All over the world wheat portion on an area of inure than 219 million hectors with a production of 763-2 million tons. With the burgeoning population, requirement for food with increase, India alone will need more than 140 million tons of wheat by 2050 to feed as estimated population of 1.73 billon with the intensification of agriculture, post and pathogen incidences and increasing. New biotic threats like Ug99 of stem rusts virulence for resistance gene yr9 in the strip rust pathogen, and the new threat of wheat blast have immerged, to sustain and increase the wheat induction, reducing the impact of biota and biotic stresses on production with be critical.

Background and Aim: Dexmedetomidine is a ?2 agonist drugs which acts at both supraspinal and spinal level and modulate the transmission of nociceptive signals in the central nervous system. This drug has become an ideal adjuvant during general anesthesia, especially when stress is expected. The aim of this study was to see the efficiency of low dose of dexmedetomidine infusion on haemodynamic response during laryngoscopy, endotracheal intubation, creation of pneumoperitoneum and extubation in patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair. Methods: Sixty patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair were randomly allocated into two groups of 30 patients each. Group X received 50 ml NS and Group Y received Dexmedetomidine 0.6mcg/kg/hr (0.5 ml in normal saline 50ml/hr). All the patients were observed for vitals like HR, MAP, oxygen saturation at regular intervals including before starting the infusion, 10 minutes after starting the infusion, after induction, after intubation, after creation of pneumoperitoneum and after extubation.Patients were also observed for post-operative sedation and analgesia requirements. The results were statistically done using spss (statistical package for social sciences) soft ware version 15.0, chi-square test was used for qualitative (sex) HR, SBP, DBP. P-value< 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: In Group NS, after starting the infusion there was no significant change in HR and MAP but these increased significantly above the baseline values after intubation and extubation (p<0.01) and significantly after pneumoperitoneum (p<0.05). While as in Dexmedetomidine groups, after starting the infusion, HR decreased significantly below the baseline value and MAP also decreased highly significantly among the patients who receive dexmedetomidine infusion. Pneumoperitoneum did not produce significant effect in dexmedetomidine group. Conclusion: Infusion dose of 0.6mcg/kg/hr without any bolus dose serves very good adjuvant to control haemodynamic pressor response to intubation, pneumoperitoneum and extubation in patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair.

Human Resource is the most important resource of a country. Development of a country depends on the development of human resource. A number of factors affect the development of human resource like food security, safe drinking water, sanitation, health facilities, educational facilities etc. Educational attainment is the key component of human resource development. Education enables the people to understand their ability to realize their wants by increasing their productivity and potential to achieve a good living standard. The data reveals the fact that North Bihar region has been and still remains one of the most educationally deprived sates in India. In this region, however, the literacy rate is rising but, still it has the lowest literacy rate in India. More importantly, district wise, the level of literacy is unevenly distributed.

- Database encryption is a security system includes different encryption algorithms for database security. Most of the Organization stores their information in enormous databases that empowers uncomplicated recovery, controls, and furthermore helps in a proficient method for sharing. Database security has now turn into a more dynamic issue as information is the best advantage for any association. Because of the quick increment in the database issue as data is the great asset to any organization. To beat these issues, various security strategy have developed to ensure the information in databases. For Example Enhanced Transposition, Substitution, Folding & Shifting (ETSFS). Each of them has its particular benefits and faults. Using the ETSFS algorithm to secure sensitive data (information) in a databases .It has imperative on information size and number of exceptional characters, the proposed technique change concentrates on the encryption of expansive information considering a wide range of unique characters and an arbitrary generator is utilized for producing keys in substitution stage. The proposed strategy of the paper concentrated on the future work of the ETSFS algorithm for secure sensitive Email system.

The research objective is to determine the coastal area s carrying capacity, which is the main focus of research. The research has been conducted for three months, starting from Juny 2020 to August 2020. The data needed in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data comes from information that supports the achievement of research objectives. Primary data can come from field information, community information, and documents relevant to the achievement of research objectives. Secondary data consists of data related to the management and utilization of coastal areas, traditional and modern, and various other relevant documents. Primary collected data by observations and field surveys, interviews with key informants, namely people recorded as having lived in coastal areas for a long time. The in depth interview process carried out using an interview guide, which contains the informant s main things. Technical Sampling by Purposive Sampling, namely the area selected based on its ability to answer and provide information about the problem and research objectives. The area taken as the sample is because the researcher thinks that the coastal area has the information needed for his research. The number of samples taken was three districts from a homogeneous sub-district population. Analysis of the priority of coastal area development using an integrated approach This analysis will be carried out using the process hierarchy analysis (AHP). The conclusion that fishing technology has not been able to maximize fisheries full potential in marine areas. The government must immediatelybuilding infrastructure that supports downstreaming in coastal areas, encouraging increased capacity or volume of capture fisheries using fishermen s technology.

Nowadays, Gas leakage has turned out to be a major problem with the industrial sector as well as households. The paper has been stipulated in order to ensure that the supervisor of the gas plants or the owner of the household is notified of the gas leakage which has occurred and at the same time an SMS notification is sent to the concerned person. This paper holds even more relevance in the current pandemic situation because industries are facing paucity of workmen due to social distancing norms and such a system would enable them to aware of any mishaps at the industrial site. The research has been implemented on a software basis and the outputs are realized in Proteus software. This gas sensor has high sensitivity for propane and iso-butane and also can sense smoke in industrial scenarios.

Abstract As writers of English, Anita Desai and Kiran Desai, both have attracted extensive critical attention in India and abroad. This is due to several factors such as the complexity of form and theme in their novels, conforming to the broad parameters of the Anglo-American tradition of the psychological novel but retaining the fundamentals of the Indian sensibility and socio-cultural ethos of India, focusing on the significant questions of status of women, subtle portrayal of the protagonists quest for self-assertion and self-actualization in the face of the rigid codes of behavior in a conformist and status loving society. The novels Fire on the Mountain by Anita Desai and The Inheritance of Loss by Kiran Desai project an objectification of several dilemmas and predicaments of human life that lend these works a universal appeal and a keen desire to delve deep into the human mind to find answers to the existential queries. Both the novels reflect upon the human psyche that reacts in diverse ways to the intricacies of reality faced while thriving in this world. The sensitivity of the characters and the psychological study of the innermost recess of the mind appeal the most. A broad comparison of the two narratives brings to light a latent similarity in the minds of the mother-daughter novelists.
