The hardest thing a meteorologist has to do is forecast rainfall. In this work, we presented a rainfall prediction model that can be readily calibrated through the use of LSTM and artificial intelligence algorithms. This is a sophisticated way to determine the amount of rainfall. When it comes to the correctness of this kind of technique implementation, the deep learning approach is the most beneficial. When measuring memory sequence data, a long short-term memory method is used to quickly calculate historical data and produce the best forecast. This forecast technique is vital since the majority of the population in this nation depends on agriculture. Assessing rainfall in a timely manner will boost crop yields and save agricultural expenses. We have developed our model, which will assist us in estimating the quantity of rainfall, taking all these aspects into account. To achieve this, we have gathered data from six different regions. Six factors--temperature, dew point, humidity, wind pressure, wind speed, and wind direction have been used in our prediction. Our approach yielded an accuracy rate of 76% when all of our data was analysed. For the best outcome, we also concentrate on a large dataset on long-term weather.

The purpose of this project wax to aware students of engineering about the working and application of the Arduino and sensors. These instrumentational tools play a vital role in construction of integrated and complex real-life systems. We used ultrasonic sensor along with a microprocessor (Arduino) to measure distance of the object in range of the particular sensor. We coded our microprocessor to work for the particular application. As a result, we were able to measure critical distance which as an application will be used as parking warning device. Nowadays, we have some difficulties in obtaining the distance that we want to measure. Even. though, measuring tape is an easy option, but this kind of tool will have a limitation of manual error. Before this, engineers. have produced a range finder module but, in the end, they find out the module have many disadvantages like limitation for distance, different result for different coloured obstacles, and need a calibration for every time before starts using it. Manual distance measuring is always done at the expense of human error.

Now-a-days it is difficult for the students for finding job openings. when a company approaches a college for placements. Then the college will send the information regarding the placements through WhatsApp but many of the students are unnoticed by this information. Because along with the important information, some information which is not necessary is also present. Creating placement portal web application which is managed by the college and accessed by the students. When colleges and universities are approached by companies for campus placements, communication often occurs through platforms like WhatsApp, which can result in an information overload. This overload not only makes it challenging for students to filter the important details but also leads to significant information being inadvertently overlooked. To address these issues, the proposed solution is to develop a user-friendly web-based placement portal, which will be administratively managed by educational institutions and accessed by students. The application will be built using web development technologies and will be designed to be scalable, secure, and user-friendly. This portal, constructed using the latest web development technologies, will prioritize scalability and security to ensure it can accommodate a growing number of users while safeguarding sensitive data. The primary goal of this project is to create a centralized platform where comprehensive information about job placements and the recruitment process is readily available, providing students with a more efficient and effective means to explore and pursue employment opportunities in their academic and professional journey. The primary objective of this project is to create a platform where detailed information about placements and recruitment process, making it more efficient and effective for students.

A large maturity of cardiovascular nanomedicine disquisition has concentrated on fabricating inventor nanoparticles for bettered targeting as a means to overcome natural walls. For cardiac related conditions, analogous as atherosclerosis, hypertension, and myocardial infarction, inventor micro or nanoparticles are constantly administered into the vasculature or targeted vessel with the expedient to circumvent problems associated with conventional drug delivery, including negative systemic side goods. also, new nano- drug carriers that enter gyration can be extensively uptaken by vulnerable cells with the intended purpose that they modulate inflammatory processes and migrate locally to sanctum for remedial weight delivery. Indeed, innovative design in nanoparticle composition, expression, and functionalization has advanced the field as a means to achieve remedial effectiveness for a variety of cardiac complaint suggestions. This perspective aims to bat these advances and give new interpretations of how nanotechnology can be swish applied to mount in cardiovascular complaint treatment. In an trouble to spark exchanges on where the field of disquisition should go, we partake our outlook in new areas of nanotechnological addition and integration, analogous as in vascular, implantable, or wearable device technologies as well as nanocomposites and nanocoatings. Further, as cardiovascular conditions( CVD) increasingly claim a number of lives encyclopedically, we propose farther attention should be placed by researchers on nanotechnological approaches for trouble factor treatment to mount in early prevention and treatment of CVD.

Fluorosis has recently become more prevalent in areas of India where it is endemic. It is well known that drinking water with excessive fluoride levels may contribute to fluorosis. In the Nalgonda District of Telangana, India, 30 water samples from hand pumps and bore wells in chosen villages were collected in order to determine the fluoride concentration (ppm) in both fluorotic and nonfluorotic communities. Additionally, we gathered information from 168 persons in particular areas to assess the prevalence of skeletal and dental fluorosis. Surface and ground water samples from these villages' have fluoride amounts ranging from 0.46 to 11.4 ppm. The current study on fluorosis in the Nalgonda district found that both fluorotic and non-fluorotic individuals had greater incidences, more severe skeletal manifestations, and oral fluorosis. Aside from that According to the findings above 50% of residents of fluorotic villages in the Nalgonda area have skeletal fluorosis and dental fluorosis,

The growth of e-commerce and online transactions has led to a need for new IT laws to monitor and regulate these activities. The Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act) is the primary law governing e-commerce in India. The IT Act provides for a number of safeguards for consumers, including the right to privacy, the right to information, and the right to redressal of grievances. The IT Act also sets out penalties for cybercrime, including hacking, phishing, and identity theft. In addition to the IT Act, there are a number of other laws that may apply to e-commerce and online transactions. These include the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and the Competition Act, 2002. The Consumer Protection Act provides for consumer protection against unfair trade practices and misleading or false information. The Payment and Settlement Systems Act regulates the operation of payment systems in India. The Competition Act prohibits anti-competitive practices, such as price-fixing and collusion. The paper will examine the various legal issues surrounding e-commerce, such as data protection, online consumer protection, intellectual property rights, and electronic contracts. By analyzing the current legal framework, this paper seeks to provide a comprehensive overview of the legal challenges and opportunities presented by e-commerce and IT laws

Introduction: The expansion of industrial activity has raised people's living standards and quality of life, but it has also brought about several occupational risks. One of the oldest and most important industries in India and the rest of the globe is coal mining. The general health status of coal mine workers is currently the subject of very little literature in India. Aim: The current study investigated the general health condition, compare with habits like alcohol, smoking and tobacco use of the coal mine area. Material and methods: In accordance with the survey questions created in accordance with the prescribed proforma with norms of the National Family Health Survey, India, an epidemiological survey descriptive study was carried out among the 282 workers and non-workers of a coal mine located in the coal chemical complex areas of the Mancherial district, Telangana, India. Results: Personal histories were examined in relation to drinking, smoking, and other drug and tobacco use. Out of 282, 126 (45%) are alcoholics, 22 (7%), are smokers, and 14 (4.96%) are tobacco users. The medical condition shows that 173 (61.34%) people (68 non workers and 105 workers) have respiratory problem, 141 (47+94) have musculoskeletal system, along with 37 (eight non-workers and 29 workers) who have cardio-vascular problems, 65 (12 non-workers and 53 workers) who have neurological problems. There are negative health impacts of coal dust significantly with lung problems, cardio-vascular problems in coal mine workers compared to non coal mine workers; especially kidney effect in coal mine workers compared to nil effects in non coal mine workers. Conclusion: The data showed that high kidney, respiratory problems, cardio-vascular problems and other conditions call for rapid treatment.

Fungal infections pose a growing threat to human health and livelihood. Tinea capitis are the species of Dermatophytes group of fungi, which cause the fungal infection in the scalp known as scalp ringworm. Solid-lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) are an innovative group of nanosystems used to deliver medicine to their respective targets with better efficiency and bioavailability in contrast to classical formulations. SLNs are less noxious, have fewer adverse effects, have more biocompatibility, and have easy biodegradability. Lipophilic, hydrophilic and hydrophobic drugs can be loaded into SLNs, to enhance their physical and chemical stability in critical environments. Nanoparticles have many properties that would make them useful antimycotic agents. Nanoparticles can facilitate efficient topical drug delivery by increased penetration, enhanced safety, efficacy and sustained and target release of the drug. Itraconazole a antifungal drug was formulated into drug delivery system aiming to treat opportunistics ringworm infection ( Tinea capitis) that infect scalp.SLN increase the approach to enhance the permeability of Itraconazol through the skin. The used of Itraconazol loaded solid lipid nanoparticles considered a good alternative to control pathogenic fungi in humans. Different synthesis methods have been used to produce the SLNs, few of them are microemulsion dispersion method, homogenization, ultrasonication, melt emulsion sonication, and low temperature solidification method. Characterization of SLNs includes particle size, zeta potential, drug loading and drug entrapment efficiency. The objective of the review to evaluate Itraconazol loaded solid lipid nanoparticles to improve the therapeutic efficacy and reduction of toxicity of this broad spectrum antifungal agent. Entrapment efficiency of drug carrier and it's effect in physical parameter, drug release are reviewed. Important points in characterization and stability of SLNs are outlined. The study of the SLNs loaded with Itraconazol was the aim of these investigation. The drug molecules physiochemical and pharmacokinetic performance is constrained by the drug profile, poor solubility, toxicity, instability, incompatibility and poor penetration. The review submerizes the basic of nanoparticles ( SLN) with respect to drug delivery for better therapeutic effects of scalp ringworm infection.
