), leverage ratio, and cash flow. A comparative analysis is used to spot trends in financial performance that correlate with ESG driven strategic changes in renewable energy companies. The findings reveal that ESG integration enhances operational efficiency, corporate governance, investor relations, and access to sustainable finance. As renewable energy companies invest in initial stage projects in the early years, their financial performance may be volatile. However, companies that exhibit steady ESG performance over a period exhibit robust EBITDA performance. The present study attempts to contribute to the debate on sustainable finance by providing evidence of ESG performance in emerging economies. As ESG factors are integrated into corporate strategy rather than being used merely for compliance, they enhance profitability and risk adjusted return for renewable energy companies. This study attempts to provide valuable insights into how ESG factors interact with financial performance in India's renewable energy sector.

Microfinance institutions are essential for advancing financial inclusion by offering financial services to underserved and low-income populations. In recent times, technological progress, including financial technology (FinTech), digital financial services, and artificial intelligence, has greatly altered the financial sector, presenting new possibilities for enhancing microfinance operations. This study investigates the effects of adopting fintech, digital financial services, and artificial intelligence on financial inclusion and credit access within microfinance institutions in India. This study relies on primary data gathered from 120 participants involved in microfinance services, such as microfinance borrowers and small business owners in Maharashtra, India. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, and the responses were analyzed using statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis, using Jamovi software. The results indicate that digital financial services have a statistically significant positive effect on financial inclusion. However, the adoption of FinTech and artificial intelligence did not show a significant impact on financial inclusion and credit access, respectively. These findings highlight the need to expand digital financial services to bolster financial inclusion in microfinance institutions. This study recommends that policymakers and financial institutions concentrate on enhancing digital financial infrastructure and promoting digital literacy to improve the success of technology-driven financial inclusion efforts.

Oil spills in oceans, rivers, and industrial water bodies are a major environmental problem that threatens marine ecosystems and aquatic life. Conventional oil spill cleanup techniques such as manual skimming, absorbent materials, and chemical dispersants are inefficient, labor-intensive, and often harmful to the environment. This project proposes the design and development of an Automated Oil Skimmer Boat, capable of collecting floating oil from the water surface using a mechanical skimming mechanism. The system integrates a floating hull structure, a conveyor-belt or disk-type skimmer mechanism, propulsion motors, and a microcontroller-based control system for navigation and automation. The collected oil is separated and stored in an onboard tank for safe disposal. The boat can operate either autonomously or through remote control, reducing human intervention and increasing efficiency. The proposed system offers a cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and scalable solution for oil spill remediation in marine ecosystems, rivers, harbors, and industrial wastewater environments.

Humanoid robots capable of walking on two legs are an important research area in robotics because they enable robots to operate effectively in human environments. This project presents the design and development of a humanoid robot capable of basic bipedal locomotion integrated with artificial intelligence based interaction. The system uses Raspberry Pi 4 as the primary processing unit along with servo motors, IMU sensors, camera modules and ultrasonic sensors to enable stable walking and environmental perception. The robot is developed in two phases: Phase 1 focuses on AI based human-robot interaction using voice recognition and computer vision, while Phase 2 introduces bipedal locomotion using servo-driven joints and real-time balance feedback. The integration of locomotion control, sensor feedback and AI interaction enables the robot to walk, detect obstacles and interact with users. This work demonstrates how embedded systems, robotics and intelligent control can be combined to develop a functional humanoid platform for future applications in service robotics, healthcare and human-robot collaboration.
