Education plays a crucial role in shaping the intellectual, moral, and social values of individuals. Nationalism, universalism, and secularism are three fundamental ideals that guide the development of a democratic and harmonious society. Nationalism fosters unity and a sense of identity, universalism promotes global brotherhood, and secularism ensures equality and respect for all religions. In a pluralistic country like India, education serves as a powerful medium to inculcate these values among students. This paper attempts to analyse the concepts of nationalism, universalism, and secularism and examine their inter-relationship with education. It also highlights the role of education in promoting unity, peace, tolerance, democratic values, and global citizenship.

India, the world's largest democracy, has long been admired for its ability to conduct free and fair elections despite its vast social, cultural, and regional diversity. Since the first general elections in 1951-52, the Indian electoral system has functioned as the cornerstone of its democratic framework. However, over the decades, increasing regional disparities, out-dated delimitation, unequal representation, and the rising influence of money and muscle power have exposed critical flaws in the current system. As India continues to evolve demographically and politically, there is a growing call for comprehensive electoral reform to ensure greater fairness, transparency, and equality in representation. Among the most debated reform ideas today is the principle of "One Nation, One Vote", which advocates that every citizen's vote should carry equal weight regardless of their state or region. This concept aims to correct imbalances in representation caused by frozen seat allocations and out-dated census data, thereby restoring democratic legitimacy and national unity. While the proposal offers a compelling vision for electoral equality, it also raises significant constitutional, federal, and political challenges. This paper critically examines the historical evolution of electoral reforms in India, analyzes the rationale and feasibility of "One Nation, One Vote," and explores its potential impact on democracy, governance, and federalism. Drawing on global comparisons and legal frameworks, the study aims to provide concrete policy recommendations for achieving equitable electoral representation in India.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) includes computers, the Internet, and electronic delivery systems such as radios, televisions, and projectors among others, and is widely used in today's education field. Kent and Facer (2004) indicated that school is an important environment in which students participate in a wide range of computer activities, while the home serves as a complementary site for regular engagement in a narrower set of computer activities. Increasingly, ICT is being applied successfully in instruction, learning, and assessment.

The preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers such as the electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD), New Drug Applications (NDA), and Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDA) remain highly complex, time intensive, and vulnerable to human error. Global regulatory authorities, including the US FDA, EMA, and CDSCO, enforce stringent and region-specific submission standards, resulting in significant operational burden and approval delays. This review examines the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in modernizing regulatory document development across the full submission lifecycle. Particular emphasis is placed on AI-enabled content authoring, automated dossier assembly, semantic consistency checks, predictive compliance analytics, and lifecycle management for both NDA and high-volume ANDA submissions. The integration of AI technologies enhances data consistency, reduces technical deficiencies, and supports real-time regulatory compliance, positioning AI-driven platforms as critical enablers for efficient, transparent, and future-ready regulatory submissions in the era of eCTD v4.0.

Digital technology has changed the way human relationships are built to a great extent. It has affected the ways through which people communicate, collaborate, and sustain social and professional ties. In emerging economies like India, such a cultural transformation is quite intricate. It happens against a backdrop of the tightly knotted cultural norms that focus on collectivism, relational embeddedness, and face-to-face interaction. Even though digitally mediated communication - driven by social media platforms, workplace collaboration tools, and algorithm-based communication systems - provides people with great connectivity and efficiency, its results regarding trust, emotional depth, and relational stability are yet to be fully understood in the Indian context. The research compares digital versus traditional relationships in modern India, particularly analyzing the impact of digital mediation on relational quality, trust, and social capital. The study is inspired by management and organizational behavior fields as it explores the coexistence and tension between algorithmic connections and embodied interactions in the personal and professional domains. By means of a mixed-methods research strategy, the research combines empirical evidence from surveys with qualitative insights in order to provide a comprehensive picture of relational experiences of individuals in digitally transformed environments. This publication adds to the knowledge about developing economies by challenging the relationship theories that are too concentrated on the Western world and locating them in the social-cultural and organizational realities of India. It claims that digital relationships in India do not substitute traditional ties but rather transform them, thus resulting in hybrid relational forms that question the existing managerial assumptions about engagement, collaboration, and human connectivity. The research outcomes have theoretical consequences for relationship management and at the same time, they provide organizations with the necessary knowledge on how to keep a balance between technological efficiency and relational sustainability in digitally evolving societies.
