Assam is one of the major tea production state, 60% of tea is produced in India only Assam. In the tea gardens a huge amounts of agrochemicals is used for high yield but the effect of agrochemicals in soil and water is ignore, the agrochemicals from soil leashes to drinking water sources and contaminant the water sources. Safe drinking water is a basic need of every human being despite of any socio-economic status. Ground water extracted from the deep aquifers in tea gardens area of Gohpur Sub-Division, Biswanath district Assam can no longer be considered safe for drinking. Report says that, the residents of the area have been chronically exposed to low to moderate levels of heavy metals like arsenic and iron. The ground water quality of this area has been assessed to see the suitability of ground water for drinking purposes. Ground water samples were collected to study the various water parameters. The data was analyzed with reference to BIS and WHO standards. Key Words: Ground water, Seasonal variation, Tea garden, W.H.O,

Abstract The Make in India campaign was launched and started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in India on September 25, 2014 in a function at the Vigyan Bhavan. Basically it is an initiative of the Government of India to encourage multinational, domestic as well as, companies to manufacture their products in India. Indeed, it hopes to make India a major manufacturing hub. India has emerged, after first quarter of 2015, as the top destination globally for investment, beating our next to door neighbour as well as the States. During the end of 2014 on 29th December the Department of Industry Policy and Promotion conducted a workshop, which was attended by Modi, his cabinet ministers and chief representatives of states as well as various industry tycoons. The major expectation from this campaign is that it will create around 100 million job opportunities for youths in India over time. The aim is to take a share of manufacturing in countrys gross domestic product from 16% to 25% by 2022, as stated in national manufacturing policy. Major objective of this scheme focuses on 25 sectors.

In recent years many attempts have been made to define the connotation of agricultural productivity and a considerable amount of literature exists on this subject. Productivity is not a synonym of fertility . It is generally used to express the power of agriculture in a particular region to produce crops without regard to whether that power is due to the bounty of nature or to the efforts of man. On the other hand, fertility denotes the ability of soil to provide all the essential plant nutrients in available form and in a suitable balance for the plant growth.

At the time of Indian independence, the State of Jammu and Kashmir was not a province of the erstwhile British India, and, therefore, was given an option, after independence, either or not to join any of the two newly created countries of India and Pakistan. When the ruler of the State, Maharaja Hari Singh, decided to join India by executing ‘Instrument of Accession’ (I A) on October 26, 1947; the State was accorded special status under Article 370 of Indian Constitution. Under the provisions of this Article, limitations were imposed on legislative and executive powers of the Government of India as per the terms of the I A. Presidential order, supported by the Government of the State, was a condition precedent under Article 370 to implement any of the provisions of Indian Constitution in the State. Enjoying the special status, the State had framed its own Constitution in 1956 for its people. Government of India has abrogated, on August 5, 2019, the special status of the State by utilizing the provisions of Article 370 itself, and has, in addition, bifurcated it into two Union Territories of ‘Jammu and Kashmir’ and ‘Ladakh’. The Constitutionality of this legal action, however, is pending before our Supreme Court and a future verdict in the case will decide the status of the former State of Jammu and Kashmir.

All health care facilities are required to maintain medical records, including hospitals. According to Permenkes RI No. 269/2008, medical records in hospitals must be kept for at least 5 (five) years from the date the patient was treated. Medical record documents that are of no value should be destroyed so that the room where medical records are stored becomes large. Based on the preliminary study, it was found that the Islamic Ibnu Sina Hospital (YARSI) Padang had never been destroyed. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence the implementation constraints of the destruction of inactive medical record documents at the Islamic Hospital Ibnu Sina (YARSI) Padang in 2020. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. This research was conducted at the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital (YARSI) Padang from February to September 2020. The technique of determining informants used was purposive sampling. The number of informants was six people. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis used content analysis techniques. To maintain data validity, source triangulation, method triangulation, and documentation review were used. The result of this research is that the inactive medical record destruction activity has not been implemented. There are obstacles that the activity has not been implemented because of insufficient officers or personnel, training is rarely attended by officers, policies and SOPs for the destruction have existed but have not been realized, the materials needed are incomplete, and the implementation of medical record retention has not been completed.

Solar renewable energy source has the potential to fullfill the energy demands with the groth of radiation absorvent material and futher improvement of emerging technology in upcoming years and reserchers are working on the level best. Solar Energy demand globally has been growing day-by-day and at about 30% per annum over the past 15 years. In comparison, the hydrocarbon demand growth rate is 0-2% per annum. This high growth rate in solar energy is due to many reasons increasing cost of petroleum products and the parallel decreasing cost of producing power from solar, and a concern world over on the harmful effects of using fossil fuels. Thesis presents thermal analysis for 10 W polycrystalline solar photovoltaic modules with regard to the first and second laws of thermodynamics by taking analytical and experimental test readings at, Bhopal and observations were taken for different ambient conditions. Evaluation was done energy, exergy or availability, and power conversion efficiency of the module. This evaluation depends on various parameters like Sectral wavelength variation, solar intensity, wind speed module temperature and ambient temperature. On Earth surface temperature varies with the geographical location so its is neccessity to evaluate the thermal performance of PV module at various gegraphical location so installation facility successfulluy improved with maximum power production in an efficeint manner. Both spectral irradiation wavelength and temperature are mutually reciprocal to each other and variable in nature with earth climatic change. Energy efficiency of PV module clear day, Hazy day and cloudy day at different spectral wavelength are found to be (?en= 10.61, ?en= 6.44 and ?en= 2.17), Exergetic efficiency of polycrystalline photovoltaic module varied from (?ex = 10.01, ?ex = 7.42, ?ex = 5.32 and ?ex = 1.47) to 0.37% for different ambient conditions and power conversion efficiency (?spce) for different ambient conditions (?spce = 8.55, ?spce =6.33 and ?spce = 3.33). Through the study is clear that PV modules are very promising devices for power generation and can provide longer energy supply at lesser cost. All these evaluation and analysis will result to give recommendation that will benefit to improve the efficiency of PV module, along with making it cost effective and more compatible in todays market and installation facilities of PV module should be prevailing at each geographic location in India so that huge amount of spectral energy can be effectively utilized into electrical energy to full fill our daily electric demand.
