The study aimed to assess the awareness the knowledge of prevention measures of Tech Neck Syndrome (TNS) among BSc. IT students who are very much dependent on digital devices for academic and personal activities. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 203 students between 17 and 25 years of age in South Mumbai using a self-validated online questionnaire. The results showed that although 86.2% of the students used mobile phones and 54.2% used laptops daily, almost 83% of the students had never heard about TNS. The most commonly reported symptoms were neck pain, headache, and eye strain. While 67% of respondents agreed to maintain correct posture and 55% agreed with the benefits of stretching as preventive measures, only 21% of the respondents practiced regularly. Interestingly, 59.7% felt that physiotherapy plays a role in prevention, and many of them expressed willingness to make lifestyle changes if prompted.

Traditional inventory and warranty tracking methods rely heavily on manual documentation, which often results in misplaced bills, missed warranty periods, inaccurate stock updates, and inefficient business operations. This project presents a cloud-integrated Inventory & Warranty Management System that automates stock management, warranty tracking, and expense calculation using OCR-based bill scanning. The system is developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, integrated with Firebase Authentication, Firestore Database, and Cloud Storage, and incorporates Tesseract.js OCR for automatic data extraction. The platform provides role-based dashboards for customers and salespersons, supports real-time stock updates, smart notifications for warranty expiries and low-stock alerts, and enables paperless recordkeeping. Experimental evaluation demonstrates improved accuracy, reduced human error, and enhanced operational efficiency

This project investigates the performance and emission characteristics of a Single cylinder diesel engine fuelled with Canola Methyl Ester (CME) biodiesel at varying injection pressures, aiming to optimize pressure settings for enhanced efficiency and reduced emissions. A comparative analysis lwith conventional diesel was conducted under different load conditions, focusing on key parameters such as specific fuel consumption, specific energy consumption, brake thermal efficiency, and emissions including CO, HC, CO?, and NOx. The engine demonstrated stable operation on CME across all test conditions. Among the tested pressures, 220 Bar is emerged as the most effective, delivering superior thermal efficiency, lower specific fuel consumption, and significantly reduced emissions, owing to better atomization and combustion characteristics of CME. Although NOx levels were slightly higher due to elevated flame temperatures, the overall results indicate that CME at 220 Bar is a promising and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional diesel fuel.

India is known for its vast and diverse cultural heritage, which includes historical monuments, traditional art forms, languages, festivals, and customs. This rich heritage is a source of national identity and pride. However, factors like urbanization, modernization and a lack of awareness have led to the neglect and deterioration of many cultural elements. In this context, education plays a key role in safeguarding India's cultural heritage by creating awareness, fostering appreciation and encouraging active participation in preservation efforts. This paper explores how integrating cultural heritage into the education system can help students understand and value their traditions. Schools and colleges can promote heritage education through history lessons, art and craft activities, field visits to historical sites, and the use of digital tools like virtual tours and online archives. Additionally, community involvement, government initiatives, and institutional efforts, such as programs organized by UNESCO and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, contributes to heritage preservation. Despite these efforts, there are challenges, such as limited resources, lack of trained educators, and insufficient focus on heritage education in mainstream curricula. To overcome these barriers, it is essential to adopt innovative teaching methods, encourage collaboration between educational institutions and cultural organizations, and involve young people in conservation projects. By making cultural heritage a vital part of education, we can ensure that future generations understand, respect, and preserve India's rich traditions. This paper, however highlights the importance of education in protecting cultural heritage and suggests practical strategies for strengthening heritage education in India.

The used car market has expanded rapidly over the last decade, driven by rising new car prices, improved vehicle durability, digital marketplaces, and changing consumer preferences. This paper analyses the determinants of the selling price of used cars using insights from existing empirical studies and typical datasets collected from online classified platforms and dealer inventories. Key explanatory variables considered include vehicle age, mileage, brand category, model type, fuel type, transmission, vehicle condition, service history, accident history, and cosmetic attributes such as colour and optional features. Prior research consistently shows that mileage and age are the dominant price drivers, while brand reputation and vehicle class exert substantial additional influence; cosmetic factors such as colour typically have limited but sometimes locally relevant effects. Multiple linear regression and machine learning models, such as random forest regression and neural networks, are commonly used to model the relationship between vehicle characteristics and selling price, achieving reasonably low prediction errors suitable for pricing support in practice. The findings discussed in this paper highlight that: o Price declines non linearly with age and accumulated mileage, with sharper depreciation in early years. o Premium and reliable brands command persistent price premiums, even after controlling for age and mileage. o Good vehicle condition, documented service history, and clean accident records substantially raise achievable selling prices. o Machine learning models can improve prediction accuracy compared with simple linear models but at the cost of interpretability. These insights can help consumers make more informed purchase and sale decisions, and assist dealers and platforms in setting optimal prices, managing inventory, and designing data driven pricing tools.

A pre-experimental study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of mindfulness meditation in reducing perceived stress among college-going students in a selected nursing college in Gujarat. A 20-item Likert scale was used to assess stress levels before and after a 7-day mindfulness meditation intervention. The majority of respondents were aged 17-18 years (63.3%), predominantly female (76.7%), and mostly from urban areas (56.7%). Half of the students lived either in hostels or at home with family. All participants used mobile phones, with most (76.7%) using them for less than 3 hours daily.Common leisure activities included sleeping (30%), mobile phone use (20%), and reading books (13.3%). Most respondents (76.7%) slept 7-8 hours a day. Stress was previously experienced by 63.3% of students. Popular coping mechanisms were talking with friends or loved ones (36.7%), deep breathing exercises (26.7%), and using social media (20%). Only a few practiced meditation (3.3%), and none consulted a therapist. In the pre-test, 53.3% of students had moderate stress, 43.3% had low stress, and 3.3% had high stress. After the intervention, 76.7% reported low stress and only 23.3% moderate stress, indicating a clear shift toward lower stress levels. The pre-test and post-test mean scores were 27.63 and 21.67, respectively, with a mean difference of 5.96 (7.45% reduction). The paired t-test value of 6.919 (df=29, p<0.001) demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in perceived stress, supporting the research hypothesis (H1). A significant association was also observed between post-test stress levels and current living arrangements. The study suggests that mindfulness meditation is effective, though longer interventions with larger samples are recommended.

This study looks at the relationship between ballet dance and its costumes. It focuses on how costume design has changed over time and how it influences both performances and modern fashion. Ballet costumes have moved away from the heavy, restrictive outfits of the Renaissance period. Now, they are lightweight, functional, and visually expressive, meeting the technical and emotional needs of today's ballet. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research includes interviews with dancers, choreographers, and costume designers. It also features survey data to examine audience perceptions and how fashion influences them. The findings show that costumes are crucial for enhancing a dancer's movement, storytelling, and presence on stage, while also impacting how the audience interprets the performance. The study also points out that the visual aspects of ballet, such as soft color palettes, tulle fabrics, ballet flats, and flowing shapes, have significantly shaped modern fashion trends in casual wear, haute couture, evening attire, and bridal designs. Furthermore, today's ballet costumes pay more attention to sustainability, cultural diversity, and new technology. In summary, the research concludes that ballet and costume design have a close relationship. Costumes enhance the artistic identity of ballet, while ballet continues to influence global fashion.

This study aimed to examine the implementation of values-driven governance in accordance with Republic Act No. 6713 among public officials and employees in a Local Government Unit (LGU). It sought to investigate respondents' demographic profiles, their perceptions of the eight core values mandated by RA 6713, the challenges encountered in practicing these values, and proposed measures to enhance ethical conduct in public service.A quantitative correlational research design was employed, with a total of 385 respondents from the LGU. Data collection focused on respondents' demographic characteristics, perceptions of the eight core values (Commitment to Public Interest, Professionalism, Justness and Sincerity, Political Neutrality, Responsiveness to the Public, Nationalism and Patriotism, Commitment to Democracy, and Simple Living), problems encountered in implementing values-driven governance, and potential interventions to strengthen ethical practices. Correlation analysis was used to examine relationships between demographic factors and perceptions of core values. The study revealed that the workforce is predominantly composed of young to middle-aged adults (26-45 years), with a balanced gender distribution and mainly Roman Catholic affiliation. Most respondents were college graduates, held permanent employment, earned between ?25,001-?45,000 monthly, and had 1-10 years of service. Respondents generally agreed that public officials and employees uphold core values such as Commitment to Public Interest, Professionalism, Justness and Sincerity, Political Neutrality, Responsiveness to the Public, Nationalism and Patriotism, and Commitment to Democracy. The value Simple Living received a neither agree nor disagree rating. Correlation analysis indicated that certain demographic characteristics were related to specific core values, while other factors showed no significant associations. Key areas for development were identified: enhancing monitoring systems, strengthening accountability frameworks, improving resource management, reviewing compensation approaches, increasing awareness of RA 6713, expanding capacity-building initiatives, addressing contextual influences, fostering an ethical culture, promoting transparency practices. The study concluded that while public officials and employees generally demonstrate adherence to the core values of RA 6713, there are opportunities to further strengthen ethical practices. Recommended measures include establishing robust monitoring and evaluation systems, implementing continuous ethics training programs, enforcing anti-interference policies, creating recognition systems for ethical conduct, and launching public engagement campaigns. These initiatives aim to enhance accountability, reinforce ethical awareness, and cultivate a culture of integrity in public service in alignment with the principles of RA 6713.

Environmental aggressors such as UV radiation, visible light, infrared heat, and air pollutants constantly attack the human integumentary system, producing reactive oxygen species (ROS) that surpass endogenous antioxidant defences and hasten the ageing process of the skin. The clinical manifestation of chronic oxidative stress and subsequent matrix metalloproteinase upregulation with collagen degradation is photoaging, which is typified by wrinkle formation, dyschromia, textural deterioration, and barrier dysfunction. By neutralising free radicals, reducing inflammatory cascades, and maintaining dermal matrix integrity, antioxidant-based cosmeceuticals have become evidence-based treatments that enhance the skin's natural defences. For the main topical antioxidant classes, such as ascorbic acid and derivatives, tocopherols, polyphenolic compounds (catechins, resveratrol, curcuminoids), carotenoids, coenzyme Q10, niacinamide, and melatonin, this thorough review methodically assesses mechanistic underpinnings, preclinical studies, and human clinical evidence.A thorough analysis is conducted of the critical formulation factors that control stability, penetration, and clinical efficacy, such as pH optimisation, vehicle selection, encapsulation technologies, and synergistic combinations. Well-formulated antioxidant products, especially synergistic combinations like vitamins C, E, and ferulic acid, have been shown to improve visible signs of photoaging, improve barrier function, and offer significant photoprotection when combined with broad-spectrum sunscreens. Nonetheless, translational issues like regulatory heterogeneity, formulation instability, and bioavailability restrictions continue to exist. Advanced delivery systems, pollutant-specific formulations, microbiome-conscious designs, and customized strategies informed by unique phototype and exposome profiles are all part of future research trajectories.
