This paper essentially tries to peek into the concept, if education necessarily enhances the productivity of one self, and if it does so, whether that would imply high returns. Education is often used a stair case to move towards the higher payoff schemes of life. The paper analyses if this mindset is a myth prevailing in the education sector, forcing people to overeducate oneself and eventually reducing their scope in the job markets where experience and adequate education is weighted higher than over education. Different theories of education and job match are taken into account to determine if overeducation is essentially a persistent phenomenon prevailing in the labour markets, what are its causes and how does it affect the earning opportunities of an individual. The Mincers wage equation has been used here to study the effect of returns for over, under and adequately educated individuals. A numerous case studies were taken into consideration in order to support the concept.

Intraocular tuberculosis (TB) infection can have different clinical manifestations including retinal vasculitis. It more frequently involves the veins and is associated with neovascularisation. The diagnosis may be difficult and presumptive being based on clinical findings and evidence of systemic TB infection. We present a case of a 32-year-old man with a 2 months history of progressive decreased visual acuity and blurred vision in the left eye. His best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 2/10, Fundoscopic examination showed vascular sheathing, neovascularisation and capillary non-perfusion on the left eye, suggestive of retinal vasculitis. Fluorescein angiography revelated focal diffuse staining and late leakage from the retinal vasculature, mainly from the veins corresponding to neovascularisation.Tuberculin skin test and Interferon gamma release assay (IGRA-QuantiFERON-TB Gold) were positive and antituberculosis treatment (ATT) was started. His left eye final BCVA was 9/10, without recurrences over a follow-up of 12 months.

Participation motivation is recognized as motives of participation in competitive sports. We can also say that certain needs, derives or unaccomplished goals which further take the form of motives and force a person to participate for some specific reason is known as participation motivation. The present study researcher try to compare the participation motivation level between Kho-Kho and Handball players of Mangalore University. The achieve purpose of the study necessary data was collecting through the standardized questionnaire developed by Briere N M, Vallerand R J, Blais M R and Pelletier(1995) from total of 80 subjects of which 40 from Kho-Kho and 40 from male handball players. The subjects selected were from Mangalore university intercollegiate Inter collegiate Kho-Kho and Handball tournament for men in 2019-2020. The z-test was used for testing the hypothesis for significance of mean and standard deviation for testing difference in the statistical formula. This study conclude that the there is a significant difference in extrinsic motivation-interjected between Kho-Kho and Handball players.

its been 73 years since we became independent, from that on we came very far in terms of science and technology, agriculture, space research and education but lack of motivation and lack of financial ability there are many children that dont get enough education. Because of that they became incapable of doing many things and they cannot do their part in our nations development. Keeping that in mind we became inspired by work done by the NGOs but we would like to bring it up a notch, so we decided to create website that can become gateway to connect this children and NGOs by getting input from normal citizens and try to give them better future. In our website we a feature that user can click a photo of child and upload it with some other necessary details of child And then this info will automatically be sent to nearest NGO for their recognition. if they declined that request that request will be sent to other NGO. Form the picture that has been clicked by user we will be able to get info such as location. NGOs will have their own interface so that normal user does not face any difficulty.

Abstract:-Cognitive-behaviour therapy and Exposure and response prevention are the most effective psychological treatments for obsessivecompulsive disorder. However, these approaches soften produce variable results with the majority of treated individuals remaining symptomatic. This study evaluated a form of cognitive therapy based on Free association and Exposure and response prevention therapy model with the following chief complaints of Repeated washing of hands, repeating task, repeatedly taking bath, checking of locks and phone, repeated thoughts, along with Anxiety, Sadness, Reduced sleep and appetite. Aim and Objectives: - The aim and objectives of the present study is to compare and assess the impact of free association and exposure and response prevention therapy along with experimental and non experimental treatment group of obsessive compulsive disorder. Methodology: Purposive and conveniences sampling techniques will be used in the study that will be conducted among obsessive compulsive disorder. The sample size will be 15experimental and 15 non experimental treatment group and the scales such as Y-BOCS, Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS). Procedure: Daily activity scheduling, Free association, exposure and response prevention therapy, cognitive restructuring and mindfulness meditations. Results: After diagnosis of obsessive compulsive Disorder patients 21 sessions conducted 3 sessions in a week. Clinical observation during treatment and also their family members and friends indicates positive changes in them.

ABSTRACT: The main objective of this study is to investigate the use of polypropylene fibre materials in geotechnical applications and to evaluate the effects of polypropylene fibres on shear strength of unsaturated soil by carrying out direct shear tests and unconfined compression tests on two different soil samples. The results obtained are compared for the samples and inferences are drawn towards the usability and effectiveness of fibre reinforcement at various percentages (0, 0.05, 0.015, and 0.025) as a replacement for deep foundation or raft foundation, as a cost effective approach.

Abstract--- Growth in the area of sentiment analysis has been rapid and aims to explore the opinions or text present on different platforms of social media through machine-learning techniques with sentiment. on daily basis nearly 326 millions of active users are there on twitter platform. This data can belong to any domain. Currently semantic approach is followed, which is based on Lexicons and bag of words technique are used. Later came Machine learning which had supervised, and unsupervised approaches followed by Deep Learning with Artificial Neural Networks. This work focused on development and differentiation between Naive Bayes and Random Forest by Machine learning on a large set of tweets each from the fields of Movies, Sports and Politics respectively. Both Positive and Negative (did not consider neutral case)are considered as class labels and a conclusion is drawn to finalize which algorithm works well for Sentiment Analysis.

Abstract - Soil is extremely complex, heterogeneous substance which has been subjected to varieties of nature. Properties of soil do not change only with location to location but also with respect to depth, climate and drainage condition of soil. Soil stabilization is the process by which strength properties of soil can be improved with the use of adding some materials like polypropylene, wheat husk fiber, copper slag etc. There is a rapid increase in waste quantity of plastic fibers, if this waste can be utilize for stabilization of soil than problem of solid waste can be resolve and also cost of soil stabilization can be reduced. This study presented a review of literature on soil stabilization using polypropylene and wheat husk fiber.

Preliminary phytochemical and antibacterial investigations were carried out of the crude extracts obtained from the leaves of Adhatoda vasica, using solvents of varied polarity. The presence of phenols, tannins, alkaloids, anthraquinones, saponins, flavanoids, aminoacids and reducing sugars was indicated by the tests conducted. The effect of ethanol, petroleum ether and water extracts were tested on Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Klesiella aerogens. The minimum inhibitory concentration of the crude extracts was determined for various organisms.
