Savitribai Jyotirao Phule was a prominent Indian pioneer, social reformer, educationist and poet who played an important role in women's education and empowerment during the nineteenth century. Her goal was freedom from Indian tradition, freedom from religious practices and fought for human rights, rights for education. She wanted to introduce practical philosophy of human being and emphasized on self-reliance and wanted to interpret Indian tradition in her own way. Savitribai is the first female teacher and first modern, radical, Marathi poet. She felt that women must receive an education as they were in no way inferior to men, they were not the slaves of men. Probably the first educated woman of that time who along with her husband Jyoti Rao Phule gained credit in the society by setting up the first girls' school 'Bide Wada'. For her work for women education many people called her as 'Jananajyoti' (Flame of Education) and 'Krantijyoti' (Flame of Revolution). On the other hand she was against Child marriage, caste system, untouchability and in favor of widow marriage. A leading figure in Maharashtra's social reform movement who is considered a role model by Dalit Manga and Mahar caste like B. R. Ambedkar and Annabhau Sathe. Hence, Savitri Phule is called as 'Mother of Indian Feminism'. This paper focuses on Savitribai Phule's journey of life, her activities as a poet, social reformer, educationist and feminist. This is a qualitative study and I have used content analysis, secondary data collection method.

ABSTRACT Background and objectives: Musculoskeletal disorders are the most common causes of severe long-term pain and physical disability that affects hundreds of millions across the world 63.2% of construction workers had at least one MSD, workers suffer from lack of good accommodation, basic sanitation, health facilities, stressful working conditions, and poor social life. So the main aim was to find the region of musculoskeletal disorders, and Quality of life in construction workers. Method: The study was conducted with 120 subjects and was conventional type. Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire, and World Health Organization Quality Of Life (WHOQOL)-BREF scales was used during the study and segregated. Result: After segregation of data, region affection was seen most commonly lower back, knee and shoulder (NMQ scale) , workers scored poor in the environmental domain of (WHOQOL)-BREF. Conclusion: From the results, it was concluded that there is high prevalence musculoskeletal disorders, quality of life is moderately affected.

The global burden on multiple habitual conditions and quality of care for case. Multiple habitual conditions(MCC) is characterized by the presence of two or further habitual conditions, impacting one in three grown-ups around the world. Noncommunicable conditions(NCDs) kill 41 million people each time, original to 74 of all deaths' en- cyclopedically Each time, 17 million people die from a NCD before age 70; 86 of these unseasonable deaths do in low- and middle- income countries. Of all NCD deaths, 77 are in low- and middle- income countries. In addition to the particular and community costs, habitual conditions affect in a significant profitable burden because of the combined goods of health- care costs and lost productivity from illness and death. In the proposed frame, the relationship between multi-morbidity and quality of care is told by a case's number of habitual conditions, comorbidity characteristics(e.g., symptom intensity, clinical dominance) and comorbidity interrelatedness, all of which increase clinical complexity.

Many literature suggests that there is increase in the Postural deviations among different occupational workers such as frequent computer workers, policeman, etc. This postural deviations can lead to Work related muscular disorders which affects the skills of the working. As many wedding and freelancer photographers often spend many hours at there work places by adapting different positions with holding camera and other objects with them. That's why it is very important to check if holding a position and repetitive stress over the muscles may cause changes in the Normal body alignment. The job of the photographer requires a significant amount of time and efforts. This can lead to changes in the normal postural alignment. Many photographers may experience physical discomfort and limitations that can negatively impact their skills of photography. Thus the assessment of the Postural deviations among photographers is important. Utilizing REEDCO POSTURE ASSESSMENT SCALE as a diagnostic tool in this study will provide an objective and quantitative measurement Postural deviations associated with Photographers. It will enhance the accuracy and reliability of the assessment.

Ion exchange resins (IER) are cross-linked water insoluble polymer carrying ionizable functional groups. Insoluble functional groups that contain acidic or basic functional groups and have the ability to exchange counter-ions within aqueous solutions surrounding them. Ion exchange resins are categorized as either cationic or anionic exchange resins based on the type of exchangeable ions they contain. These resins are composed of polymers with specific acidic groups like carboxylic or sulfonic for cation exchangers, and basic groups like quaternary ammonium for anion exchangers. The efficacy of ion exchange resins mainly depends upon their physical properties such as degree of exchange capacity, cross-linkage, ionization, porosity and swelling, particle size and form, purity, toxicity and equilibrium rate. Ion exchange resins (IER) have garnered significant interest among pharmaceutical scientists due to their versatile properties as carriers for drug delivery. Scientist over the last few years has revealed that IER are equally suitable for drug delivery technologies, including controlled release, transdermal, nasal, topical and taste masking. The drawback of sustained release or extended release is dose dumping, resulting in increased risk of toxicity. Ion exchange resins play a crucial role in the advancement of controlled or sustained release systems due to their effective drug retention properties and the prevention of dose dumping. Synthetic ion exchange resins have found applications in pharmacy and medicine, serving purposes such as taste masking and sustained or controlled drug release. This review addresses different types of ion exchange resin, their applications, role of IER in controlled drug delivery systems.
