 Abstract

An employee in the banking sector works to fulfill the needs of his family. Many hours, days, and years of his life are spent at work. His workplace and conditions are a concern for his family and mental health. It also has a wide range of working conditions and product sizes. If the work condition is favourable, the worker will perform mental labor and it will have a good effect. On the contrary, working conditions can have a bad effect on the productive mentality and health of the employees. Not only does it affect the efficiency of employees, but it also has a positive relationship with labor wages, migrant labor, and labor relations in the banking sector. In Indian banks, job descriptions are yet to be elaborated to include individual positions within a branch or branch department. and control offices. Job profile and job requirements are not defined." improving productivity and performance culture; Creating talent management practices; Creating succession for key critical and leadership positions; develop ownership, accountability, professionalization and organizational mechanisms for sustainable human capital management; Transformation of HR function from legacy driven HR to developmental HR, etc.

 Abstract

Shorea tumbuggaia is an endemic endangered medicinal important plant species of Dipterocarpaceae family. In general, seed is the most common form of propagation for afforestation in which breeding stock is usually retained. The fruits are winged and mature with 20-30 days. The seeds lack Dormancy, some seeds germinate before falling from the tree and some seed germinate as soon as they fallen from trees. The percentage of germination is high but seedling production is very less of 0.01%. Now this tree facing high risk of extinction in wild due to ecological conditions. Invitro propagation is one of the best alternative method to conserve this plant to some extent. A high rate of success in percentage of germination was obtained by placing healthy seeds on MS medium supplemented with 2 mg/I BAP. The combination of (0.5mg/I) NAA or IAA is more effective in bringing quick germination. Shoot production was greatest in cotyledonary nodal explants on modified MS medium with BAP 5mg/l+ 0.5 mg NAA and the shoots were successfully rooted. There is an urgent need to protect this endemic plant by both Invivo and Invitro methods.

 Abstract

Asthma, a heterogeneous and chronic respiratory condition characterized by variable expiratory airflow limitation and chronic airway inflammation, affects individuals globally, with a prevalence ranging from 1% to 18%. In India, approximately 2.05% to 3.5% of the population is affected. While asthma is seldom a direct cause of mortality, its impact rises exponentially after middle age, particularly in low- and middle-income groups. Complementary approaches, such as the Buteyko breathing technique, present an alternative for managing asthma symptoms. Originating in Russia in the 1950s, this method involves specific breathing exercises, breath-holding, and a recommended four-week treatment protocol. Studies suggest its efficacy in reducing asthma symptoms and improving walking capacity.

 Abstract

Mustard one of the popular oil seeds is investigated for drying in Batch fluidized beds. Experiments were conducted to assess the kinetics of drying for the variation in the inlet air temperature, the inlet air flow rate and the solids holdup in the fluidized bed. The drying rate was found to increase significantly with increase in temperature and with flow rate of the heating medium, while decrease with increase in solids holdup. The duration of constant rate period was found to be insignificant, considering the total duration of drying. The drying rate was compared with various exponential time decay models and the model parameters were evaluated. The page model was found to match the experimental data very closely with the maximum root mean square error (RMSE) of less the 2.0%. The experimental data were also modeled using Fick's diffusion equation and the effective diffusivity coefficients was found to be within 1.69x10-11 to 3.26x10-11m2/s for the range of experimental data covered in the present study with RMSE less than 4%.

 Abstract

The Reserve Bank of India has implemented several cashless transaction or payment systems from time to time to check corruption, black money and money laundering in the country. Which includes paper based instruments like cheque, demand draft etc. and online payment settlement systems like ECS Credit, RECS, ECS Debit, EFT, NEFT, RTGS etc. After the achievements made by India in the field of information technology after 2000, internet based online transactions have been started by mobile banking, ATM or point of sale machines, UPI etc. The number of paper based transactions was 12067 lakhs in the year 2016-17 which has come down to 6999 lakhs in 2021-22. Similarly, there has also been a decline in the value of paper-based transactions. On the contrary, card payments and retail electronic clearing like ECS Debit, ECS Credit, NEFT, IMPS, NACH, UPI etc. have increased both in terms of percentage and value of total transactions. But at the same time the cash to GDP ratio in the Indian economy has also increased to 14.7%. Along with this, the number of fraud cases in online transactions is also increasing continuously and the amount involved has almost doubled from 2018-19 to 2020-21. The conclusion is that with the expansion of the economy, the number and value of cashless transactions have increased but at the same time the cash-to-GDP ratio has also increased, indicating that India is moving towards a cashless economy along with economic growth but the rate of progress is slow. In order to reduce the increasing number of frauds in online transactions along with the progress towards cashless economy, there is a need to promote strong online payment system and financial literacy among the people; so that the economic loss to the people can be reduced and online transactions can also be made popular.
