 Abstract

Nursing is an occupation which leads to high degree of stress. Increased job expectation, work overload, inability to cope up, lack of social and administrative support are some factors contribute to growing occupational stress among nurses. Current study was undertaken with an objective to Study on the level of Stress, among nurses working in Intensive Care Unit, New Delhi, India. The standardized scale Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) was used to assess level of stress among nurses working in Present study includes Liver Coma Intensive Care Unit (LICU), Transplant Intensive Care Unit (TICU), Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) and High Dependency Units (HDU) as a part of Intensive Care Units. Result showed that moderate level of stress was present among 23.95% of nurses; low stress was seen among 76.04% of nurses and none had high level of stress. It was evident that factors caused high stress was death and dying followed by work overload. The factors that caused low level of stress among nurses were lack of support (19.00%) followed by conflict with physicians (19.06%).

 Abstract

A lab study was conducted to fractionate the soil P and find the relationship of different P fraction with physicochemical properties of surface soil of Varanasi region (U.P.) in the laboratory of agricultural chemistry and soil science department Udai Pratap college Varanasi. Most of the soils were light textured Soils from seven different region were collected and analyzed for phosphorus (P) fraction. The soils were neutral to slight alkaline in nature. The electrical conductivity (EC) ranged from 1.46 to 3.50 dS/m. The bulk density varied from 1.18 to 1.46 Mg/m3. The organic carbon values ranged from 0.50 to o.75 %. The highest value was observed in DLW in surface soils .The distribution of the different forms of the phosphorus fraction was as Saloid-P (23.43 to 44.62 ppm), Al-P(10.75 to 20.02 ppm), Fe-P (6.96 to 13.4 ppm), Ca-P (80.97 to 115.78 ppm), reductant soluble-P (10.68 to 27.70 ppm), occluded-Al-Fe-P (13.02 to 26.75 ppm), organic-P (81.41 to 172.32ppm) with total phosphorus(270.75 to 383.84ppm) in different surface soils.The highest amount of Saloid -P, Ca-P, and lowest of Fe-P, Al-P, Organic-P. Among the different P fractions Ca-P was dominant fraction followed by saloid-P, reductant soluble-P, Al-P and Fe-P.

 Abstract

Divine Mechanics ( CCP, Code PcPs and CP ) underpins Formation of Vitamin D by Phototherapy (sun rays or Photon ) to prevent Ricket and osteomalasia . Divine Mechanics underpins to treat hyperbilirubinia in infants by Phototherapy ( Photon ) . Divine Mechanics underpins formation of Glucose in Light reaction ( Photon ) by photosynthesis in plants. These are laws of nature and by virtue of conditioned thought expressios of Basic Building Blocks ( Fig 1) . There is lawlessness in nature that is triggered by Divine Mechanics too to form Cancer by Sun radiations ( Photon). The same Divine mechanics underpins to treat cancer by Radiotherapy ( Photon ) . Hence we could conclude that photons are being used in many reactions if divine Mechanics ( thought expressions) is there to trigger that reaction . These are fed thoughts and feeding was done in pre creation era by Highest Center of Universe in BBBs that do take parts in above mentioned life reactions .

 Abstract

Mind , the inner most box of nature has not been investigated by modern physicists . Mind has not been incorporated in Standard model. Mind can only be studied by participatory science. Having searched Basic building blocks of the universe i.e. mass part of reality (figure 1) , we have also investigated mind part of reality and finally two fundamental particles with mind and mass realities are hypothesized . Now we discuss how to further investigate mind so as to know their structures and functions. Atomic genetics is the branch of science where we investigate about fundamental interactions of the universe i.e. atomic transcription and translations . New words have been coined to understand hidden science of mind part of reality. Mind reality have been recognized as different faces by �I� about 5000 years back to Arjuna in Mahabharata. It is just like to understand any language through Alphabets. These are ( different faces ) Alphabets of mind reality. One Mind reality has one face identity and the second mind reality has second face identity and so on. The facial expression represents phenomenon of intelligence and different face represents different types of properties carrying property. The open eyes means property is activated while close eye means property is inactivated. In spite of carrying properties conscious ness they also know how to conduct not only origin of universe but also how to create two different universe i.e. next creation could be different from this creation . In all, It is automatic system of the universe . The mind realities which are of good properties have devtas face identity ( first five faces on both side ) and those mind realities which are of bad properties have demons face identity ( last four faces on both side ) . These are named as code PCPs or messenger atomic genes . The central face is CCP or Thought script where all thoughts of the universe are banked . It is bank of data of all information s of the universe It is face identity of Anti mind particles as data of all information�s of the universe are stored as anti mind particles . It is the Time mind ness ( biological clock ) that keeps on expressing different thoughts from this thought script (CCP) . There are four more faces ( black bodies ) shown on extreme left and right floating in fire are CPs ( translating Atomic genes) . That translates the messages and realizes it and reacts accordingly . Rest pictures are creation of different individuals and nature (sun , moon and snake and other pictures made on hands and body ) by different thoughts of Almighty B.B.B. The entire picture has been explained in Geeta in 11/ 10 and 11 .Whatever is being created in this universe is basically not by our thoughts rather it is the thought of Almighty B.B.B ( Yang B.B.B or matter B.B.B. or Male B.B.B working as Highest center of the universe. ) that is dominated over creation and destruction of this cycle of the universe.  Abstract

In today`s advanced world lots of innovative applications in embedded system are built on single board based technologies namely platforms of embedded system and more are being developed. Therefore embedded based technology can be used in several areas. Hence, in this paper, we present about latest platforms available in embedded system and several applications of embedded platforms in various fields. The embedded systems industry was born with the invention of microprocessors and microcontrollers, now a day various platforms of embedded system like Arduino, Raspberry pi, Beagle Bone Black are implemented in market. These embedded platforms provide IoT, SoC, more flexibility for interfacing communication protocols to real world device. Also provide ISP, on system hardware and software debugging tools, thus using these platforms creating newer opportunities and challenges to develop different types of future advanced embedded system applications.

ACE enzyme hooked by virus as there ACE 2 IS PROTEIN on the surface of many cell through nose, mouth via globules, cough split, nasal drops and this virus may be sometime airborne as now it is pandemic and infection rate of virus so high through population.it is called the angiotensin converting enzyme or can say ACE2receptor. We have seen that ACE2 IS a protein on the surface of so many cells and it hooks the virus and in facts through nasal cavity to lungs on his probable pathway but angiotensin 2 type 1 receptor converts from angiotensin I which can cause of breathing problem as there will be want of oxygen when lungs infected so high. But inhibitor drugs controls blocking of organ damage as it acts upon epithelial cells in lining with lungs cell tissues and other organs tract as protective barrier where ACE 2.

 Abstract

A sound knowledge base, blended with a proper flow of information, is essential prerequisite for the growth of every organization. Today majority of business organizations have Knowledge Management programmes in one form or another. Knowledge Management can be best described as a systematic process for creating, acquiring, synthesizing, sharing and using knowledge & experience to achieve organizational goals with a focus on continual learning. Power sector establishments are no exception. Indian power sector organizations are also feeling increasing need for successful knowledge intervention by having a structured knowledge pool so that power sector activities can be made more rewarding in an inclusive way. Out of such need, some of the organizations in this sector in India have started with Knowledge Management initiatives. This paper is an exploratory survey research which attempts to identify the awareness, adoption and implementation in a few power companies in West Bengal. The focus is on understanding of how the knowledge management implementation process can be driven to derive its benefits. The paper attempts to investigate the scope of effective adoption and implementation of a knowledge management process in the workplace of Indian power sector organizations, with an understanding of level of awareness while providing future directions.
