Umm Zakiyyahs novel if I Should Speak, depicts the nature of social system of humankind. There is inequality and biased social justice system which deprive Tamika, the protagonist, to get her justice in the society. Tamika was African-American Christian girl who shared her room with her friend Jennifer in the residential of college. She had fight with her friend which gone to extent of leading to physical assault. In that physical assault Jennifer got little injured and it went into another extent by the extravagant of Jennifers friend Mandys speech. She blamed everything on Tamika Douglas. The Residential Advisory Board also favored the side of Jennifer. It didnt hear the story of other side. It just keeps on going to blame Tamika for whatever happened in that particular fight. Tamika learns to shed some of the xenophobic attitudes she has adopted growing up in the hearing room of Advisory Board. She lost her faith in system of justice which was biased and in favour of Jennifer who belongs to white race. Hence the voice of Tamika Douglas was unheard and the hope, she had on justice was lost because of biased and prejudiced perception.

In the internet-dependent world, the demand for data is increasing day by day. This has generated an issue of massive data storage. To overcome this issue, a cloud-based storage service was developed. Today there is extensive involvement of cloud on business transactions and daily applications. This has raised the need to provide high end of security to the stored data; the project helps overcome this problem. The use of a blockchain network as an interface to access the data will help overcome the security of data on the cloud. The blockchain is a distributed public ledger and Internet-based computer network. The proposed system works on the ERP data of a company, on a private cloud, which is accessible through the internet from any place. It validates and secures the employee data of the company. Smartphone and laptop security features like biometrics and password validation can be to make this idea more robust and easier to use for end-user. The local validation process of laptops and smartphones acts as a user interface between the background and the user. This also acts as the next level of security for validation of user details. Thus, providing a more secure way of accessing the cloud service.

Background: Testis is affected by both non-neoplastic and neoplastic conditions. 1Torsion of testis is a surgical emergency, commonly seen in 10-25 years of age. The testicular tumors although relatively rare, are of great interest and importance because of their varied histological appearances. Objectives: This study was carried out with aim to study age wise distribution of various non-neoplastic and neoplastic testicular lesions with histopathological spectrum and incidence of testicular lesions. Material and methods: The present study was a retrospective cross-sectional study, carried out at Tertiary Care Teaching Hospital, Akola, Vidarbha, Maharashtra, India. This study was carried in Department of Pathology, over a period of five years from January 2015 to December 2019. Among 14306 histopathological specimens received, total 87 cases were found to be of testicular lesions. Histopathological processing of sections was done and slides stained with Haematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) were studied. Where ever indicated special stains were studied. Results: Most commonly affected age group diagnosed with testicular lesions in present study was 21-30 years and presented with testicular swelling in 83 cases (95.40%). Among 47 non-neoplastic lesions, torsion and atrophic testis (12 cases each) were outnumbered. Out of 40 neoplastic testicular lesions, Mature teratoma was in 15% (six cases). While seminoma outnumbered with eight cases (20%) in malignancy and immature teratoma was least common (one case). Conclusion: Clinical data, operative findings and gross features of lesions along with histopathological examination proved important and at times decisive diagnostic clues.

Rapid population growth has also contributed to an increase in the amount of waste produced on a regular basis. This rise in waste production due to ongoing growth in urbanisation and industrialization has been a major problem for local and national governments. It is still a major issue for municipal authorities to handle the garbage being dumped everywhere as a landfill. In order to ensure a low risk to the atmosphere and human health, conscientious steps must be taken when segregating and distributing waste. Segregation of waste in a proper way brings to light the true economic importance of the waste. The conventional approach used to segregate waste in India is by means of rag pickers, which are time consuming and can have detrimental effects on the health of people who are exposed to such waste. Here we suggest the use of an Auto Waste Segregator (AWS) that is inexpensive and also an easy-to-use solution for segregating household waste. It is designed to divide the waste into two groups. Clean wet waste. The machine uses the Wet sensor for the isolation of wet and dry waste and the Moisture sensor for the detection of dry waste and the LCD monitor to indicate the effect of the separation.

Schools and teachers play a central role in enhancing the psychological wellbeing of children. Teachers are key agents of change to foster the cycle of adaptive, holistic learning and development resulting in children who are psychologically healthy and educationally well-equipped to face challenges. It is the duty of the teacher as a facilitator of learning to identify the individual difference among her students and cater to their different learning styles. A learning style can be described as the favorable way in which a person absorbs information. Learning styles are what we are born with and can be identified as early as their months of age. An efficient teacher is one who is aware of the learning style of each and every student and helps him to develop and excel rather than interfere or influence. Every classroom will have a mix of Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic learners. Effective teaching and opportunities for learning are created when the needs of all types of learners are addressed. Respecting learning styles within the classroom and home environment makes children comfortable and confident as the stress and frustration are considerably removed from the process of learning and academic achievement.

Abstract: The aim of the study was to find out the association of BMI, body fat, waist circumference with blood pressure. This study included 80 obese boys students of age group 13-16 years. All students were from four different govt aided schools of different municipality of Purba Medinipur district. Measurement of height and weight was done by standard procedure. BMI was calculated by Quetlets equation. Waist circumference was measured by anthropometric tape and blood pressure was measured by auscultatory method. Descriptive statistics and Pearsons product Moment Method was computed by SPSS 16. There was a positive significant correlation between BMI, Body fat%, waist circumference and systolic blood pressure. No significant relationship was observed between BMI, Body fat% and diastolic blood pressure but waist circumference had an association with diastolic blood pressure.

The main objective of this research is analyze the effect of different types of steel fibers on strength parameters of self compacting concrete for M-40 grade of concrete by using fibers like straight fiber, crimped fiber and hooked fiber. Self-compacting concrete is a type of concrete which flows under the influence of gravity without segregation is used in reinforced structural members. It avoids the need of vibration. Steel fibers can resistance to crack, impact and fatigue resistance, reduce shrinkage and toughness. This project investigates the strength studies of self-compacting concrete using steel fibers as reinforcement to enhance. Various tests are to be preformed to determine the properties of fresh and hardened concrete such as workability test, compressive test, flexure and tensile test of SSC containing fibers of 1%, 2% and3%, by volume of cement.

A smart home refers to a convenient home setup where appliances and devices can be automatically controlled remotely from anywhere with an internet connection using a mobile or other networked device. Devices in a smart home are interconnected through the internet, allowing the user to control functions such as security access to the home, temperature, lighting, and a home theater remotely. A smart homes devices are connected with each other and can be accessed through one central pointa smartphone, tablet, laptop, or game console. Door locks, televisions, thermostats, home monitors, cameras, lights, and even appliances such as the refrigerator can be controlled through one home automation system. The system is installed on a mobile or other networked device, and the user can create time schedules for certain changes to take effect.

Information security is an important factor during transmitting secret information between two objects. Generally, we use cryptography for information hiding and sending secret message in the form of text. Nowadays, there are several techniques used for hiding information in any medium. One of such technique is steganography. In this technique, digital images are used for hiding information and the information is in the form of text, digital image, video or audio file may be used as secret message. Using LSB Steganography Technique we can implement high level of information security without any damage to cover image. In this system we are using the hybrid approach i.e. cryptography and steganography. So, our system have higher security level than existing systems.
