Maxim for maximization, happiness such notions been the center point of economic theories since years. The happiness movement represents a new paradigm where social, economic, and environmental systems are structured to encourage human well-being through traditional indicators towards sustainable development. Happiness indicators are being used throughout world to collect data and the government is starting to explore their application to policy. The Himalayan nation of Bhutan has been a leader in devising and promoting an alternative development paradigm called gross national happiness which aimed to be a holistic approach in determining what, should be prioritized in order to maximize happiness for both individual and society. As the idea of Gross National Happiness shapes up, it is important for Indian policy makers to engage with it in a pro-active manner. This Paper presents and suggests a new strategy, which aims to explore relation between sustainability and happiness in order to promote sustainable development in India. It may help to explore importance and relevance of GNH in incorporation of policy formation.

Abstract: Decision making is a very important component of women empowerment. So womens decision making in various fields of life determines her position in the family and society. The decision making in the family on household matters, earning, education, etc. determines womens position in the family and society. But, this decision making authority may differ from women to women and differ from literate to illiterate women. So, the target of this study is to know the difference between literate and illiterate womens decision making authority in the family and society among the Bodo and Rabha communitys women of Baksa District, Assam. The methodology of the study is a descriptive analysis based on primary and secondary data. The primary data are collected from 320 respondent women from the district with a simple stratified random sampling technique. The quantitative data are analyzed in a descriptive statistical (percentage) method. The finding of the study reveals that though mild differences, but literate women are taking decisions more in most important areas like land property, education, household utensil purchasing, at expense of self-earning and payment to household workers than the illiterate women.

The Gyanpith Award winner, Mamoni Raisom Goswami gathers the elements of her novels from the close observation of life and society. Her every creations and to reflect the reality as it is. Nilakanthi Braja is her second novel. In this novel, she penetrates into the psyche of the widows of the Hindu society. She depicts the duality of the sacred shrine of Brozdham. She glorifies the rituals, customs, and priests; on the other hand she does not forget to point the degraded condition of the Brozdham. This particular novel also deals with the tragic condition of the Radheshyamis. The character portrayed of Houdamini alludes to the exploitation of the widows by the conservative Hindu society. The theme of the novel vividly shows the consciousness of the novelists to the ills of the society. This paper adopts the analytical method to research the topic.

The basic essence of Compression is to cut down the size and make the files to smaller size than they usually are. To get this process done right, data loss is the thing one has to look up to. Compression can be either lossy or loss-less. Having taken care of the data, memory consumption is a significant thing which always bothers & one should always look after this to yield productive results. The main objective & intent of this work is to check how Huffman Coding can result in making efficient use of memory while compressing text and image files, being lose-less.

On the eve of avatar of Allah ho Akbar bbb or Lord Natraz bbb all previous arguments regarding disputes get quashed. Only His wish is now supreme. His wish is to tear and burn SC order dated 9.11.19 where they did not mention this evidence of Barkat Ali . It is now birth place of Allah ho Akbar bbb or Lord Natraz rather that His any previous Avatars like Lord Ram birth place . Dirac equation is illusion as mathematics does not have thought of mind and thought of Creator . Self positioning system ( SPS ) in brain triggers to know our surrounding and our location . It is being used by animals and birds during migration or navigation on earth . Global positioning system (GPS - computer ) helps us to know our location and different place and their route on Earth . GPS does not make us to be lost in big cities if we have loaded origin and destination in our computer . There is one more system called universe positioning system (UPS). Our journey did not start with fertilization of ova with sperm rather it had started since origin of the universe( Tachyon sea ) and our brain could predict our past and future transformations before we transformed into human beings . UPS helps to locate home of Almighty B.B.B ( Tachyons Sea ) as prayer reaches to Almighty B.B.B . All religions do IDOL worship of Two God particles in different ways. Unless brain sees idol of two God particles during worship or during namaz ( Fig 1) devotee sees home of Almighty B.B.B ( Allahatala or Tachyon sea ) and structure of Tachyons ( One Yang and many Yins by brain , worship is incomplete Teleportation is the phenomenon made by Almighty B.B.B ( Creator of universe and Aliens ) . As He descends from invisible universe ( Tachyon sea ) to Earth . First , message comes ( first order of universe ) to Earth B.B.Bs via first transcription ( quantum entanglement ) and B.B.Bs of Earth transform in to any shape ( Trinity Human beings or Almighty B.B.B in flesh form ) and Trinity does such deeds that they occupy place in church and temple as idol worship . For example Lord Jesus , Lord Krishna or Lord Ram etc The theory predicts that when Almighty B.B.B teleports Himself , He ( Creator of universe and Aliens) could tell exactly where Aliens reside in universe I.

While Sassure looked at language as a structure , Todorov considered literature as structure. Todorov focus on the structural analysis of a narrative . Into the study and analysis of literature there are two broad attitudes which are theoretical and descriptive attitude respectively. When dealing with the structural analysis we have theoretical and non-descriptive approach. Thus , isnt merely descriptive of a concrete work that is in focus.
