The Mah?parinibb?na sutta played an essential role in Buddhism. In this Sutta, the Buddha summarized the most basic teachings during forty-five years of preaching for the welfare of beings. It gives the last words of the Buddha, the last advice of the Buddha, to his disciples. It is not a single discourse like most others in the Suttanta Pi?aka but a historical account of the last year or so of the Buddha's life. The Buddha's reply describes the seven things for the prosperity and non-decline of rulers and the non-decline in the Sa?gha; The effects of Immoral life and the values of the Moral life. The image of the Buddha - who, in fullness, is the subject of human ascension, the great moralist of humanity. The worship of sacred relics and sacred places, the persons worthy of memorial mounds and pilgrimages to those holy places, the concept of the Cakravartin, etc., have evolved out of original monetary thoughts and what is now known as the four great places of pilgrimage: Lumbini, Bodhgaya, Sarnath, and Kushinagar. As individuals, if we integrate Buddha's teachings into our daily lives, we can solve all our inner problems and attain a truly peaceful mind. Society requires a code of ethics to provide order, prevent or minimize general or large-scale societal conflicts, reduce strife between individuals, and provide a basis for settling disputes between competing values.

This research paper delves into the pervasive issue of disruptive behavior as a prevalent disorder linked to juvenile delinquency in India. It emphasizes the significance of adopting a psychological perspective within the juvenile justice system. The study highlights the contributing factors, including adverse environments, negative peer influences, abuse, and neglect, which propel juveniles towards delinquent behaviors. To address this concern, the paper underscores the importance of nurturing the holistic development of children across physical, mental, moral, and spiritual dimensions. Furthermore, the paper observes a disturbing surge in juvenile crimes across the country, with far-reaching consequences for victims and society as a whole, primarily driven by socioeconomic and psychological factors. It notes that delinquent behavior often stems from perceived injustices, leading to psychological distress and a recurrent pattern of criminal activities. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the prevalence of disruptive behavior within the context of juvenile delinquency, elucidate its root causes, and propose effective preventive strategies. By doing so, this paper contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the psychological complexities associated with juvenile delinquency, aiming to inform targeted interventions and solutions. This study examined the relationship between disruptive behavior disorders (DBDs) and juvenile delinquency in a sample of 100 delinquents, 49 of whom were female and 51 of whom were male. The Disruptive Behavior Disorders Rating Scale (DBDRS) was used to assess DBD symptoms, and juvenile delinquency was assessed using self-report and official records.

The rise of podcasts in recent years has revolutionized the way information and entertainment are created and shared. Offering convenience and versatility, podcasts are digital audio or video files that may be downloaded or streamed online anywhere, anytime. They possess a variety of characteristics that satisfy the needs of their listeners. Comparatively, FM radio has certain limitations such as government broadcasting policy, regional regulations, station regulations, and target market demographics. Besides the other limitations are usage of language, profanity, copyright, licensing problems, hate speech, discrimination, business classified ads, and broadcasting hours. At the same time, podcasts acts as a platform for freedom of expression without any limitation permitting creators to express their thoughts, evaluations, and creativity without any impendence censorship or any kind of authorities' intervention. As an open and accessible medium, podcasts allow diverse testimonies and discussions on essential issues to reach audiences globally. They foster an inclusive space for dialogue, cultural exchange, knowledge-sharing, and societal progress. This study was conducted in the first week of August 2023 to find out whether the podcast platform serves as a medium of entertainment for Spotify podcast listeners and to get an insight into the kind of information it disseminated to its listeners through content analysis. The top ten leading Spotify episodes were considered, and analysis was done on the content of those 10 episodes. The study found that podcasts as a medium of information and entertainment have advantage such as greater freedom of expression in content creation and sharing there is no limit to the artistic expression of a creator and there is no time limit for the podcast. At the same time as the podcaster is a gatekeeper, he or she needs to exercise responsible content creation and adhere to moral, legal, and ethical guidelines.

Use of PCR techniques in the field of Microbiological, diagnostics and Forensic Science has increased to the point where it is now accepted as the standard method for detecting nucleic acids from a number of sample and microbial types. In the scientific laboratory, traditional PCR was already a necessary instrument, though. Due to its increased speed, sensitivity, and reproducibility as well as its reduced danger of carryover contamination, real-time PCR has facilitated the wider use of PCR. During real-time PCR, a growing variety of chemistries are employed to detect PCR products as they build within a closed reaction vessel. PCR is being used in two key areas in bioscience: high-throughput PCR systems and microfluidics-based PCR devices for point-of-care (POC) applications. We also address the commercialization of these techniques before concluding with an examination of their modifications and application in novel areas of biomedicine.. For example, real-time reverse transcription PCR is the gold standard for SARS-CoV-2 diagnoses. The gold standard for SARS-CoV-2 diagnosis is real-time reverse transcription PCR. The dynamic range of initial target molecule determination in real-time PCR is very large (at least five orders of magnitude). Real-time quantitative PCR is more accurate and requires less labor than traditional quantitative PCR procedures.

The kinetics of the formic acid inhibited CoO catalysed autoxidation of S(IV) in alkaline medium has been studied and based on the observed results following rate has been proposed. Rate constants and the order of reaction were calculated and the reaction was found to be pseudo- first order in all cases. The effect of pH and temperature are also discussed. The value of apparent activation (Ea) energy was calculated by Arrhenius equation. On the basis of inhibition parameters, the reaction follows free radical mechanism.
