 Abstract

Globally the elderly people who require assistance to perform individual tasks in their individual house will outnumber themselves substantially in the coming years. Presently old people prefer to reside in their individual familiar environment as with age they tend to stay alone with vulnerabilities and special needs. This boosts their self esteem, confidence and feeling of security. However, majority of houses are not designed to cater to the adaptive physical planning, care and services exclusively for the frail, aged and aging population. The paper explores the needs of the frail elderly people, and searches for a plethora of modifications to make individual and collective neighbourhoods physically and socially active and also support friendly. Such factors encompass enriching and forming all-age neighbourhoods, providing supportive housing and engaging mobility, delivery, and collective services as well as communicative innovations. Some prefer to age in place while others stress on collective housing options. Urban designers take up the challenges of physical, sensory, and cognitive impairments while creating their space and suggest improved individual as well as community space.

 Abstract

Covid-19 has been responsible for the deaths of people in lakhs and millions of people have been affected worldwide. To avoid future deaths, it is of utmost importance to identify the future cases and virus spread rate in advance. It is an analytical and challenging real-world task to forecast accurately the spread of this virus. Therefore, we use day level information of COVID-19 spread for cumulative cases from whole world. The dataset used in this research is from Jhon Hopkin University which contains the spread of the virus from January 22, 2020 to till date. It is a daily updating dataset. We model the evolution of the COVID-19 outbreak, and perform prediction using Machine learning and Deep learning-based time series forecasting models for next 20 days. Effectiveness of the models are evaluated based on the prediction curves, mean absolute error, and mean square error. Our analysis can help in understanding the trends of the disease outbreak, and provide epidemiological stage information of adopted countries. Our investigations show that Deep learning approach is best for time series-based problems and more effective for forecasting COVID-19 prevalence. The forecasting results have potential to assist governments to plan policies to contain the spread of the virus.

It was not until 1776 that Dobson (Great Britain) first confirmed the presence of excess sugar in the urine and blood as the cause of In modern times, the history of diabetes coincided with the rise of experimental medicine. An important milestone in the history of diabetes is the establishment of the liver's role in glycogenesis and the concept that diabetes results from excess glucose production. Claude Bernard (France) in 1857. The role of the pancreas in the pathogenesis of diabetes was discovered by Mering and Minkowski (Austria) in 1889. This discovery later formed the basis for the isolation and clinical use of insulin by Banting and Best (Canada) in 1921.  Abstract

Accumulation of discarded scrap tires are non-biodegradable and have been a major concern. Even after a long period of land fill treatment, unmanaged waste tire poses environmental and health risk though fire hazard. Therefore, utilization of rubber from these scrap tires for the production of building materials in construction industry would help to preserve the natural resources and also maintain ecological balance. So, rubber used as replacement of aggregates with using fibers. Fiber reinforced concrete containing rubber particles have increased levels of toughness in comparison with conventional concrete. This experimental investigation focused on the material properties of fiber reinforced rubber concrete. Rubber particles were used at various concentrations to partially replacement with coarse aggregate 0, 5, 10, 15&20% with the addition of 0.85% steel fiber. This investigation includes an evaluation of standard fresh and hardens concrete properties. Results show that the fiber reinforcement counteracts the negative effects of using rubber particles to replace traditional aggregates.

There is various kind of topology available in theory of phase conversion method. In our Paper, we are going to use VFD for phase conversion. Many of us know that to control the speed of induction motor VFD is economically consider as energy saving option for us.
