 Abstract

Abstract: A concept of corporate social responsibility is the intention of companies to integrate social and environmental concerns into their business operations and interactions with stakeholders. Even though companies should be able to generate profit, they should also know that they can contribute to enhancing economic growth and competitiveness by managing their operations in a way that promotes social responsibility as well as environmental protection. This research paper examines the corporate social responsibility of hydel projects of Kinnaur district in the light of environment protection in Himachal Pradesh. And also, to study because the corporate social responsibility principle needs to be adopted.

In terms of time and traffic, there is a major issue in many places. Men and women are both employed concurrently in a variety of houses. According to this perspective, they don't have a lot of time to prepare meals because they spend most of their time working, either at home or in the office. Also, they don't want to eat out, which is another reason why ready-to-eat food has gained popularity. The market for ready-to-eat food products has grown as a result of the advantages of such foods. Ready-to-eat food is convenient to prepare and is preferred by everyone from college students to bachelors to those working in offices. Additionally, this study aids in pinpointing the variables that affect consumers' decisions to purchase ready-to-eat meals.

 Abstract

Over the past few decades, the cosmetics industry in India has grown at a rapid rate. The most important factor in the rapid growth of the cosmetics industry is consumers' increased awareness of hygiene and beauty as a result of technological advancement, globalization, and increased purchasing power. A paradigm shift in the behaviour of consumer in the purchase and use of cosmetics has occurred as a result of a shift in lifestyle, increased disposable income, rising status, migration, demand for superior quality, shifting consumer preferences, and advertisements. The consumer purchasing power increased as a result of the decade-long increase in the number of men & women entering the workforce. The purpose of this study is to investigate the purchasing patterns of cosmetic consumers.

 Abstract

The present paper examines the conditions of the households living at the bottom of the Indian Society by occupies public space i.e. slums. In conventional literature on secure living of human beings we encompass livelihood security by access of the households to three types of resources: Private resources, Public resources and Institutional support. The studies in general form examine the ownership and uses of private assets like land and education; in parallel such studies examine access to and uses of common and public resources like collection of food- fuel- fodder from CPRs (Common Property Resources). Both private and public resources are supplemented by institutions. The study that we propose here aims at households living at the bottom of the urban economy and mostly trapped inter-generationally at the level of low living. Proper and effective state intervention needed to rehabilitation for this bottom most segments of society.
