Self-medication is a global phenomenon and potential contributor to human pathogen resistance to antibiotics. The adverse consequences of such practices should always be emphasized to the community and steps to curb it. Rampant irrational use of antimicrobials without medical guidance may result in greater probability of inappropriate, incorrect, or undue therapy, missed diagnosis, delays in appropriate treatment, pathogen resistance and increased morbidity. This review focused on the self-medication of allopathic drugs, their use, its safety and reason for using it. It would be safe, if the people who are using it, have sufficient knowledge about its dose, time of intake, side effect on over dose, but due to lack of information it can cause serious effects such as antibiotic resistance, skin problem, hypersensitivity and allergy. There is need to augment awareness and implement legislations to promote judicious and safe practices. Improved knowledge and understanding about self-medication may result in rationale use and thus limit emerging microbial resistance issues. Articles which were published in peer reviewed journals, World Self-medication Industry and World Health Organization websites relating to self-medication reviewed.

Abstract: The origin of Indian art can be traced to prehistoric settlement in the 3rd millennium BC. The distant past when there was no paper or language or the written word, and therefore no books or written document, is called as the Prehistoric period. Religion was not the sole purpose of this era. But after the prehistoric times of India, the central idea of art remained religious conviction. India has always been drawing foreign countries towards it due to its wealth and beautification. Consequently exotic cultures and art started flourishing here. Art and religion took birth simultaneously in Indian tradition. The role played by religion right from the emergence of art is still the same because both art and religion are an integral part of each other.

The main objective of this study was to analysis of the connection between the contributions of underwriter and therefore the growth of SMEs in Kolkata, exploitation National Insurance Company Limited, Kolkata, city as a case study. Also, the most objective is to check main factors that affects the expansion of SMEs, to judge the role of insurance firms to the progress of SMEs and to look at the factors obstructing the acquisition of insurance cover by SME. 2 analysis hypotheses were developed and tested exploitation the t-test, to attain the objectives of this study. Percentages and frequencies are utilized within the analysis. The analysis was descriptive in nature involving quantitative ways that was administered through secondary knowledge. Findings disclosed that innovation could be a sturdy empirical proof for quick growing SMEs, competition features a nice impact on SMEs trade and credit remains an excellent challenge to the expansion of SMEs. Besides that, insurance firms mitigate risks and enhance loan acceptableness by SMEs sector with banks. It was terminated that improvement in business skills will increase the performance of SMEs. Also, social insurance Company restricted have to be compelled to have a recent check up on the scope and spectrum of services provided to SMEs and have a far better understanding on the size of enterprise sector. However, insurance firms don't lower the insurance rates and supply protection to SMEs financial gain statements. additionally, SMEs being tiny in size and their inability to totally perceive the document limits them to induce insurance cover. it had been counseled that management of social insurance Company restricted required to create an excellent relationship with SMEs as their client so as to develop and grow trust in them & conjointly lower the premium rates to SMEs so as to develop their performance. Also, social insurance Company restricted must have a recent check up on the scope & spectrum of services provided to SMEs and acquire a far better understanding of the size the enterprise sector.

The performance-based design (PBD) has been widely recognized as an alternative to the traditional code-based design. The method has been proved to produce more reliable and performance-targeted designs with an advance in using nonlinear modeling and analysis techniques. However, the Egyptian code of practice does not include any guidelines to use the PBD. The current study presents a comprehensive seismic evaluation of two moment-frame reinforced concrete buildings 10 and 20 stories which are represntaive of common structural stsytem in Egypt using the performance-based design procedures. The seismic evaluation was performed using two sesimic performance levels which are the design-based earthquake (DBE) and maximum considered earthquake (MCE). The nonlinear time-history analyses for both performance levels provided valuable information using transient-inter-story drift, residual drift, and plastic deformation about the over conservatism of the serviceability and strength demands in the Egyptian code.

The Madarsa is a living embodiment of a once-thriving educational system. It was unconcerned about the rate of growth and advancement in other areas of life, and it resisted any improvement or innovation in the education it provided. In India, a significant number of Muslims attend Madarsa or Urdu-medium schools for their education. An educational institution is referred to as a madarsa in Arabic. Religious education was never needed of Madarsas. However, much has changed in this thinking in recent years, and Madarsa is now regarded as the centre for providing only religious education. People from the backward Muslim community nowadays put a high importance on quality education in their Madarsa. However, several Madarsa in India are privately owned, and the leaders of these Madarsa are unable to meet the needs of this group. The main goal of this paper is to determine the contribution of Madarsa education and its significance in the Muslim community, as well as to identify its shortcomings. For the overall growth of the Muslim community, this paper proposes some remedial steps to enhance the standard of Madarsa education.

Emotions are the purest form of our soul to express what we feel inside our hearts. The process of recognizing feelings developed in the computer field a long time ago. Several face recognition techniques have been discovered in the technological aspect. Surveys into automatic face detection has been conducted since the 1960s, but the problem remains largely unsolved. The past decade has made major advances in this field due to advances in facial analysis and modeling techniques. Despite the development of face detection and tracking systems, reliable face recognition remains a major challenge for researchers in the field of computer vision and pattern recognition. There are several reasons behind the recent increased interest in face recognition, including a growing public interest in security, the need for identity verification in the digital world, and face analysis and modeling techniques in managing multimedia and computer entertainment data. In this chapter we discussed the processing of face recognition, including key components such as face detection, tracking, alignment, and feature extraction, and points out the technical challenges of building a face recognition system. We focus on the importance of the most successful solutions available to date. In this paper, we discussed various traditional face recognition techniques that have developed approaches to manipulate them with different datasets to achieve accurate results.
