 Abstract

In this work, the characteristics of concrete employing coconut shell (CS) as the coarse aggregate and rice husk ash (RHA) as a partial replacement for regular Portland cement (OPC) were investigated. Workability, concrete density, and mechanical characteristics like compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, impact resistance, and elastic modulus were assessed and compared to benchmark values. For conventional concrete (CC) and coconut shell concrete, respectively, two concrete mixtures were used (CSC). Compressive strength increases as RHA replacement increases and provides satisfactory results up to 13% RHA replacement. This study demonstrates that adding RHA at a replacement rate of 16% improves the workability and mechanical characteristics of both conventional and coconut shell concrete.

 Abstract

Although proton pump inhibitors (PPI) have a record of remarkable effectiveness and safety in the management of gastroesophageal re?ux disease (GERD), several treatment challenges with PPI have emerged. Dexlansoprazole is the (R)-enantiomer of lansoprazole contained in a formulation that produces two distinct drug releases and significantly increases the duration of active plasma concentrations and percent time pH 4 compared to conventional single-release PPI. In most patients, dexlansoprazole can be taken without regard for meals or meal timing. Dexlansoprazole 60 mg showed comparable efficacy for healing of erosive esophagitis at 8 weeks compared to lansoprazole 30 mg, and dexlansoprazole 30 mg was superior to placebo for maintenance of healed erosive esophagitis at 6 months, with 99 percent of nights and 96 percent of days heartburn-free in patients taking dexlansoprazole 30 mg. The safety pro?le of dexlansoprazole is similar to that of lansoprazole. The extended pharmacodynamic effects, added convenience, and ef?cacy and safety of dexlansoprazole offer a novel approach to gastric pH control in patients with acid-related disorders.

भारिीय राष्ट्रीय आन्दोलन पुरुष प्रधान था यही कारण है तक भारिीय राष्ट्रीय आन्दोलन पर तलखी गई कई पुस्िकों लेखों आतद में मतहलाओं की सहभातगिा और उनके योगदान को उतिि स्थान नहीं तमला। ित्कालीन तपिसृ त्तात्मक समाज में मतहलाओं की दतुनया घर की िहारदीवारी के भीिर सीतमि थी और उसे पुरुष की अनुगातमनी ही माना जािा था तिर भी राष्ट्रीय आन्दोलन का इतिहास िमाम ऐसी मतहलाओं के साहस, त्याग व बतलदान से भरा है, तजन्होंने अपनी पाररवाररक भूतमका के साथ-साथ राष्ट्रवादी गतितवतधयों में भी महत्वपूणण भूतमका तनभाई थी अनेक मतहलाओं ने अपनी वीरिा, साहस और नेित्ृव क्षमिा का पररिय देिे हुए भारि की स्विंत्रिा के तलये पुरुषों के साथ कंधे से कंधा तमलाकर संघषण तकया। जैसे- वीरांगना लाजो देवी, उदा देवी, अजीजन बाई, ननीवाला देवी, मणृ ातलनी देवी, सनुीति देवी, आजाद तहन्द िौज की जाससू नीरा आयण आतद। क्ांतिकाररयों के कायण में प्रत्यक्ष रूप से महत्वपूणण सहयोग देने वाली सशुीला देवी, प्रकाशविी, लीलानाग, इदं मुिी तसहं , सहुातसनी गांगुली, सातवत्री देवी एवं ऐमू बाई जैसे सैकड़ों नामों से लेकर उजली तमसालों की यह परम्परा अप्रत्यक्ष सहयोग के हजारो लाखों नामों िक िै ली है। प्रस्िुि शोध पत्र में ऐसी ही अज्ञाि वीरांगनाओं का अध्ययन तकया गया है।

 Abstract

Service providers must upgrade their operations support system (OSS) and business support system as the telecommunications industry changes and new technologies like LTE, LTE-A, and 5G networks gain popularity. The performance of an organization's needs for service delivery, fulfillment, and business information depends heavily on OSS and BSS. The setting up of a solution (hardware or software) is known as configuration. Any solution will need to be configured to some extent before being used, which in our reality involves installing operating systems and databases. System integration should assist communication service providers in cutting costs on their OSS/BSS system while also enhancing the overall service delivery and the quality of the client experience
