Abstract
Mood disorders are a major public health problem and are associated with considerable burden of disease, suicides, physical co morbidities, high economic costs, and poor quality of life. Approximately 30% to 40% of patients with major depression have only a partial response to available pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions. This is an article about Mood disorders focusing on classification, etiology, clinical type and homoeopathic medicines related to rubric of Sadness in different repertories by Cross Repertorization.

Abstract
Plants contain numerous secondary metabolites that can be used in the medicinal fields. Current study was undergone to find the phytochemicals and analyse the antibacterial, antioxidant activities in a weed Stachytarpheta cayennensis. Alkaloid, terpenoid, tannin, phenol, flavonoid, saponin, glycoside were quantitatively determined. In quantitative analysis saponin was found to be higher and terpenoid were found to be lower in 70% & 90% ethanolic extract. Antioxidant activity were determined by DPPH assay. Scavenging activity was found to be higher in high concentration for 70% & 90% ethanolic extract. Plant extracts were also used against bacterial strains by disc diffusion method. Maximum zone of inhibition were found to be in 100% extract against gram positive bacteria Enterococcus faecalis and gram neagative bacteria Escherichia coli. Anatomy of the plant was done which helps for the identification of plant.

Abstract
This paper is the portion of ongoing Ph. D work of the author/scholar entitled A Study to Evaluate the Performance of ASHA Workers in Improvement of Health Status in Telangana. The main aim of this paper is to study the services performed by the ASHA workers in Telangana state. For this research work two districts i.e., Nizamabad and Mahabubnagar were selected. 180 samples from each district and a total of 360 is selected through stratified random sampling method. The parameters like home visits, prenatal, postnatal services and some other supportive activities taken in to consideration for this study. The study identified that the ASHA workers have been performing in most effective manner in the study area.

Abstract
India is one of the biggest countries in the world and the second largest in terms of population. It is an agricultural country, where the biggest fraction of the population lives in the villages. In terms of education it comes at the 168th position in the world, which is quite disgraceful. The ratio of the population living in the cities and villages in India is approximately 28:72 but the literacy rate in the villages is very poor. Nowadays when our country is running and trying to establish itself as a superpower, it necessitates the awareness of modern technology and skilled people with innovative ideas. This idea highly requires educational development to be successful. In this paper the process, progress, challenges and traits are briefly discussed and focus is on the usefulness of the internet for rural educational developments.

Abstract
The project management process was revolutionized by the invention of project management software. Computer-aided planning and scheduling provides efficient and practical planning for large projects. The basic functions of any project management software include creating and managing schedule, resource planning, delay estimation, budget allocation and team communication. This work aims to analyze and understand the existing construction project management measures and the aiding softwares. The Deficiencies in the current situation have been identified. One of the most common weaknesses of CPMS is the lack of an electronic procurement process. Procurement of construction materials is a multifaceted process that covers the entire project life cycle. Social e-procurement involves the use of online collaborative networks to explore new opportunities for effective and efficient construction business. The features of ideal internet based smart construction management software are suggested. Some of these include calculating earned value check, effective dynamic scheduling with algorithms and e- procurement.
