 Abstract

The concept of Work from Home (WFH) has emerged as a significant transformation in modern work culture, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizations across industries adopted remote working models to ensure business continuity and employee safety. While WFH offers flexibility and cost savings, its influence on employee productivity remains a subject of debate. This study examines the impact of work from home on employee productivity by analysing factors such as work-life balance, job satisfaction, communication effectiveness, technological support, and employee motivation. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire from employees working in various sectors. The study uses percentage analysis and descriptive statistics to interpret the data. The findings indicate that WFH has a mixed impact on productivity; while flexibility and reduced commuting time improve efficiency, challenges such as distractions, work overload, and communication gaps negatively affect performance. The study concludes that a hybrid work model with proper HR policies and technological support can enhance employee productivity effectively.

 Abstract

A key component of contemporary pharmaceutical governance is Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA), which guarantees that medications entering the healthcare system are safe, efficient, and produced in accordance with strict quality standards. The regulatory environment now covers complex medicines including biologics, biosimilars, cell and gene therapies, nanomedicine, and digital therapeutics, going well beyond standard drug control as scientific discovery picks up speed. The development, composition, and future course of international drug regulatory regimes are all thoroughly assessed in this research. The structure and importance of DRA are thoroughly explained in the outset, and then important historical occurrences that influenced regulatory policy are examined. To illustrate differences and convergence in global systems, the functions of significant international authorities such as the FDA, EMA, CDSCO, PMDA, MHRA, and TGA are studied. A thorough examination of ICH harmonisation emphasizes how important it is for creating common technical and scientific standards. Global inconsistency, complicated clinical ethics, data integrity issues, fake medications, and regulatory capacity limitations are some of the current issues that are criticized. The research also examines the vital role of international cooperation, including harmonized inspection systems, mutual recognition agreements, and collaborative evaluations. The future scope places a strong emphasis on Blockchain-based supply chains, digital transformation, AI-enabled regulatory evaluations, adaptive trial designs, and the slow transition to unified global frameworks. All things considered, this analysis emphasizes how crucial strong, open, and flexible regulatory frameworks are to safeguarding public health while also promoting innovation and fair access to life-saving medications.

Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are rapidly reshaping antenatal care by improving risk stratification, enabling earlier detection of complications (such as preeclampsia and fetal hypoxia), automating interpretation of fetal monitoring, and supporting patient-tailored interventions. For OBG nurses, these technologies promise improved surveillance, workflow efficiencies, and enhanced patient education -- but also introduce new responsibilities, ethical questions, and implementation challenges (data quality, algorithm bias, explainability, and integration into clinical pathways). This article reviews current AI applications for antenatal risk assessment, summarizes evidence for key clinical use-cases (preeclampsia prediction and cardiotocography/CTG interpretation), explores implications for nursing practice, and outlines practical recommendations for safe, equitable adoption. Key recommendations include nurse involvement in development/validation, emphasis on explainable AI, local external validation before deployment, and strengthening digital literacy and policy frameworks to ensure patient safety and equity.

The art of teaching speaking in a L2 is best supported by varied activities which encourage accuracy, fluency, skills communication & socio-cultural understanding. Recommended activities to augment speaking in L2 include: Fluency-focused activities like story completion where pupils jointly erect a narrative, cheering impulsive speaking and creativity. Language-focused activities which stress vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation practice in context. Interviewing activities, where pupils create questions and interact with peers or others to practice authentic exchanges and develop social language skills. Playing card games with topic-based questions promoting open-ended answers rather than yes/no responses, motivating more extensive language production. Socio-culturally sensitive speaking activities teach students how to navigate conversations carefully considering cultural contexts and expressions. Public speaking exercises to build confidence and the ability to organize and present thoughts clearly to an audience. These activities help learners develop not only linguistic accuracy but also pragmatic and interactional competence, essential for effective oral communication in L2 learning

Conventional financial theories are built on the premise that investors behave rationally and markets incorporate all relevant information efficiently. However, persistent irregularities in financial markets indicate that investor behaviour often deviates from rational decision making. Behavioural finance offers an alternative framework by integrating psychological and behavioural insights into financial analysis. This paper examines the influence of cognitive biases, heuristics, and emotional factors on financial decision making among Indian investors. Drawing upon an extensive review of existing literature and secondary data sources, the study identifies major behavioural biases affecting investment choices and market behaviour in India. The findings suggest that psychological factors play a decisive role in shaping investor actions, contributing to market inefficiencies. The study underscores the importance of incorporating behavioural finance principles into investment strategies, financial advisory practices, and regulatory policies.
