Women's empowerment and gender equality have become central themes in global discussions on social progress and development. This thematic research paper explores the role of physical education as a catalyst for accrediting women, enabling their empowerment and fostering equality. Through an interdisciplinary lens drawing from sociology, psychology, and gender studies, this paper investigates the benefits of physical education in enhancing women's physical, mental, and social well-being. It delves into the mechanisms through which physical education programs can break gender stereotypes, promote self confidence, and instil leadership skills among women. Moreover, this paper examines the challenges and barriers hindering women's access to quality physical education and proposes policy recommendations and practical strategies to address these issues. Ultimately, this research aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the transformative potential of physical education in accrediting women and advancing gender equality.

This paper explores advancements in securing and scaling Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) using microservices architecture combined with Spring Boot. It highlights novel methodologies for protecting sensitive health data within the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) ecosystem and optimizing financial transaction systems for scalability. Building upon previous works, the research proposes an integrated framework leveraging OAuth2, multifactor authentication, and containerized microservices. Experimental results demonstrate significant improvements in security resilience and transaction throughput under real-world conditions.

This article draws from the Survey of the Situation of Physical Education in Schools. Providing Physical Education both inside and outside of Schools is crucial in helping young people to learn and develop life skills. Physical education or gymnastics is a course taken during primary and Secondary Education that encourages Psychomotor learning in a play or movement exploration setting. The term Physical Education is commonly used to denote they have participated in the subject area rather than studied it. The primary aims of physical education have varied, based on the needs of the time and place. Most modern Schools' goal is to provide students with knowledge, and the enthusiasm to maintain a healthy lifestyle into adulthood. Activities included in the program are designed to promote physical fitness, to instill knowledge and understanding of rules, concepts, and strategies. Students learn to either work as individuals, in a wide variety of competitive activities. Having Physical Education in Schools effects young adolescents mentally, physically, and emotionally. Having Physical Education in Schools effects young adolescents mentally. It is important for students to participate in a Physical Education class because it builds a foundation for participation in activities later in life.

In today's competitive industrial environment, batteries are essential for powering various types of equipment. They are predominantly used in grid systems and electric vehicles. To enhance the efficiency of battery operations and prolong their lifespan, and prevent them from reaching a destructive state, Battery Monitoring Systems (BMS) are employed in numerous industrial and commercial applications. The integration of BMS capabilities and its modularization is a fascinating and trending focus in current BMS research. Various monitoring techniques are implemented to assess the battery's State of Charge (SoC), temperature, and current levels. A prototype of a BMS has been developed to oversee these battery parameters. This BMS is designed using a microcontroller, sensors, and additional components like the ESP8266 PROCESSOR, temperature sensor, voltage sensor, and current sensor (ACS712).The system is capable of evaluating and displaying important metrics such as battery temperature, charging and discharging current, battery voltage, and SoC for the specified model battery. The battery data and the results emphasizing the primary characteristics of the system are displayed on the BLYNK screen..

Hypothyroidism and hyperprolactinemia adversely affect the fertility potential of women by impairing ovulatory function. Hypothyroidism promotes hyperprolactinemia which leads to irregular periods, anovulation and ultimately results in infertility. This is a case report of the primary infertility of a couple. A 27year old hypothyroid female came for consultation (Dec 2023) with the complaint of failure to conceive since 1.5 years & history of irregular menses. She was under treatment- Tab. Thyroxin 100 mcg since June 2023. She took treatment for irregular menses and for conception 1 year back at a private allopathic hospital & was advised 3 months OCP, tried naturally for 3 months. As she had anovulatory cycles, the ovulation induction was done in July, August and September 2023. After getting unsatisfactory results, she came to us in December 2023. Ayurveda treatment was planned in this case to evaluate its role to address hormonal imbalance, ensuring regular ovulation, and thereby helping to have a normal pregnancy. Based on the parameters of Ayurvedic Science, this case was diagnosed as Vandhyatva (~infertility), which was treated with both Shodhana (~bio cleansing therapy) and Shamana chikitsa (~therapy which is aimed at mitigating the disease by pacifying Dosha). After the treatment, TSH was reduced from 8.78 to 0.72 ?IU/mL. The intervention resulted in conception within six months.

Finance Minister Ms. Nirmala Sitharaman inaugurated India's first 3D-printed house designed and constructed by Tvasta Manufacturing Solutions, an IIT Madras-incubated company. The house was built in 21 days on a small area of 600 sq ft by using a new concrete mix and 3D printing technology that helps in building construction to be efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable. Low waste is created through this method, and designs can be more creative, and green buildings can be funded. It can also apply to interior design and save time and money, provide more design choices, and incorporate smart, sustainable elements--a plus for affordable housing.

This thesis covers initial variant submissions for transdermal patches intended for systemic distribution as well as new marketing authorization applications (including generic or abbreviated applications). There is guidance on the standards of quality for transdermal patch development, manufacture, excipient characterization, drug product control, packaging, and stability. In vitro performance testing is examined in particular with regard to drug release, adhesion, and skin permeability, as well as its relationship to clinical and in vivo performance. Along with the Guideline on the Pharmacokinetic and Clinical Evaluation of Modified- Release Dosage Forms, it should be read. Transdermal patches are made to distribute the active substance(s) via the skin in a regulated manner, primarily by diffusion, with a certain pace and amount of systemic absorption.

Spirulina, a nutrient-rich single-cell protein, is gaining attention as a functional food source. With its composition comprising 55-70% protein, 25-30% carbohydrates, essential fatty acids, vitamins, and bioactive pigments like carotene and phycocyanin, it presents a promising alternative to synthetic food additives, which are linked to health risks such as cancer. As the food industry seeks safer, natural antioxidants, Spirulina emerges as a significant contender. Its bioactive properties not only hold medicinal potential but also inspire the development of synthetic analogs. This review examines the nutritional benefits, bioactive properties, and immunological applications of Spirulina, highlighting its recognition as a safe dietary supplement worldwide, its diverse biological activities and nutritional benefits, attributed to its high concentration of natural nutrients with bio-modulatory and immuno-modulatory functions. Various Spirulina preparations enhance immune responses by increasing the phagocytic activity of macrophages, stimulating antibody and cytokine production, and promoting the accumulation and activation of NK, T, and B cells. Additionally, Spirulina plays a regulatory role in lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, demonstrating effects on glucose and lipid profiles in both experimental models and diabetic patients. Its preparations have shown antiviral activity against enveloped viruses, including herpes, cytomegalovirus, influenza, and HIV, and possess antioxidant properties that may inhibit carcinogenesis and reduce organ toxicity, particularly in the liver, kidneys, and testes.

The conventional method of hand-feeding cattle is inefficient. This research presents an autonomous feeding system designed to follow a fixed trajectory for a set period, providing feed to animals situated by the feeding trough. The prototype is developed using IR sensors interfaced with raspberry pi that tracks the path to follow.Advancements in agricultural technology are driving sustainable practices. Automatic feeding systems (AFSs) exemplify this trend by streamlining feeding operations for ruminants. These systems not only reduce labor costs but also contribute to a greener future by minimizing feed waste and optimizing resource utilization.
