Due to rapid and unexpected changes in the preferences of the customers, it has become essential to preserve customer loyalty in the long run. With traditional marketing techniques, companies find it hard to tackle technology-driven customers. Thus, the emergence of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) has gained immense popularity. The companies are readily adopting IMC to gain customer loyalty and build brand image. The rapid changes in fashion have made it essential to understand the impact of IMC trends with reference to the apparel industry.

The coordination complexes of Co (II), Ni (II) and Cu (II) were prepared from tridentate Schiff base. The Schiff base ligand was synthesized by the condensation of 3-ethoxy- 4-hydroxy benzaldehyde with 2-amino butanoic acid. The ligand and its metal complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, electronic spectra, IR spectra, NMR spectra, electrical conductivity and magnetic susceptibility. The transition metal complexes are colored and stable in air. In the metal complexes the metal -ligand found to be 1:1. A sharp band at 1625 cm-1 is characteristics of the azomethine group present in the Schiff base ligand. This band was shifted to lower frequency (1585 1605 cm-1) in all the metal complexes, which indicates the coordination of the azomethine nitrogen to metal ion in complexes. The IR spectra of the free ligand having phenolic (-OH) group showed a broad band at 3450 cm-1, the disappearance of this band in metal complexes indicates the deprotonation of the hydroxyl group and coordinated through oxygen atom. A band at 1690 cm-1 is assigned to ?(C=O) stretching frequency of ligand, which is shifted to lower regions (1612-1640 cm-1) in metal complexes indicating the coordination of oxygen atom with metal ion after deprotonation of -COOH group. The molar conductivity data of the complexes in DMSO solution indicates they are non-electrolytic nature. On the basis of magnetic susceptibility and electronic spectral data Co (II) and Ni (II) complexes have tetrahedral geometry, while Cu (II) complex square planar geometry has been suggested. The synthesized Schiff base complexes exhibit higher antimicrobial activity than the free Schiff base ligand.

: River water is important key factor for the survival in any society of sivilization. In India ,population is depends heavily on fresh water resources. The quality of Shivnath River has become polluted due to the anthropogenic activities, Industrial effluents, West disposal etc. so An investigation was undertaken to determine the quality of shivnath river water by analyzing various Physico chemical parameter like Temperature, Odour,Color,TDS,DO,COD,BOD, and biological parameters like faecal coliforms.it was found that the maximum parameters were indicated that the river water is polluted and unsafe for human use.

Agriculture is one of the most important livelihood occupations for the majority of the people of India. Various peoples are selling their vegetables, cotton garments, electronic equipment, fast food, leather products, fruits, and flower in the village and urban markets. Village market (Hats) vending is an important activity related to the informal sector in rural areas. The present work comprehensively covers the social, economic, and spatial issues of village market (Hats) vendors in the selected villages of Murshidabad district. The present study confines to six sampled village markets (Hats) such as Hariharpara, Baruipara, Choa, Tajpur, Rukunpur, and Ramkrishnapur. The total sampled size of the village market (Hats) vendors are 210 respondents, comprised of 35 respondents from each village market. Among them 30 respondents are male and 05 respondents are female. The primary data is collected through a field survey based on a questionnaire, personal observation, group discussion, and cell phone survey. The study reveals that maximum vendors are illiterate and low education levels, unskilled, and low levels of income. They particularly get this job because they are unable to work in other sectors, coming from a very poor background and have insufficient income.

The Microbial Fuel cells that are often used to conduct experiments for research purposes are often made to perform under a constant electrical load. But it is also observed that modifications in strength & quality and the growth and decay of Bio-film growth often results in prominent variations in internal resistance values for the Microbial Fuel cell for set time period. This often ends up with a low output power which is a result of the mis-match of internal and external resistances of the cell. Our research shows the performance study of Microbial Fuel Cell having periodic connection of the electrical load (R ext ). Study shows that efficiency of the Fuel Cell is improved as the cells are operated with external resistances, the R ext is fixed such that it is below R int . We have compared the power outputs as well which were found by utilising of either resistances connected of fixed values.

The peripheral nervous system is unique in its complexity and scope of influence. There are areas of interest in the anatomy, metabolism, physiology, and limb growth tropism of peripheral nerves. The brachial plexus is important peripheral nerve functional unit and is extensively studied as a model for nerve injury management. It is a network of nerves that conducts signals from the spine to shoulder, hand and arm. The brachial plexus injuries are caused by damage to those nerves. Symptoms may include a lack of muscle control in the arm, hand, or wrist and a lack of feeling or sensation in the arm or hand.

Honeybees plays an important ecological role as pollinators of many plant species. Honeybees and their products are the basics for a multi-million dollar commercial industry around the world. They are major agricultural pollinators around the world and are keystone pollinators in the tropical ecosystem. Pollination has been considered as a crusial process to ecosystem functioning through the facilitation of both plant and animal diversity. The study site was selected in the crop land area in Kalaburagi district, Karnataka State, India. The observation was done in the Sunflower (Helianthus annuus) field and Onion ( Allium cepa) field at different time intervals, to record the pollination potential of Apis and non-Apis species by taking 10-15 minutes observation time. During the entire observation both Apis, non-Apis pollinators and other pollinators like butterflies and birds were also observed. Among all these pollinators the major pollinators in the sunflower field and onion field were non-Apis species.

This paper initiates a criminal substitute for a fine in Law No. 8 of 2010 concerning money laundering. The research method used in this study is juridical normative. The results of this study indicate that the TPPU Law does not regulate the length of a substitute imprisonment if a fine has been paid in part by a convicted person or corporation. Therefore, the determination of the length of the substitute imprisonment penalty refers to Article 30 paragraph (4) of the Criminal Code. Related to this, the implication of the length of substitute imprisonment penalties that must be served will exceed 1 year 4 months as stipulated in Article 8 of the TPPU Law. Based on several court decisions in North Sumatra, criminal reformulation should be carried out in place of a more appropriate fine in Law No. 8 of 2010 concerning TPPU, namely the taking of assets or income of a convicted person, if it is not sufficient, then the convicted wa jib repay the criminal penalty, and if the convicted person does not pay the criminal penalty in installments, then it is replaced with imprisonment for at least 1 year or can be paid / charged to the criminal heirs and the longest as threatened for a crime that is a crime.
