The agriculture sector is the mainstay of the Indian economy, employing approximately 54 percent of the country's workforce and contributing approximately 18 percent of GDP. However, productivity remains a challenge and poverty and malnutrition in rural areas remain high. Water scarcity, climate change and fragmented farms make it difficult for millions of small holder farmers to feed their families and profit from their work. Farmers in Maharashtra face problems like uneven distribution of rainfall, heavy rains, late arrival of monsoons, seasonal rains and hail for many years. As a result, severe drought or scarcity-like conditions cause widespread adverse effects on agricultural production and productivity and slow down agricultural development. Reduced income also increases the stress on farmers and some farmers even take extreme measures such as suicide. Overall, these significant changes in the recent climate have presented major challenges to the country's agricultural sector. Climate change is the result of adverse agricultural conditions that lead to reduced yields. Maharashtra government has proposed to implement a climate-friendly agriculture project POCRA (Project on Climate Resilient Agriculture) in the state with global financial support to ensure immediate recovery of farmers without stress due to their failed crops. Bank mainly in selected villages affected by drought in Vidarbha and Marathwada and selected villages across the saline area of the Vidarbha basin.

In this current research, a novel and hands-on instructional technique rooted in the Multimedia Approach was employed. A sample of sixty fifth-grade students experiencing challenges in Mathematics was chosen at random to participate. The research design followed a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Experimental design. Data were collected using a Mathematical Achievement test and a Mathematical Interest Inventory. The data analysis employed Mean calculations, correlation assessments, and graphical depiction of correlations. The findings demonstrated a noteworthy and positive correlation between Mathematical Achievement and Mathematical Interest. Moreover, subsequent interventions based on the Multimedia Approach led to an amplification of the significant positive correlation.

Before becoming a fully qualified teacher, teachers in the new teacher training programme (NCFTE, 2010) must complete a six-month internship that exposes them to a wide range of professional experiences. The present study examines the internship experience of Student-interns with relation to personal development. Investigators have employed descriptive survey method to study the internship experience of B.Ed. student. In this study, all the student-interns (Integrated B.Ed. and Integrated B.Ed. & M.Ed. students with internship experience) of teacher education institutions in Balasore district, Odisha was the target population. 60 B.Ed. student-interns of teacher education institutions affiliated to Fakir Mohan University, Balasore were selected using Simple Random Sampling. In this study investigator was used self-developed Internship experience questionnaire and Personal development questionnaire. Statistics like mean, Standard deviation, percentage analysis, and t- test were used for data analysis. This study found that Gender is a factor seems to be associated with the level of internship experience in the B.Ed. students. Female B.Ed. students are better in their experience than the male students. Gender is a factor associated with the personal development. Female Students have viewed their personal development better in comparison to the male B.Ed. students. Internship experience and personal development positively inter-related. Personal development of the student- interns depend highly on the quality of the internship experience.

This paper discusses the influence of cultural and racial conflicts, as portrayed in the novels of Manohar Malgonkar, with special reference to Open Season. The spread of western style industrial societies across the globe has suppressed many unique cultural features of the people of different countries. This inevitably means that cultural differences are responsible for a great deal of conflict, confusion and hostility, when people of different countries come into contact with one another. The unique racial and cultural groups of one country face difficulties in tracing their roots and identity, when they try to settle in not so friendly environment of another country. Hence, this paper explores the theme of East-West conflict in Open Season. It is through characters--both Indian and Western--that he portrays different aspects of the conflict. He had also taken care to show that, when it comes to the real values of life, East and West not only reconcile and resolve themselves, but something like a new culture incorporating laudable qualities of both the cultures seems to emerge.

Pet ownership has long been regarded not only as a source of companionship but also as a potential influencer of mental health. A study conducted by Brooks et al. (2018) discovered that having a pet, as a companion can significantly reduce stress levels and improve well being. Several studies have examined the ways in which pet ownership can ease stress offer support and contribute to overall mental resilience. The aim of this study is to present a comprehensive exploration of the complex effects that companion animals have on people's mental health by examining the complex relationship between pet ownership and mental health.

In present scenario proprietors requirement highly skilled graduates with a variability of capability and qualities as defined by the subject and graduate degree class. The major contests for graduates to join the field of employment are the discrepancy in training for graduates and proficiency available at work. The organizations have a concern with their graduates' placements. Unwarranted availability, shortage of basic education, a weak job antiquity, inexpert teaching facilities and, most remarkably, lack of realistic and problemsolving potential is the key factors for drying up placement opportunities. "Employability" should not only speak to work development. Employability skills awareness may also be described as 'skills' needed not only to obtain work, but also to advance within an organization in order to reach its capacity and effectively contributes to strategic goals of the business. This paper divergences the grade of occupational and students with a selection of skills awareness for start-up employment. The main aim of paper is to analyze level of employability skills awareness among undergraduates.

In the current pandemic situation, ensuring the health and safety of employees in industries is a major concern for organizations. The smooth operation of industries depends on human resources, and the spread of Covid-19 within a workplace can lead to significant losses for the organization. When employees get infected with Covid-19, the organization has to operate with fewer workers, impacting overall productivity. It's crucial to consistently monitor social distancing and health parameters of employees to prevent further spread of the Covid-19 virus. In this proposed project, we aim to create a smart health monitoring system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system involves using RFID and cloud monitoring to maintain social distance and keep track of various health parameters. We also suggest incorporating wearable devices to monitor important health metrics like body temperature, heart rate, position, and SpO2 of workers. These devices will alert workers if social distancing is not maintained. The system is designed to detect any abnormalities in health parameters and notify authorities about such conditions. Thus the proposed system offers smart health monitoring solutions to industries, helping to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and sustain productivity.

Automated guided vehicles are working in nearly every industry which includes pulp, paper, metals, newspaper, and general manufacturing. This paper is about the design and development of electric automatic guided vehicle which is an initiative towards the automation. In Rajarambapu Institute of Technology there are different facilities. As a result of large campus, facilities are situated far from each other. If anyone who is visiting the institute campus will require a lot time to roam around all the facilities by walking. Considering this problem, we are developing an electric automated guided vehicle which will trace a pre-defined path and carry the passenger from one place to another as per their own choice within the campus. This paper describes different modules such as drive control, steering control, obstacle detection, power supply control, human machine interface, camera and single board computer which will be implemented in AGV. Implementation details of different functionality like video capture, color detection, masking, edge detection and shape detection are described in paper.
