 Abstract

In the world, countries have exposed great consideration on creating and facilitating favorable environment for encouraging women empowerment on improving socioeconomic development for the purpose of reducing poverty within their society. This study aims to find out approaches of women empowerment for socioeconomic development in Kisarawe district, to assess the challenges that affect women empowerment for socioeconomic development in Kisarawe district. The study used descriptive research design, the study used Slovene's Formula to obtain sample size of 158 women from the target population of 260 women empowered ,structured questionnaire was used to collect primary data, data was analyzed using descriptive statistics included measures of central tendencies (mean) and measures of dispersion (standard deviation, the finding of the study concluded that women empowerment(Financial and Intellectual empowerment) has great impact on socioeconomic development in Tanzania and recommended that Government should improve effort on resettlement of the educated and trained women with jobs, technical assistance, capital and credit with negligible or no- interest rate. This is to encourage more women to be engaged in economic activities.

 Abstract

Financial inclusion or inclusive financing is the delivery of financial services to sections of low income segments of society. A nation can grow economically and socially if its weaker section can turn out to be financial independent. The study focuses on the role of financial inclusion, in strengthening the India�s position in relation to other countries economy. After analyzing the facts and figures it can be concluded that undoubtedly financial inclusion is playing a vital role for the economic and social development of society but still there is a long road ahead to achieve the desired outcomes. Financial inclusion is the process that ensures the ease of access, availability, and usage of formal financial system for all members of an economy. Financial inclusions can be voluntary versus involuntary exclusion and it is however important to distinguish between voluntary versus involuntary exclusion. India is considered as largest rural populations in the world and belongs to agriculture activities; financial inclusion is aimed at providing banking and financial services to all people in a transparent and equitable manner at reasonable cost.

 Abstract

Rameshwaram is one of the holy places in Hindu devotees. Rameshwaram temple situated at Ramnad region. The Ramnad region was formed one of the integral part of the Madurai Nayak kingdom. Madurai Nayak Muthu krishnappa was divided Ramnad region from Madurai Nayak kingdom. Muthu krishnappa had appointed new ruler in Ramnad region. Sadaikka Thevar I was first ruler of Ramnad area. This ruler called as Sethupathis. The name derived from Rama Sethu. Sethupathi ruler�s guardian of Rama Sethu alias Rama�s bridge so these rulers were called Sethupathi. Sadaikka Thevar I recognized the Ramnad region was 17th and 18th century ruled by Sethupathi�s. During the reign of the Sethupathi the way of rendering social justice and punishment was very proper. On some occasions Sethupathis would permit the government officials to have the responsibility of awarding punishment.

 Abstract

The present study was conducted on 160 teachers of different subjects (Hindi, English, Mathematics and Science) of secondary level under public sector schools to assess their job satisfaction. Results suggested that job satisfaction level was found maximum in mathematics subject teachers and minimum in Hindi. The key findings of this study was lack of better opportunity, low salary and the work that an individual find boring are certain issues which affect teacher�s responsibility. Low level of satisfaction was a significant cause to move out from their objectives and it proportionally affects learning methodology of students.

 Abstract

Main aim of this paper is to determine modal analysis and numerical simulation to verify the structural characteristics of an aircraft. This paper details about natural frequencies and vibration mode shapes were obtained via measurement in NX Nastran. The frequency response function were identified and computed, FEM modal analysis was also implemented and its numerical results convincingly presented the mode shape and natural frequencies of aircraft is to be mentioned. Vibration response to different rotation speeds have been collected, managed and analyzed through the use of NX Nastran. Evident Phenomena have been discovered including the resonance on which most analysis is focused because of its potential use to generate larger amplitude vibration of specific frequency or to avoid such resonant frequencies from a wide spectrum of response.

 Abstract

Scimitar syndrome is a rare congenital heart disorder. This syndrome is referred to as scimitar syndrome or pulmonary venolobar syndrome because of a curvilinear pattern visible on the chest radiography, resembling a sword (scimitar) due to the abnormal drainage of pulmonary veins to the inferior vena cava instead of draining in to the heart. We intend to report the case of a female child, incidentally diagnosed as scimitar syndrome planned for cardiac catheterization.
