 Abstract

There are an exceptionally enormous number of vehicles in India as it is a densely populated nation across the world. There is a need of distinguishing vehicles precisely. This framework identifies the picture of the number plate of a vehicle from video, the number is extracted utilizing various techniques and calculations. The framework is appropriate for passageways of gates like colleges. At the point when any vehicle passes by the framework, the video is caught and afterward, the video is changed over into pictures. The methods include grayscale which turns the colorful image into grayscale, binarization which further converts the grayscale image into the black and white version, license plate detection which is to search for the location of the license plate, character segmentation which separate the extracted characters individually and character recognition to transform the pixel into meaningful information. The system has demonstrated a more than a 90% success rate. In addition, the performance issue has been addressed by omitting some pre-processing such as contrast enhancement, noise filtering, and histogram equalization.

 Abstract

The Wetlands of North Bihar were surveyed and data were generated. Climatic conditions of studied wetlands are incorporated in the (table-1) Kawar lake Begusarai, Gaurdah kusmi lake, Saharsa, Kachna Dumri Chaur Khagaria, Dabkal Chaur Samastipur, Kusheswar asthan chaur Darbhanga Milki Chak Marsh Darbhanga, Thathopur marsh Darbhanga and Udaipur lake from west Champaran were studied. Inhabitant of the area is fulfilling their needs by using the wetland produce in many ways right from water for drinking, fishing and irrigation purposes. Wetland plants are used for treating several diseases. Some macrophytes such as Brahmi, Tal makhana, Kamal Bhent and Sorkha are frequently used into medication in the region. Old beliefs, myths appear to hinder the incorporation of common and medicinally potent wetland plants in the primary health care system of local people. This scientific study may enhance the positive facets of macrophytes and their valuable medicinal resource in the flood prone area of North Bihar. Mass awareness may be helpful inculcating the scientific temperament among the people of this region.

 Abstract

Sports and Games are considered to be as old as human civilization and with the span of time its arena has expanded to unexpected extents. Sports and Games, especially ball games paved its path all the way from England and America to all over and world almost 200 years ago and still continues to snatch the limelight. Taking into account the professional dimension of these games rigorous amount of scientific and specific physical training is given to the Ball game players. In spite of all the effort, a very important and crucial aspect is neglected and overshadowed which leads to incomplete training results. The very aspect is the Psychological fitness training. The present study focuses on the study of Variation of Mental Health Statuses of different Ball Game players. For the Purpose of the study 40 male university level ball game players of age range 20 to 25 years were chosen from Visva Bharati University, out of which 10 were basketball players, 10 were Cricket players, 10 Football players and 10 were Volleyball players. Six mental variables namely Anxiety & tension, Nervousness, Loneliness, Restlessness, Hopelessness and Anger and Five somatic variables namely Headache, Disturbed sleep, Tiredness, Indigestion and Acidity were selected. Subjects were selected using purposive sampling and the data was extracted using Questionnaire response method using Dr. Pramod Kumars Mental Health Checklist. ANOVA was applied to derive the results at 0.05 level of significance and to identify the significant differences among the Mental health status of different ball game players. The result rejected the null hypothesis and showed that Mental Health status differed significantly to each of them.

 Abstract

The research is focused on the management of vegetable crops in nurseries. A significant part of effective vegetable development is stable seedlings under good nursery management practises. The consistency of the growing media used in the seedling tray is primarily affected by the growing media's physical, chemical and biological properties. For the efficient development of high-quality seedlings for transplanting, safe seedling tray technology has been developed. The key aim of growing seedlings in a protected structure is to grow off-season quality and disease-free seedlings to collect early crops in a protected condition or to achieve greater benefit in open field conditions.Good nursery management strives to make planting materials of the best possible quality available for new growth and replanting areas. Weak planting materials add to poor yield and overall cost increases. All key aspects of nursery management are discussed in this report, including the value of nursery, forms of nursery, nursery management, including various activities such as seedling, manuring, irrigation, plant conservation steps, weed control, nursery plant packaging.

 Abstract

Brand consciousness is the new trend in the consumer market. Todays male are going for brands which involves big name, trendy looks and style. The market is now dominated by brands which the people in the earlier days would not have thought of because of the prices and their mind set. The kind of fierce brand loyalty that male consumers have today for their respective brands is commendable. The trend of being brand conscious is a similarity between the young male and the working class. The prices and extensive promotions of brands are also one of the main reasons for male to become brand conscious. Male are multiple markets they buy for themselves, they buy for their families, in increasing numbers, and they buy for their business. He is the chief purchasing agent of the family. He is extremely brand attuned and does a lot of research before buying. Thus it is high time that marketers and manufacturers realize, understand and recognize male as a lucrative segment and start developing concepts and create branded products that are male centric, which reap high growth potential. Hence the present study was undertaken to study the level of brand consciousness existing among male consumers and its effect on family buying behavior. Some of the major findings of the study were older male have high brand consciousness due to their experience with their favorite brand compared to middle aged male. High Brand Consciousness is found among male consumers employed in private organization.

 Abstract

: In 2020 data consuming is increasing and big amount of data has been stored by different organization and researcher have to understand the data is much important before launch some product. And understanding data we need to understand first is how many types or how many ways we can store that particulate data. So that why we have to understand data structures. Which type of data we have? thats why we have to learn what is the data structures. A data structures is special way to store and organize data in computer so it can be used efficiently. list, dictionary, tuple set, stack, queue, tree, linked list, graph, hash map are all data structures in python programming language, we can store the data in special way, so after that we can access that data effectively. each of every data structure mentioned has different way to organize the data. So, we can choose different type of data structures based on the requirements.

 Abstract

: Machine learning techniques are being widely used to develop an intrusion detection system (IDS) for detecting and classifying cyber-attacks at the network-level and host-level in a timely and automatic manner. However, no existing study has shown the detailed analysis of the performance of various machine learning algorithms on various publicly available datasets. Deep Neural Network (DNN), a type of deep learning model is explored to develop flexible and effective IDS to detect and classify unforeseen and unpredictable cyber-attacks. The continuous change in network behavior and rapid evolution of attacks makes it necessary to evaluate various datasets which are generated over the years through static and dynamic approaches. This type of study facilitates to identify the best algorithm which can effectively work in detecting future cyber-attacks. A comprehensive evaluation of experiments of DNNs and other classical machine learning classifiers are shown on various publicly available benchmark malware datasets. Our DNN model learns the abstract and high dimensional feature representation of the IDS data by passing them into many hidden layers. Through a rigorous experimental testing it is confirmed that DNNs perform well in comparison to the classical machine learning classifiers. Finally, we propose a highly scalable and hybrid DNNs framework called Scale-Hybrid-IDS-AlterNet (SHIA) which can be used in real time to effectively monitor the network traffic and host-level events to proactively alert possible cyber-attacks.

 Abstract

Internal migration is part and parcel of the Socio-economic social life of India. Under the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 and the Disaster Management Act, 2005 on 24 March, the government of India without any proper plan declared lockdown leaving billions of people in distress. India has witnessed its biggest migrant crisis. Several migrant workers were laid off by their employers thereby causing mass unemployment. They were exposed to hunger, with practically no help from the government; with no money to feed themselves and their families amid the pandemic. The disadvantaged segments of the society have experienced maximum impact of lockdown amid COVID-19 pandemic. Deprivation of basic necessities leads to human rights violations. This paper aims to bring forth the impact of lockdown on Migrant workers of India amid Covid-19 pandemic and violation of their Basic human rights; and fur aims to analyse whether absence of coherent policy framework poses challenges for migrant workers

 Abstract

The available data on social media has contributed to vast research using sentiment analysis. The twitter-based social media represents a gold-mine approach for analyzing the performance of the brand. Large opinions of the people are found over Twitter that are honest, informative, and casual as compared to the formal type of data-survey analysis using magazines or reports. Millions of people share and express their sentiments over the media discussing about the brands whom they interact with. Sentiment analysis has turned out one of the most significant tools in natural language processing because it opens up numerous possibilities to understand peoples sentiments on different topics. The purpose of an aspect-based sentiment analysis is to understand this further and find out what someone is talking about, and whether he likes it or does not like it. There have been various ways to deal with handle this issue, utilizing machine learning. In this thesis, labelled data is used based on polarity and Tweets pre-process and extract unigram features after pre-processing of the tweets. In pre-processing, the noisy data is removed by using tokenization; stop word removal and stemming these processes remove the duplicate data like to repeat words, hash tags and emojis. These features and label learn by SVM, ANN and a hybrid of KNN and ANN (hybrid). In proposed experiment Ensemble approach shows improvement in precision and accuracy than other
