Around the world, the buildings are hit by the seismic forces which leaves impact on the structures, school structures are the structures which are used as shelter in case of natural calamities so these structures are expected to take these seismic forces better than other structures. The effect of seismic forces can be minimized by various ways, one of this is plan shape of the structure. In this project, three different shaped plans of school structure have been analyzed for seismic loads in two different seismic zones, zone 3 and zone 4. The application Etabs 2020 is used to simulate and analyze structural data. Wind load is taken into account in accordance with IS 875 part 3 and seismic zone in accordance with IS 1893(Part 1): 2002. The Results of all three shaped building analysis are compared, and the results are shown in terms of story displacement, storey drift, base shear, and time period.

Demand for herbal formulations has recently increased as a result of growing public interest in natural products. Herbal cosmeceuticals are more popular at the moment because they don't have any negative side effects. Scrubbing is very important because acne, whiteheads, and blackheads affect a lot of people. The primary goal of the current study was to formulate a face scrub gel using different herbs. Multani mitti, Orange peel, Cinnamon, Aloe vera gel, Rosewater, Neem, and Honey are utilized as active ingredients in this preparation and mixed to form a gel with the help of Carbopol. Along with this sodium lauryl sulfate, Hyaluronic acid, triethanolamine, and methyl para hydroxy benzoate were added to the gel. Design Expert software was used to optimize the formula with 12 trial batches and assistance from Box Behnken Design. The formulated gel passed all necessary characterizations after being tested for several factors, including appearance, pH, viscosity, spreadability, washability, and irritability. As a result, the gel can be administered as a powerful scrub to achieve healthy, radiant skin.

The Concept of Six Sigma begins with a process model and its implementation is called Business Process Management (BPM) and the process of Six Sigma began at Motorola in the 1980's. Six Sigma is the letter ? in the Greek alphabet used to denote Standard deviation, a statistical measurement of variation. Standard deviation can be thought of as a comparison between expected results or outcomes in a group of operations versus those that fail. Bill Smith of Motorola Coined the term Six Sigma and is also called the father of Six Sigma; The Quality leader responsible for the term Total Quality Management is Feigen Baum; robustness in quality management was pioneered by Dr Taguchi; quality leader who did extensive work in Japanese industry is Dr Deming who paved the way for Quality Management Concept; Walter She wart is also one of the contributors in Six Sigma, he is sometimes referred to as father of Statistical Control he introduced the concept of control charts in 1924. In 1920s, contributions by Walter Shewhart, who showed the relation of process corrections based on three sigma deviations from the mean and introduced the control chart and distinction of special versus common cause variation. With Six Sigma Standard deviation we arrive at 3.4 defects per million opportunities or 99.9997 percent this would mean that at six sigma, an airline would only loose three pieces of luggage for every one million passengers that it handles. The Three primary elements of Six Sigma are Customers, Processes & Employees. The Italian Sociologist Vilfredo Alfredo Pareto demonstrated the 80/20 rule which signifies that 80 percent of your outcomes come from 20 percent of your inputs. Pareto 's rule is widely used in Six Sigma principles. Six Sigma is implemented in phases (DMAIC)-Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control

Vehicle tracking system is a well-established technology in this era which is used by fleet system and owner of vehicle all over the world. It is a very safe and reliable technology. In our thesis we are going to design a system which is used for tracking and positioning of any vehicle by using Global Positioning System [GPS] and Global System for Mobile Communication [GSM]. We will be primarily focusing on tracking a Solar Assisted Rickshaw Van using Arduino Uno R3 and GSM module sim908. The design is an embedded application, which will continuously monitor a moving vehicle and report the status of vehicle on demand. For doing so the Arduino Uno R3 is interfaced serially to a GSM modem and GPS receiver. The GSM modem is used to continuously send the position of the vehicle from remote place. The GPS modem that uses satellite technology for its navigation system will continuously give data like longitude, latitude, speed , distance travelled etc. When the request by user is sent to the number at the modem in the form of SMS, the system automatically sends a return reply to the mobile indicating the position of the vehicle in terms of latitude and longitude via SMS. We will also view the position of vehicle on a digital mapping i.e. on Google map with the help of software via Internet. For this we will be using the software XAMPP and Google Map API. XAMPP is a free and open source cross-platform web server solution stack package consisting mainly of the Apache HTTP Server.MySQL database and interpreters for scripts is written in PHP and Perl programming languages. The Google Maps API allow for the embedding of Google Maps onto web pages using a JavaScript interface which is designed to work on desktop browser application. The MySQL database is used to store all the data of the GPS and Google Map API is used display the location information through a Google Map. We will also be able to control the vehicle if it is stolen.

Educators are continuously facing with new challenges to keep up with latest research findings as well as initiatives that hold promise to improve learning and help students prepare for their futures. Some ideas are not necessarily new but have been repackaged under different headings. For example, critical thinking and problem solving have seen a new resurgence in recent years, but in actuality the ideas have been around for decades. What is new, however, is the heightened attention that selected concepts have experienced in recent years. We begin with a definition of 21st century skills provided by the Glossary of Educational Reform. "The term...refers to a broad set of knowledge, skills, work habits, and character traits that are believed- by educators, school reformers, college professors, employees, and others- to be critically important to success in today's world, particularly in collegiate programs and contemporary careers and workplaces." An exploration of what constitutes a 21st century skills that seems broad and endless as well as other itemizations that are more concise and to the point. If we are truly going to make a difference, we cannot overwhelm ourselves by taking on another daunting task with a limitless number of options. We have to deal with the challenge in a reasonable and sensible manner. To promote 21st century skills, critical thinking, problem solving, creativity and innovation, adaptability, collaboration, communication, self-direction and self-assessment and application of technology to work flow are very helpful in it.

Shakespeare's dramatic works are often criticized for their tragi-comic mingling. Considering the standardized dramatic norms (regarded sacrosanct especially by the Neoclassicists), the charge against Shakespeare seems quite serious. However Samuel Johnson in his Preface to Shakespeare takes great pain in defending the Bard against this serious complaint of tragi-comic mingling. Since investigating the vast arena of Shakespearean dramatic works is not feasible in the context of this paper, it focuses on the famous Banquet scene of Macbeth (Act iii, scene iv) and tries to list the deviations the Bard makes from standardized dramatic norms. Macbeth's clownish behaviour in such a dreary tragic scene, lays it bare under the scrutiny of the world. The paper parallelly lists Johnson's findings which can be probable reasons of Shakespeare's juxtaposing tragic and comic elements in a single scene. The paper mostly constructs its conflict by juxtaposing Neo-classical and Johnsonian point of views to interrogate Macbeth's huge behavioural change from an all powerful 'hero' to a frail human being (a clown).

ABSTRACT Balanced ecosystem is the need for a healthy life for every organism inhabiting this earth. Of all kinds of fitness, the most needed fitness is physiological and most essentially reproductive fitness. Reproductive fitness of every organism is directly or indirectly related to the environment where they are residing. Numerous disorders noticed in humans include infertility, substandard quality of sperms, mediocre function of gonadal glands, breast cancer, testicular cancer etc. Reproductive health damages include; altered growth, chromosomal damage, chromosomal aberration, fetal abnormalities, postnatal in viability, premature aging and so on. Exposure to environmental hazardous substances can leave their impact on endocrine system which may further affect reproductive health. Reproductive health of mammals including humans can also be affected by heat stress. Nutritional deficits can create problems with oocyte development, blastocyst abnormality, and can produce cardiovascular, behavioral effects etc. Dehydration can cause issues with sperm and uterine health. Thus it becomes important to review and mitigate these changing effects for a better reproductive health.
