Infrared sensors and ultrasonic sensors utilize emitted waves to detect reflections, providing accurate short and long-range gesture recognition. The paper begins by elucidating the essential components of touchless control, emphasizing the critical role of sensors and sophisticated algorithms. Sensors, ranging from cameras to depth sensors, capture and interpret hand movements, while advanced machine learning models decode these movements into actionable commands for digital devices.

This study offers information on several Solid Waste Management (SWM) models that can help the leather industries in different place deal with the rates of solid waste generation and reorganize management strategies. To efficiently and economically collect and recycle various waste types, creative methods should be used. Waste should be recycled using efficient treatment techniques as opposed to being dumped in landfills or burned outdoors in order to recover valuable materials and reduce the negative effects on human health. These wastes have the potential to pollute the ecosystem and negatively impact both human and animal health if they are released into the environment without following the correct leather wastes procedures. Since leather industrial wastes are unused and untreated, they are typically disposed of by burning, dumping, or haphazard land filling, according to most reports. Because these untreated wastes produce more greenhouse gases, they exacerbate various climate change issues. The objectives of this paper are to prevent or minimize leather solid waste, safeguard human health, preserve natural resources and energy, and clean up garbage when necessary.

A self-learning disease detection model will be useful for identifying COVID-19, suspected individuals using chest X-rays, and other skin disorders using skin images of infected patients. To detect COVID-19 and skin diseases, some AI-based bio-inspired models employ chest X-rays and skin images. Skin infection is a common problem that we are currently facing due to various reasons, such as food, water, environmental factors, and many others. Skin infections such as psoriasis, skin cancer, monkeypox, and tomato flu, among others, have a lower death rate but a significant impact on quality of life. Neural Networks (NNs) and Swarm intelligence (SI) are approaches for skin disease diagnosis and classification through image processing. In this study, we discuss the many techniques that have been applied in the past for preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction, and classification of several diseases. After comparing several approaches, we developed a new modeling framework for disease detection and classification through bioinspired machine-learning techniques will produce a more accurate results.

Maintaining the attendance of every individual in any organization like an educational institution or corporate workplace is an essential component. Traditionally, attendance systems relied on manual methods such as paper-based sign-in sheets or manual entry into spreadsheets, which were time-consuming, and prone to errors. Acharya Charak, Sushruta & WHO definitions all gives so much importance to Mental health as well as physical health. Dhee, Dhriti and Smriti are types of Pragya (Wisdom). The term Dhee is derived /Intelligence). Dhee is the power of reasoning and provides the discriminative power of intellect 'Tatkaliki gyeya' and thus the ability of correct judgement 'Nishchayatmika' is obtained. It is responsible for real perception of knowledge. Dhee is one by which knowledge is obtained. It is considered as the causative factor for all the activities of the person. Dhee is responsible for conclusive knowledge. According to chakrapani dhee gives an initiation to work and to come to final conclusion after proper analysis. This has been stated by Dalhana, which means coming to final conclusion after proper reasoning and logic, is by means of dhee only. Kushmanda (bennincasa hispida), commonly known as petha is a medicinal herb used in many diseases. Ayurveda text describes kushmanda as Cheto-vikaraghna which means it is useful in mental disorders. It works as Medhya Dravya as described in Priya Nighantu. Kushmanda as an herb is loaded with Multiple benefits, hassle free, easily available, Side-effect free, and risk-free qualities and can be a very good and comparatively cost effective Cheaper mental health improver for children.

Introduction : Breastfeeding remains the simplest, healthiest and least expensive feeding method that fulfils the baby's needs. Approximately two days after giving birth the women's breasts fill with milk, which is a normal process. This makes the breast heavy and swollen but under normal circumstances this should not be painful and hard. Breast engorgement develops in 72% to 85% in postnatal mothers. It is a painful, unpleasant condition affecting large number of mothers during the early postpartum. During this time when mothers are coping with demands of the baby it may be particularly distressing. Breast engorgement quenches the development of successful breast feeding, leading to early breastfeeding cessation and is associated with more serious illness including breast infection.Methodology : The conceptual frame work used in this study was Ernestine Wiedenbach's helping art of Clinical Nursing. A Quantitative Evaluative approach using Quasi-Experimental -Pre-test - Post-test control group design was used. The study was conducted at two selected hospitals, Non- Probability Sampling technique was used to select 50 postnatal mothers, as 25 for experimental group and 25 for control group. The intervention, Reverse Pressure Softening Technique was given to experimental group. The intervention was given thrice a day for three days, 2nd to 4th postnatal day, for a duration of 30 seconds per intervention. The control group did not receive any intervention. The pre-test and post-test was done by using the standardized Six-Point breast Engorgement Scale and LATCHES Breast Assessment Tool was used to assess the level of breast engorgement and breastfeeding among postnatal mothers. Result: The collected data were analyzed by using both descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Unpaired 't' test was used to was to evaluate the effectiveness of reverse pressure softening technique on level of breast engorgement and breast feeding among postnatal mothers in experimental group and control group. The obtained post-test 't' value 26.93 on level of breast engorgement and 3.22 on level of breastfeeding was significant at p< 0.05 level. Conclusion: The findings of the study revealed that there was a significant difference in the post test level of breast engorgement and breast feeding among postnatal mothers in experimental and control group. The study concluded that Reverse Pressure Softening (RPS) technique is effective in reducing the level of breast engorgement and improving breast feeding among postnatal mothers.

Abstract:- The Ethanolic Extract of Calotropis Gigantea Linn. ( Family of Apocynaceae) Flower were tested for Wound Healing Activity in Healthy Wister albino rats using Wound Healing Evaluation Parameters Skin irritation test, Measurement of Wound Contraction and Epithelialization Period, Measurement of Tensile. Strength Statistic healing activity by using Incision model and Excision model. The dose of extract ointment 2% and 5% was applied for 10 days. The result of ethanolic extract of calotropi sgigentea linn possess the wound healing activity as evidenced by its significant effects by Excision wound and Incision wound in Rats
