The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the physical, social and economic aspects of human life. All of us have moved away from the normal and are now adapting ourselves to the new normal?. Prevention measures like social distancing and lockdown have led to the complete shutdown of educational institutions all over the globe. With the background of the pandemic the education system will be affected and especially the higher education system will be at stake. This paper looks at the Impact of COVID-19 on Higher Education. It tends to study the various challenges, trends, difficulties, advantages and disadvantages of virtual education. It also provides an insight to the ground level reality of students who are pursuing higher education amidst the global crisis.

Digital connectivity has become critical to societal resilience and business continuity. The crisis and the social distancing measures taken in reaction to itstayat-home orders in particularhave made it clear that quality Internet and telephony access are necessary to maintaining social interactions and enabling the continuity of government and the private sector. Individuals have been able to work, attend classes, get medical advice from home, order food and goods, and connect with family and friends via the Internet

The foliar epidermal and stomatal features of all the ten Medicago L species included in this investigation have presented the same general patterns. Amphistomatic leaves, frequency of stomata appreciably higher at the abaxial surfaces as compared to adaxial ones and typical anomocytic stomatal types in all the taxa tend to indicate that the species selected for studies here form a natural assemblage within the genus Medicago. However, the quantitative data pertaining to Stomatal Index (S.I) and other associated features have thrown quite useful light on the species inter-relationships. The data recorded co-ordinately in terms of mean stomatal length and total stomatal frequency / mm2 in the form of pictorial graph have clearly indicated at the very first glance, formation of different clusters amongst the species. More valuable informations in terms of species inter-relationships appear to have been provided by the Stomatal Index (S.I) data. The S.I values have indicated closest affinity amongst M. interexta (21.90 %), M. rugosa (21.85 %) and M .polymorpha (21.75 %) and almost a closer affinity of this group of species with M. scutellata (22.00 %). The S.I values have suggested that M. sativa (19.80 %) stands closest to M. orbicularis (19.39 %).The increase in ploidy level of some of the selected taxa, did not seem to affect the stomatal counts / mm2 as well as their size.

Image blur occurs often when using a cell- phone camera due to handshakes or jitter. Although there exist many motion deblurring algorithms in the literature, the computational complexities of these algorithms and the assumptions considered make them unsuitable for Deployment on a cell-phone camera processor. This paper presents an image blur reduction algorithm for cell-phone cameras having a low computational complexity and without making any assumption about the handshake motion. This algorithm utilizes one low-exposure image in addition to a blurred image to perform a blur reduction operation via tonal correction. The developed tonal correction approach is adaptive to the scene by taking into consideration the brightness and contrast of the blurred image. The results obtained indicate the effectiveness of this blur reduction algorithm for handshake blurred images captured by a cell-phone camera. The adaptive tonal correction (ATC) algorithm presented here uses the low-exposure or darker looking image as its input and enhances its appearance via tonal correction by making use of the mean (brightness) and variance (contrast) of the original blurred image in an adaptive manner. The main contribution here thus consists of an automatic process by which the tonal correction is done.

It is very essential to transmit important data like banking and military information in a secure manner. Video Steganography is the process of hiding some secret information inside a video. The addition of this information to the video is not recognizable by the human eye as the change of a pixel color is negligible. This paper aims to provide an efficient and a secure method for video Steganography. The proposed method creates an index for the secret information and the index is placed in a frame of the video itself. With the help of this index, the frames containing the secret information are located. Hence, during the extraction process, instead of analyzing the entire video, the frames containing the secret data are analyzed with the help of index at the receiving end. When steganographed by this method, the probability of finding the hidden information by an attacker is lesser when compared to the normal method of hiding information frame-by-frame in a sequential manner. It also reduces the computational time taken for the extraction process.

The present semi-active phased array MST radar (32 by 32 Yagi-Uda antennae, total 1024 antennae) operating at the frequency of 53 MHz, has been augmented recently as fully-active phased array (FAPA) radar to study the atmospheric dynamics and turbulence in detail. During the last 25 years of operation as semi-active phased array (SAPA), the radar beam, with 3? beam width, could be tilted only in the north-south and east-west planes and hence the three dimensional spatial properties of turbulence and its evolution in time could not be studied. In the SAPA mode, each row/column of 32 antennae was powered by a single transmitter (9 180 kW of peak power) through electronic power dividers and couplers and the received echoes collected by a single (sometimes 2 receivers) receiver were processed to determine the characteristics of atmospheric turbulence. In the present case of FAPA, each and every antenna is powered individually with peak power of 1kW and a receiver module is attached. With this facility, it can be controlled the transmit beam pattern as well as its pointing direction so that a full four dimensional characteristics (space and time) of atmospheric turbulence can be studied. The main aim of the present project work is to study the generation, evolution and dissipation mechanisms of atmospheric turbulence and its imaging using multi power-patterns of the FAPA system and many digital receivers.

This article studies the influence of the dependence of the moisture content of materials on the mechanical and physical properties of textile materials, as well as the actual values of relative humidity in technological transitions. This dependence is the more significant, the higher the sorption capacity of fibers and threads. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out tests at normal material humidity, which is achieved by preliminary curing of the samples and carrying out the tests themselves in normal atmospheric conditions. The moisture content of textile materials is one of the important physical indicators affecting their mechanical properties, that in order to determine these indicators during scientific experiments, yarn was obtained from 100% cotton fiber in production and finished products are made from them - terry towels.

Education is a power and makes a person powerful because it replaces empty mind with positive thoughts and also it may changes your bad today into good tomorrow. Education will assist to stimulate countries economic growth and economic conflict with effortlessly, because it emerge has one of the cardinal stimulus of lifespan earning. Banking system is strong it will ensure that the country is developing, because the priorities of the country is being served with the money which is being deposited in the banks, in the same way education is also a route of tackling poverty and also it proffer to improve their individual standard of living which leads to economic growth of the country. The new education policy 2020 has been approved by the union cabinet. The main agenda behind introducing the NEP is to promote skill based education and to enhance the practical skills of the students stated by the Minister Prakash Javadekar. In consideration of this, India is in the list of developing countries, to move ahead for taking place in the list of developed countries we should progress still more in technology, research, industrialization, business and new innovations and should also take an active part in those, the impact of these actions plays a major role in the countries progress. Hence NEP is obligatory to strengthen the innovation and research in the country. Meanwhile commerce education plays an extensive role in the education system because it builds most of the career option throughout the world. Commerce education is the mainstay for countries economy because commerce is totally dissimilar from other practice whereas it is related to industry, trade, accounts, business and administration etc., these are directly or indirectly contributes to the overall countries economy. As said by Cheesman, commerce education is a form of instructions that directly as well as indirectly prepares a businessman for his calling. Inherently commerce education tends to decorate commerce students with ample number of specialized skills which fabricate immense areas to build their career. This study compared to recognize how NEP will assist the higher secondary level in India. If commerce in higher education gets better rectified in Indian education system, evidently commerce will make Indian economy to feel better in upcoming days because commerce empowers the nation.
