Cybersecurity for medical devices focuses on protecting systems and data from unauthorized access and threats through measures like encryption, authentication, access controls, and updates. The FDA's recommendations stressed the importance of adding security measures to devices. Issues including device complexity, outdated systems, and supply chain vulnerabilities make security more challenging. The FDA is in charge of cybersecurity regulations for medical devices in the US, which prioritize secure design, risk management, and lifetime threat monitoring through premarket and post-market standards. Important frameworks like the 21st Century Cures Act address vulnerabilities, yet there are still problems with standardizing practices and protecting legacy technology. AI-driven security and stricter laws to improve gadget safety are examples of emerging developments. In conclusion, robust cybersecurity laws are necessary to protect medical devices against changing online threats while maintaining patient safety and data integrity.

As project environments become increasingly volatile and complex, the traditional reliance on technical project management frameworks (e.g., Waterfall, Scrum) is no longer sufficient to guarantee success. This paper examines the shift from "management" to "leadership" as the primary driver of project outcomes. It explores how leadership behaviors--specifically vision setting, cultural cultivation, and adaptive decision-making--directly correlate with project performance. The study concludes that while management provides the necessary structure, leadership provides the vital energy and direction required to navigate human and organizational complexities.

Academic institutions manage a wide range of official documents such as permission requests, reports, letters, and circulars as part of their daily administrative activities. Traditional manual methods of handling these documents are often time-consuming, inefficient, and difficult to track. This paper presents a web-based Academic Affairs Management System (AAMS) designed to streamline academic document management through a centralized digital platform. The system supports structured submission, review, approval, and secure storage of academic documents, thereby reducing paperwork and improving administrative efficiency. By organizing workflows in a systematic manner, the proposed system enhances coordination among departments and ensures better record management. The Academic Affairs Management System provides a practical and efficient solution for improving academic administration in higher educational institutions.

Transportation services within higher educational institutions play a vital role in shaping the daily academic experience of students and staff. Efficient and reliable transport systems contribute significantly to punctuality, attendance, safety and overall institutional effectiveness. This study empirically examines the relationship between transportation service quality and satisfaction among users in a higher education setting and evaluates how satisfaction influences behavioural intentions such as service recommendation and continued usage. Using primary data collected from 410 respondents through a structured questionnaire, the study applies descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression modelling and chi-square testing to analyse the strength and direction of relationships between service quality dimensions and user satisfaction. The findings reveal a strong positive relationship between perceived service quality and overall satisfaction, with service quality explaining a substantial proportion of variance in satisfaction levels. Furthermore, satisfaction demonstrates a significant association with recommendation intentions, indicating its role as a mediator between service performance and behavioural outcomes. The study contributes to service quality literature by extending empirical validation to institutional transportation systems and provides actionable insights for administrators seeking to enhance operational efficiency through quality-focused transport management strategies.

Introduction: A wound is a break in the integrity of the skin or tissues often associated with disruption of structure and function. A wound is only a disturbance of any kind of tissue, including internal organs, bones, and soft tissues. An ulcer is a rupture or breach in any lining, be it the mucous membrane, the skin, or another tissue. One kind of wound is an ulcer. Discussion: Jatyadi ghruta specifically used in dushta vrana and nadi vrana. Due to tikta rasa, katu in vipaka, laghugunatmaka, ushna veeryatara with pradhan in rukshata individually act on stabilizing the twaka and mamsa dhatu along with scrapping. It aids in strengthening the surrounding tissues and debriding the affected ones. The vipaka of ghruta acts on disinfecting the wound, removing bacterias and promote healing. Conclusion: The study concluded with the efficient use of jatyadi ghruta and triphala kwatha dhawan in dushta vrana or non healing ulcers. The quality of scrapping and repigmentation hold the healing property at another level. Wonderful results were seen by appropriate topical local application of both the drugs together, also the wound was free of any adverse drug reaction. The product applied was affordable and readily available and cheap

This research paper examines the transformative contributions of women technicians in Tamil cinema between the 2010s and 2020s, a period marked by significant evolution in gender representation behind the camera. Historically dominated by male professionals, the technical arena of Tamil cinema has witnessed gradual but impactful integration of women professionals across various departments, including cinematography, editing, production design, sound engineering, and visual effects. Through qualitative analysis of industry reports, interviews, and film credits, this study identifies key trends, breakthrough artists, and persistent challenges. The findings reveal that women technicians have not only achieved individual recognition in previously male-dominated fields but have also fostered collective advocacy through professional networks like the Indian Women Cinematographers Collective. Despite systemic barriers including gender bias in equipment-handling roles and logistical challenges concerning long working hours, women technicians have demonstrated remarkable resilience and creativity, increasingly occupying leadership positions in major productions. Their presence has enriched Tamil cinema's visual storytelling and narrative diversity, bringing fresh perspectives to character development and aesthetic approaches. This paper concludes with recommendations for industry stakeholders to implement structural reforms that can accelerate gender parity, ensuring that the technical landscape of Tamil cinema becomes more inclusive and representative of the society it portrays
