Nanotechnology is the science that deals with the process that occurs at a molecular level and nano length scale size and it has developed as a great field in medicine. Nano refers to particle size range 1-1000 nm. Nanotechnology is the part of Nanosuspension. They are important carriers in developing novel drug formulations. Many drugs have solubility as a crucial factor for drug effectiveness and independence of route of administration. The nanosuspension contains a sub-micron colloidal dispersion active pharmaceutical ingredients. Particles in the liquid phase are stabilized by surfactants. The production of drugs in the form of nanosuspension has been advanced for drug delivery systems in the form of oral formulation and of non-oral administration, nanosuspension proved to be a better and attractive alternative approach compared to others. conventional formulations. This review narrates the pharmaceutical nanosuspension formulation, preparation, characterization, and pharmaceutical application in drug delivery as well as marketed product

The Schedule tribes and others traditional forest dwellers (recognition of forest rights) act, 2006, popularly known as FRA, aims to "undo historical injustice'' to forest dependent communities. Odisha being one of the tribal dominated state in the country becomes an important state to assess the implementation of the act. Data reveals that the implementation of this act is of relative success in compare to its potential. This article looks deep into the structural and institutional hindrances affecting its implementation in the state. This work also looks into the Adivasis-state relations from pre-colonial to present time.

- Accessing organizational data typically requires SQL knowledge, leaving non-technical staff dependent on IT. Our research presents an AI/NLP system that creates a natural language query interface. This allows users to access databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, CSV) using simple commands. Using LlamaIndex and Gemini, it identifies intent, constructs SQL, and visualizes results. This framework improves accessibility and reduces IT dependency, filling the NL2SQL gap with an open-source, conversational solution for human-accessible information systems.

The growing integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resource Management has significantly reshaped recruitment and selection practices. Organizations are increasingly utilizing AI-enabled video interview platforms, including Hire Vue and Tal view, to support structured candidate assessment and informed hiring decisions. This study investigates the role of AI-based video interviewing systems in influencing hiring outcomes, with a focus on recruitment efficiency, objectivity in evaluation, candidate experience, and recruiter productivity. The research adopts a secondary data approach, drawing evidence from scholarly publications, industry analyses, and documented organizational practices. The findings reveal that AI-driven video interviews enable faster screening processes, promote uniform evaluation standards, and enhance data-supported decision-making. Nevertheless, issues related to algorithmic fairness, ethical responsibility, and system transparency remain key concerns. The study concludes that AI-powered video interview platforms can effectively support hiring decisions when complemented by human judgment and strong ethical governance mechanisms.

Background: Minor accidents such as falls, burns, cuts and poisoning are common among children and can lead to significant morbidity. Mothers play a vital role in preventing such accidents through appropriate knowledge and safety practices. Objectives: To assess the knowledge regarding prevention of minor accidents in children among mothers and to determine the association between knowledge levels and selected demographic variables. Methods: A quantitative research approach with a non-experimental descriptive research design was adopted. The study was conducted among 60 mothers residing in Adgaon village, Nashik, using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured knowledge questionnaire on prevention of minor accidents in children. Results: The findings revealed that 62% of mothers had good knowledge, 25% had average knowledge, and 13% had poor knowledge regarding prevention of minor accidents in children. Chi-square analysis showed no statistically significant association between knowledge levels and selected demographic variables. Conclusion: The study concluded that although most mothers had adequate knowledge regarding prevention of minor accidents in children, continuous health education is essential to further strengthen preventive practices and ensure child safety.

Education plays a crucial role in shaping the intellectual, moral, and social values of individuals. Nationalism, universalism, and secularism are three fundamental ideals that guide the development of a democratic and harmonious society. Nationalism fosters unity and a sense of identity, universalism promotes global brotherhood, and secularism ensures equality and respect for all religions. In a pluralistic country like India, education serves as a powerful medium to inculcate these values among students. This paper attempts to analyse the concepts of nationalism, universalism, and secularism and examine their inter-relationship with education. It also highlights the role of education in promoting unity, peace, tolerance, democratic values, and global citizenship.

India, the world's largest democracy, has long been admired for its ability to conduct free and fair elections despite its vast social, cultural, and regional diversity. Since the first general elections in 1951-52, the Indian electoral system has functioned as the cornerstone of its democratic framework. However, over the decades, increasing regional disparities, out-dated delimitation, unequal representation, and the rising influence of money and muscle power have exposed critical flaws in the current system. As India continues to evolve demographically and politically, there is a growing call for comprehensive electoral reform to ensure greater fairness, transparency, and equality in representation. Among the most debated reform ideas today is the principle of "One Nation, One Vote", which advocates that every citizen's vote should carry equal weight regardless of their state or region. This concept aims to correct imbalances in representation caused by frozen seat allocations and out-dated census data, thereby restoring democratic legitimacy and national unity. While the proposal offers a compelling vision for electoral equality, it also raises significant constitutional, federal, and political challenges. This paper critically examines the historical evolution of electoral reforms in India, analyzes the rationale and feasibility of "One Nation, One Vote," and explores its potential impact on democracy, governance, and federalism. Drawing on global comparisons and legal frameworks, the study aims to provide concrete policy recommendations for achieving equitable electoral representation in India.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) includes computers, the Internet, and electronic delivery systems such as radios, televisions, and projectors among others, and is widely used in today's education field. Kent and Facer (2004) indicated that school is an important environment in which students participate in a wide range of computer activities, while the home serves as a complementary site for regular engagement in a narrower set of computer activities. Increasingly, ICT is being applied successfully in instruction, learning, and assessment.

The preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers such as the electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD), New Drug Applications (NDA), and Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDA) remain highly complex, time intensive, and vulnerable to human error. Global regulatory authorities, including the US FDA, EMA, and CDSCO, enforce stringent and region-specific submission standards, resulting in significant operational burden and approval delays. This review examines the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in modernizing regulatory document development across the full submission lifecycle. Particular emphasis is placed on AI-enabled content authoring, automated dossier assembly, semantic consistency checks, predictive compliance analytics, and lifecycle management for both NDA and high-volume ANDA submissions. The integration of AI technologies enhances data consistency, reduces technical deficiencies, and supports real-time regulatory compliance, positioning AI-driven platforms as critical enablers for efficient, transparent, and future-ready regulatory submissions in the era of eCTD v4.0.
