Health is the level of functional and metabolic efficiency of a living organism. In humans, it is the ability of individuals or communities to adapt and self-manage when facing physical, mental, or social changes. World Health Organization (WHO) defined" a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity (www. org/wiki/Health). Good health is fundamental to living a productive life, meeting basic needs, and contributing to community life. Good health is an enabling condition for the development of human potential. The health of an individual is strongly influenced by genetic make-up, nutritional status, access to health care, socioeconomic status, relationships with family members, participation in community life, personal habits, and lifestyle choices (www.islandpress.org/iaastd). For every child and young person everywhere, food is life, a fundamental right, and a foundation of healthy nutrition and sound physical and mental development. Nutrition has been a long key to our thought leadership. In 1990, spearheading hunger structure kicked off something new in setting out the different reasons for helpless sustenance. In 2018, the underscore is to what exactly makes great sustenance from the eating regimens of youngsters and women to the consideration they profit by, the food conditions in which they live, and the manners by which our social orders support the privilege to sufficient nourishment through our qualities and political responsibility. Feminism is a sort of worldwide revolution viewed to strengthen the woman section to realize their best-selves. This revolution at first started in western countries as the woman society was considered to be second sex and they were dominated by the male class. This problem was already existed in the society but no woman raised voice against it for the sake of prestige and self-respect. When this revolution spread to almost all the countries in the world, the woman society become conscious about their rights and to enjoy equal opportunity with man. So the high handedness of the man society caused depression, exploitation to the woman class has come to a form of lawful support to protest all these things. Their existence in the society is supported by the source of Feminism. So it is a revolution that must continue so long as the problems of the woman class exist. Also the problems vary from country to country still the revolution is unique for their all round prosperity and existence. So the revolution is welcome and it is a sort of weapon in the hand of the woman society to feel as safeguard of their lives.

Abstract The aim of the study was to determine the significant difference in Body Mass Index, Basal Metabolic Rate and Water Level between the players and non-players. 20 female players, who had represented Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University and 20 female non-players, who had never participated regularly in any sports were selected as subjects. The data were collected on the selected subjects by administering the standard weighing machine, stadiometer and Meltron body composition analyser BF-907.The collected data were tabulated and statistically analysed by computing mean, standard deviation and independent t-test. The findings of statistical analysis revealed that the Basal Metabolic Rate and Water Level showed significant difference between the players and non-players, and there is no significant difference in Body Mass Index between the players and non-players.

Tribal development issues, their autonomy and integration have challenged Indias economy since the British rule. Though India has made immense progress in almost all segments of the society, the tribals remained outliers unaffected by any kind of advancement. The complexity of the tribal sub nationalism pose serious threat to the communitys development over time. The paper discuss the state of the tribals of Kerala, who are kept away from the so called Kerala Model of Development. All developmental aspects of the society are centered towards the mainstream population who exclusively reap all the benefits of developmental programmes implemented by the government and other institutions. The governmental monopoly over the forest accelerated the exploitation of the tribals creating land alienation issues.

Matthew Gregory Lewiss The Monk is a quintessential novel within the Gothic genre. It relies on traditional male and female gender roles and then obscures and deconstructs those gender roles in order to facilitate the idea of horror. During this time period, a traditional female gender role would be filled by a passive, weak, subservient, and sexually reactive woman. Matthew Lewis revolutionizes Gothic literature by crafting powerful women characters that deviate from traditional female gender roles. Although readers often address gender in discussions of The Monk, the issue of how Lewis empowers women characters who exhibit traditionally masculine characteristics has not been fully dealt with. My analysis of Lewiss gender defying characters focuses on three important women from the novel: Marguerite, the Bleeding Nun, and the primary villain, Matilda. Each of these characters plays a different role in The Monk, but they are similar in that they all achieve their ultimate goals by adopting traditionally masculine traits. It is showed how these women achieve their remarkably different goals by ignoring the societal constraints of their gender and leaving behind the traditional ideals of feminine virtue. By presenting female characters in The Monk who ultimately achieve their desires through traditionally masculine actions, Matthew Lewis creates a space for women characters to explore gender deviance within Gothic literature.
