Research approach-Quantitative approach. Research design-Pre - experimental one group pre- test post- test design. Sampling technique-Non probability Purposive Sampling Technique The above table depicts the information regarding association between the age and the pre test knowledge score , and it has been revealed that the value found to be 16.35 at degree of freedom 6 .Thus , it can be concluded that the age is dependent factor of pre test knowledge score. While analyzing the data, regarding the association of education with the samples pre test knowledge score , it has been revealed that the value found to be 41.68 at 9 degree of freedom. Thus the educational level has a significant associating with the pre test knowledge score . While analyzing the data, regarding the association of reason for infertility with the samples pre test knowledge score , it has been revealed that the value found to be 39.52 at 3 degree of freedom. Thus the reason for infertility level has a significant associating with the pre test knowledge score .Conclusion Thus the above chapter the data analysis regarding the effectiveness of health care package regarding improvement in knowledge , attitude and practice score regarding management of infertility among the infertile women.

Adolescence in girls is a turbulent period, which includes stressful events like menarche, considered as a landmark of female puberty. The girl might receive the menarche positively however negative responses such as shame, fear, anxiety and depression are more common. The study made use of one group pretest and posttest design. Convenient sampling method was used to select 150 samples. Video assisted teaching program was administered to the samples and the effectiveness of video assisted teaching program was evaluated. (122) 81.33% had inadequate knowledge and (28) 18.67% had moderately adequate knowledge in the pre-test. 74.67% had adequate knowledge and 25.33% had moderately adequate knowledge in post-test.The mean post-test knowledge score was significantly higher than the mean pre-test knowledge score at 0.001 levels. This indicated that the video assisted teaching program has helped the samples to improve their knowledge on puberty. The present study finding shows that the samples who were attending the video assisted teaching program have shown improvement in the level of knowledge which was proved statistically. The respondents expressed their gratitude for the knowledge they gathered regarding puberty. This feedback led the future researcher to use the questionnaire as a guide for assessing knowledge on puberty. The Headmistress and teachers were appreciated the topic and video compact disc.

So the best way of reducing the risk of developing memory loss is to provide IEC regarding memory loss among middle age people and it is found to be more valuable in creating awareness.A pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test design was adopted and Non-probability convenient sampling technique was chosen for this study. The total number of samples for the present study was 60 middle aged adults. The study was conducted in a selected rural area at Indore. Data were collected by means of structured knowledge questionnaire was used to assess the knowledge and three point likert scale was used to assess the attitude regarding memory loss. The subjects received Information Education Communication (IEC) regarding memory loss. The collected data were analyzed by using both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Independent ,,t" test was used to evaluate the effectiveness of Information Education Communication (IEC) on knowledge and attitude regarding memory loss. The obtained ,,t" value for knowledge 42.90 and for attitude 33.55 was significant at p<0.05 level. Conclusion : The findings of the study revealed that Information Education Communication (IEC) was effective in improving knowledge and attitude regarding memory loss among middle aged adults.

Chronic lower back pain is a common and disabling condition that can significantly impact an individual's quality of life. Exercise therapy is a recommended treatment for chronic low back pain, but there is limited evidence on which types of exercises are most effective in reducing pain and disability in this population Exercise therapy is the most commonly endorsed treatment for chronic non-specific low back pain in clinical guidelines and systematic reviews .However, it is important to note that not all types of exercise have the same level of effectiveness in individuals with chronic low back pain . Some types of exercise are more effective than others in people with chronic low back pain. Overall, while exercise therapy is beneficial for individuals with chronic low back pain, it is important to consider which types of exercises are most effective in reducing pain and improving function in this population.

Abstract:It is known that the composition of phytochemicals in fruits and vegetables is beneficial to human health. It is also known that phytochemicals can alter the absorption properties of drugs by interacting with drug transporter and drug metabolizing enzyme systems, thus affecting drug pharmacology. This effect occurs mainly in the intestines and liver, where phytochemicals are abundant. Changes in the activity of cytochrome P450 and other enzymes may affect the fate of metabolic drugs. Plants have been used for centuries to treat many conditions, including diabetes. Many people with diabetes are known to use herbs that contain antidiabetic drugs, as well as their main treatments, which may help cure the disease but also have the potential to be dangerous. In this review, weevaluated clinical and experimental data on herbal pharmaceutical interventions in the treatment of diabetes. Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic interactions between drugs and herbs are discussed, focusing on some herbs that can be used to interact with anti-inflammatory drugs.

A pot culture experiment was conducted at Forest College and Research Institute, Mettupalayam with an objective of influence of seedling growth and its parameters by foliar application of fish and chicken waste on Kapok (Ceiba pentandra. L) with different treatment. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design (RBD), with three replications viz., T1 -1% Fermented fish waste, T2 -1% Fermented chicken waste, T3 - 1% Fermented fish and chicken waste, T4 - 2% Fermented fish waste ,T5 -2% Fermented chicken waste , T6 - 2% Fermented fish and chicken waste, T7 - 3% Fermented fish waste,T8 - 3 % Fermented chicken waste ,T9 - 3% Fermented fish and chicken waste, T10 - Control. Foliar application was done once at 15 days interval. Totally three foliar applications were done. Observations on seedling height, number of leaves, stem girth, root shoot ratio, root volume were recorded. The results revealed that foliar application of 1% Fermented chicken waste registered significantly higher growth parameters than other treatments. It was on par with 2% Fermented fish waste. Foliar spray of 1% Fermented chicken waste could be recommended as liquid organic input to get higher growth of seedlings.
