Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a revolutionary tool in various industries, including the sugar industry of Bihar. With its ability to analyse large amounts of data, AI has proved to be a game-changer in enhancing processes and improving productivity. In this abstract, we will explore the role of AI in boosting industrial relations within the sugar industry of Bihar. One major challenge faced by the sugar industry is maintaining good relationships between management and workers. Due to complex regulations and volatile market conditions, disputes often arise between labour unions and management, leading to disruptions in production and financial losses. However, with advancements in AI technology, these issues can be effectively addressed.AI-powered tools such as chatbots have been implemented for real-time communication between employees and management. This has improved transparency and reduced misunderstandings between parties. Moreover, predictive algorithms have helped identify potential sources of conflicts before they escalate into larger problems. Furthermore, AI has also played a crucial role in workforce management. By analysing data on employee performance and workload patterns, companies are able to make informed decisions regarding job assignments and shift schedules without any bias or favoritism. In addition to enhancing industrial relations internally, AI has also greatly benefited external communications with stakeholders such as regulatory bodies and government agencies.

The India-China border dispute remains one of Asia's most complex and enduring geopolitical conflicts, rooted in colonial-era cartographic ambiguity and compounded by strategic mistrust. This paper explores the historical trajectory of the conflict, focusing on the contested regions of Aksai Chin and Arunachal Pradesh, and key milestones such as the Panchsheel Agreement and the 1962 war. By examining both historical and contemporary triggers--including the Doklam standoff in 2017 and the Galwan Valley clash in 2020--the study investigates how territorial claims, national identity, and strategic infrastructure development have shaped the enduring rivalry. Using a qualitative methodology grounded in Realist and Constructivist theories of international relations, the analysis highlights the political, economic, and regional security consequences of the dispute. The findings reveal that while diplomatic engagements have prevented full-scale war, the unresolved Line of Actual Control continues to serve as a flashpoint with serious implications for Indo-Pacific stability.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have become central to digital transformation initiatives across public sector organizations in India. While private enterprises adopted ERP relatively early, public utilities--particularly in the power sector--have been slower due to procedural, financial, and structural constraints. In Madhya Pradesh, power distribution and generation companies have begun implementing ERP to improve transparency, efficiency and decision-making. This review paper synthesises existing published research to understand how ERP adoption has influenced HR processes, organizational coordination, and digital work culture in these organizations. The review draws from peer-reviewed journal articles, reports, and studies available in the public domain, ensuring only authentic and verifiable sources are used. The analysis indicates that ERP implementation has supported better data accuracy, reduced duplication of work, increased transparency, and created opportunities for skill development among employees. However, challenges such as resistance to technology, training gaps, and adaptation delays remain consistent themes across studies. The results also indicate that change management and leadership commitment significantly influence adoption success. Based on the review, research gaps related to long-term performance outcomes, behavioural change analysis and employee digital readiness are identified. The study concludes that although progress is visible, ERP adoption in Madhya Pradesh's public power utilities is still evolving and requires continuous capacity-building efforts to fully realize its potential.

The modern electrical grid demands high reliability, stability, and real-time monitoring to prevent failures that can lead to blackouts, equipme damage, and economic loss. This project presents an loT-based smart grid fault detecti 2/7 system that collects real-time parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, and humidity using the ESP32 microcontroller. These readings are continuously transmitted to a Flask-based web application, which integrates a machine learning model trained to distinguish normal and faulty grid conditions. The model analyzes live sensor data to identify anomalies such as voltage drops, current deviations, overheating, or environmental instability. The system provides instant visualization through a dashboard and generates alerts for preventive maintenance. This low-cost, scalable solution improves grid safety, enhances predictive fault identification, and supports real-time decision-making in smart power networks. India's Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry has emerged as one of the fastest-growing segments within the broader consumer discretionary sector, supported by rising incomes, urbanization, favorable demographics and a structural shift toward convenience-led dining. Despite healthy long-term growth, the sector faces cyclical pressures due to subdued discretionary spending and persistent food inflation. This paper examines the strategic positioning, operational performance and cross-market dynamics of Sapphire Foods India Ltd --a major franchisee for KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in India and Sri Lanka--to evaluate whether its equity valuation accurately reflects fundamental growth prospects and macroeconomic risks. Using a hybrid methodology combining industry analysis, financial ratio assessment the study finds that KFC remains the company's core growth engine, supported by strong category leadership and efficient store-format optimization. Pizza Hut India, while currently lagging its primary competitor, is benefitting from strategic repositioning toward value-led, dine-in-centric offerings. The paper also highlights Sri Lanka as a significant contributor to revenue diversification, where the company enjoys market leadership but remains exposed to currency volatility and uneven demand recovery. Overall, the analysis suggests that while long-term structural drivers support a favourable growth trajectory, near-term valuation multiples embed execution risks and consumption uncertainties. The findings contribute to literature on QSR strategy and emerging-market consumer behaviour and offer implications for investors, policymakers and multinational franchise operators.

Cast partial dentures (CPDs) remain a vital treatment modality for restoring function and aesthetics in elderly patients with partial edentulism, especially when fixed or implant-supported options are contraindicated. However, geriatric-specific challenges such as ridge resorption, xerostomia, reduced tissue resilience, and limited dexterity often compromise prosthesis performance and longevity. This review highlights common problems encountered with CPDs in elderly patients including mechanical failures, biological complications, and functional limitations and explores their multifactorial etiologies. Emphasis is placed on pre-emptive clinical measures, precise laboratory interventions, and patient education as essential strategies for troubleshooting and long-term success. Regular follow-up, timely relining, and simplified design modifications enhance comfort, stability, and hygiene maintenance. Future directions involving digital impressions, CAD/CAM fabrication, and advanced materials are poised to revolutionize CPD design and adaptability, improving clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction in geriatric prosthodontics.
