Women empowerment means giving them the freedom or power to live as they wish. It allows them to identify their skills, knowledge and abilities to make their own decisions. Women empowerment is essential for the socio-economic development of any society. Women empowerment is an important topic currently. It inspires women to be aware of their rights and duties. Skill development is an important medium to bring self-confidence and self-reliance among women. Skill development is a powerful means of women empowerment which improves productivity, employability and earning opportunities. It is the bridge between the job and the workforce. Today it is considered an important and indispensable tool for women empowerment. Indian women face the most barriers to accessing skills and productive employment. A major effort is required to prepare a skilled workforce for economic prosperity. In developing countries like India, where problems like low rate of participation in work force and gender inequality still exist, women skill development will definitely solve this problem. Therefore, the Central Government has started many schemes for the skill development of women. In this context, this article throws light on the roles and effects of skill development in women's empowerment.

Distribution shift, where the test-time data distribution differs from that of the training data, is a critical challenge in real-world machine learning deployments. This paper presents an empirical study of model brittleness under naturalistic distribution shifts in tabular datasets, a domain that remains understudied despite tabular data being central to applications in finance, healthcare, and public policy. We assess the stability of various machine learning models, including logistic regression, gradient-boosted decision trees, and multilayer perceptrons, in response to deployment-driven shifts that alter feature distributions while maintaining the semantics of the prediction task. In addition to these naturalistic shifts, we implement controlled feature-level perturbations as stress tests. Across five classification datasets, all models exhibit significant performance degradation under distribution shift, with vanilla neural networks generally showing larger robustness gaps than tree-based methods, although these gaps can be substantially reduced by standardization and regularization. The study provides an empirical foundation for understanding robustness trade-offs across model classes in structured data settings and highlights open challenges for robust tabular machine learning

The rapid growth of Internet of Things (IoT) applications has significantly increased the demand for low-power, compact, and energy-efficient electronic sensor systems. Since most IoT devices operate on limited power sources such as batteries or energy-harvesting units, minimizing power consumption while maintaining reliable sensing and data transmission is a major design challenge. This paper presents the design and performance analysis of low-power electronic sensor and interface circuits suitable for IoT applications. The proposed system integrates low-power sensors, signal conditioning circuits, analog-to-digital converters (ADC), and communication interfaces optimized for minimal energy consumption. Performance parameters such as power consumption, sensitivity, accuracy, response time, and noise performance are analyzed through simulation and experimental results. The outcomes demonstrate that the proposed design significantly improves energy efficiency while maintaining acceptable performance, making it suitable for large-scale IoT deployments in smart environments, healthcare, industrial monitoring, and environmental sensing applications.

Climate change is a critical global challenge with far-reaching ecological, social, and economic impacts. Mitigation strategies focus on reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and enhancing carbon sinks, while adaptation strategies aim to increase resilience against ongoing and projected climatic changes. This review synthesizes key mitigation and adaptation strategies across energy, land use, agriculture, infrastructure, and urban planning. It also explores integrated approaches, synergies, trade-offs, and policy implications for sustainable, climate-resilient development. Drawing from peer-reviewed literature and authoritative reports up to 2022, the study emphasizes that effective climate action requires coordinated, multi-sectoral, and equity-focused strategies.

The folk song and folk musical instruments are important subject for anthropologist because it is a form of creativity illustrated by its spontaneous performance and disseminations. Folk music is a valuable form of the oral traditions that enables any cultures to emphasise their identities. The Chiru tribes are very proud of their rich cultural traditions including unique traditions, languages, and folklores such as folk songs, folk dances, folk music, folk tale, and customs which they inherited from their forefather generation to generation. The study aims to investigate and documentation of folk musical instrument used by Chiru tribes in Manipur. There are many musical instruments belonging to the Chiru tribe. Once these instruments become a part of the living but now at this point of time, it is very rarely available in the community. The present study documented three folk musical instruments of Chiru tribe.

The present paper reveals that " Growth of Public Expenditure in India: Structure and Time Series Analysis " looked into the connection between public spending and the nation's economic Growth. A study demonstrates that India's economic development is significantly influenced by governmental spending. Public expenditure is expenditure by the government on various government activities and social sector services. Public expenditure is necessary for supporting the economy and economic activities. The purpose of public expenditure is not limited to providing essential goods and services but also it provides employment and liberal rights to use to its population. In this article, explore that, the trends in public expenditure in India and also theories and causes of public expenditure. In almost every type of economy, whether it is socialist, capitalist or mixed, government participates in various economic activities directly and indirectly. Also, the government is responsible for establishing the welfare state in a country. This results in huge expenditure or investment by the government. Developing countries are generally characterized by lower socio-economic indicators, and widespread poverty & inequality. Thus, developing countries require a higher level of public expenditure to accelerate its economic growth social indicator.

Present study aim to describe concentration of various water sample from village Kirmiti Mendha Tah-Nagbhid, Dist-Chandrapur. The work is carried out during the year 2022. The variables are analyzed such as pH, EC, Alkanility, Total Dissolved salts as per slandered method. Sample were collected from various sources like well, bore, pond. Obtained result were compare with World Health Organization slandered. The present study will be useful to identify the places where water-quality standards are met and will be indicative of the places where the water-quality is below standards. The adverse effect of the elements concentration on the health of the humans is also discussed. The data reported in this report will be extremely useful from the public health point of view.
