Oral route administration is the most desirable and preferred method of delivering therapeutic agents due its systemic effects. Presently days, various hydrophobic drugs were coming into the market. Disadvantage of these drugs are its bioavailability issues because of poor gastric fluid dissolubility. In this way, it is important to improve its solubility and its penetrability in this manner improving the disintegration, absorption and bioavailability of these drugs. About 40% of orally administered drugs have formulation difficulties due to their insolubility in water. The dissolution rate, absorption, distribution and excretion of drugs depends on its solubility properties. Based on solubility, drugs are classified into the four classes of BCS classification. BCS class II and class IV drugs shows poor water solubility.

Oral sustained release (SR) products offer an advantage over traditional dosage forms by optimizing biopharmaceuticals, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of drugs to reduce the frequency of administration as much as possible once daily is sufficient for penetration, polymer swelling, drug dissolution, drug diffusion and matrix erosion. Superior water-soluble drugs such as diltiazem; Ranitidine is formulated in sustained-release matrix tablets. This article contains basic information on the design of slow-release preparations and their different types. Development, solid and sustained-release oral matrix tablet, has always been a challenge for the pharmaceutical technologist. Most drugs, if not properly formulated, can release, and likely produce the toxic drug concentration after oral administration. Hydrophilic polymers have become the preferred product as an important product Ingredient for formulating sustained release preparations.

It is quite challenging to obtain the optimal load frequency control (LFC) of a complete system with the emergent trends of power system. Restructured power system involve multi sources and multi stakeholders therefore traditional LFC methods are not effective and efficient. The main objective of LFC in deregulated system is to restore the frequency to its nominal value as quickly as possible and minimize tie-line power flow oscillations between neighboring control areas and also monitoring the load matching contracts. Parameters of PID controller are required to be optimized in order to achieve the objectives of LFC. This paper presents a load frequency control of two-area deregulated power system using genetic algorithm taking a suitable objective function that are to minimize the frequency deviations of both the areas and to maintain tie line power exchange according to contractual conditions. A controller is designed for each area to achieve the objectives of LFC. Response of the power system simulated under MATLAB/Simulink obtained and results confirm that the controllers designed using genetic algorithm with suitable objective function are capable of keeping the frequency deviation in the specified range and maintain the tie line power exchange as per the contractual conditions. A comparative analysis of load frequency control using integral controller and GA based controller is also presented.

Intellectual property rights (IPR) is a legal rights which is provided to the inventors or creators, for protecting there inventions or creations for a definite period of time. According to WTO, Intellectual property rights(IPR) are the rights given to persons for the creations . They usually grant the creator an exclusive right for the use of there creation for a definite period of time. The protection will be given not only for invention or innovation but also for literary and artistic works, designs, logos, symbols, images used in commerce. In some foreign countries IP is referred to as industrial property. Intellectual property rights are like any other property right. They allow creators, or owners, of patents, trademarks or copyrighted works to be benefited from their own work or investment. This paper also deals with the history of IPR, objectives & types of IPRs. IPR provide certain exclusive rights to the inventors or creators of that property, in order to enable them to reap commercial benefits from their creative efforts or reputation. There are several types of intellectual property protection like patent, copyright, trademark, tradesecret, Industrial Designs, geographical indications etc.

In a country like India which has an exploding population and a large chunk of that living under poverty and extreme conditions. Malnutrition figures of Indian people are not so good; people are not even able to get two-time meal easily, they have to toil hard for that. In spite of these all deteriorating living conditions people are addicted to alcohol and spending a larger part of their earnings on it, instead of improving their lifestyle. But the question arises, why people in large number are addicted to alcohol? And how this habit affecting them and their family and all over society? Does this affecting countries growth? In this paper we will discuss these all question and their answers from the point of view of Mahatma Gandhi, we will see how Mahatma Gandhi understood this drunkard society and what they suggested the solution for it, like sweeping out the existence of drink revenue and abolishing the liquor shops. This paper is based on content analysis written by Mahatma Gandhi and other people on the related topic.

Shashi Deshpande in her celebrated novel, That Long Silence, undermines the patriarchal norms and values that control Indian middle class housewife, that a confining rigid code of conduct for women does not permit them a space to realize their potential. In today's fast changing world, the old traditions and socio-cultural systems are challenged. Interestingly, the current reality of our life is strange, chaotic and without a particular referential point. Post-Truth is a significant part of postmodernism, which highlights how misrepresentation of reality enters in fictional literature. It is author's predictions to employ a narrator's voice for bringing home to her readers her philosophy of life. S/he can influence opinions through suspension of disbelief, and rather make the reader accept lies as truths. The present paper aims to explore the Post-Truth elements in the narrative, meaning thereby the critical insight into the protagonist's idea of self-fulfillment and self identity, and also the truth of the matter in gender relations and hegemonic power structures.

A Petrol-Electric Hybrid Engine Vehicle is a vehicle which works on electrical power as well as fuel like petrol. It has many benefits over its predecessors, which developed power using only fuel. The thought is to design and construct a Hybrid Electric Bike (HEB) powered by battery as well as petrol. The vehicle is made dynamic in nature by making use of electrical power from battery and fuel power. It consumes less fuel and creates comparatively less pollution as compared to conventional vehicles. Hybrid electric Bikes consists of a battery, to drive the electric motor and power system with an IC engine to increase fuel economy reduce harmful emissions from the exhaust.
