The complexion of tasks in the face of copyright protection and users' rights has totally changed when it comes to how content is created, shared and consumed today using social media. The opportunities for this kind of interaction at the intersection between social media platforms and copyright laws are many including issues such as infringement and the balance between copyright enforcement and user rights. This results in Copyright infringements occur massively due to its existence as described above where information spreads like a bush fire. Works are reproduced, distributed, and publicly exhibited without proper authorization. The issue has compelled the copyright holders to pursue legal action, but mechanisms of rights enforcement in the digital age are faced with challenges like jurisdictional complexities and the overwhelming volume of infringing material. It seeks to deliberate on the main legal frameworks that control copyright on social media incorporating the Copyright Act and Information Technology Act of India and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of the United States and strike a good balance between the two goals of protecting creators' rights and letting users engage with content on social media in ways that are socially acceptable. It is finally expected to get some enlightenment with regard to rules of fair use, regulation, and the enhanced cooperation between content providers and right holders. The paper will consist of an exhaustive examination of the present problems and possible solutions from the perspective of copyright rights with the constant change of social media, using case studies and legal precedents. It not only contributes to the discussion on copyright laws in the digital sphere but also demonstrates how legal frameworks can be adapted to cover the continuous use of digital technology.

ABSTRACT: - Malware detection involves identifying and preventing dangerous software in computer security. It is not the only approach to safeguard a firm against a cyber-attack. Effective risk assessment is essential for both companies and administrations. This study explores various methods for identifying computer malware, harmful software, websites, and future instructions. It also discusses the rise of computer viruses and worms and how to counteract them. Traditional detection approaches are being replaced by innovative procedures and strategies including behavioural-based and signature-based models. Future instructions will focus on developing security solutions to address cyber fraud, a growing issue in the Asia-Pacific area. Traditional computer security measures are insufficient to protect against cyber security fraud and other threats due to their limitations. Researchers have developed new techniques, including heuristic and static analysis, to detect over 90% of malware samples without false positives or negatives.

The morphological, physiological and anatomical features of the plantlets developed under in vitro conditions, have a great impact on plant survival rate after transplantation to ex vitro conditions. The leguminous tree, Albizia amara has been selected for tissue culture studies in the present investigation, due to its immense medicinal properties. During acclimatization of tissue culture raised plants, the effect of microbial inoculants on biohardening and root colonization was determined in terms of serial dilution followed by plating on Kings B specific medium and trypan blue staining of the root samples. The two bioinoculants used in the present study were Trichoderma viride and Pseudomonas fluorescens . These microbes were used either individually (or) in combination. Maximum root colonization of both P. fluorescens (158x106 CFU/g FW) and T.viride (82.6 %) was observed in dual inoculation after 60 days of biohardening. Better root development was observed when shoots with root primordia were treated with a combination of bioinoculants and plant survival rate was increased to 82 %.

Tinea Cruris is one of the fungal infection caused by a species of Dermatophytes. It usually occurs in the groins and upper and inner parts of the thighs caused by Trichophyton rubrum. Most of the people usually affected with Tinea-related symptoms visit nearby hospital where tropical agents and antifungal medications are commonly administered. However in Homoeopathy when medicine is administered based on the totality of symptoms, it can produces cure and also prevent further relapsing of the case. This case study helps to know about the effectiveness of homoeopathy in managing Tinea cruris in LM potency. A 25 years old female presented with irregular circular eruption over the buttocks, groins and lower back 6 years. The case was diagnosed with Tinea Cruris. After detailed case taking and repertorization, Mezereum 0/3 was prescribed. There was a marked improvement with complete disappearance of the lesion, without any adverse effects and recurrence of eruption.

Tooth loss is a prevalent concern across age groups, with dentures commonly used to restore functionality and aesthetics. However, the influence of dentures on dietary habits and nutritional health remains debated. Oral health is crucial for overall well-being, impacting speech, confidence, digestion, and nutrient absorption. Teeth play a vital role in food breakdown through chewing, essential for proper digestion and nutrient absorption. While dentures aim to restore chewing function and facilitate a wider food variety intake, their effectiveness and impact on dietary habits remain uncertain. This review synthesizes current research on dentures' influence on dietary intake, nutritional status, and eating enjoyment. Mixed findings suggest both improved nutritional intake and challenges such as limited food variety and increased malnutrition risk among denture wearers. Challenges in chewing efficiency, altered taste sensation, and social embarrassment further impact the eating experience. Addressing these requires a multidisciplinary approach involving dental care, nutritional counselling, and psychological support. Strategies include consuming softer yet nutritious foods, regular dental check-ups, and education on denture care. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies and technological advancements in denture design to address these concerns, ultimately improving the quality of life for denture wearers.

Our society often considers the use of cannabis as an under-reported activity. Cannabis is used to relieve neuropathic and chronic pain. Cannabis is produced from the Cannabis sativa plant, which is used in three forms: herbal cannabis, dried leaves, and flowering tops The resin of the cannabis is the pressed secretions of the plant, known as 'hashish' or 'cherish. Cannabis sativa is an herbaceous species that originated in Central Asia. It has been used in medicine and as a source of textile fiber since ancient times. It is a fast-growing plant that attracted people's interest because of its multi-purpose applications. It is a rich source of photochemical, cellulose, and woody fibers. The more interest is also due to its metabolites which show potent bioactivities on human health. In this review, the phytochemicals are discussed by emphasizing molecules, including cannabinoids, terpenes, and phenolic compounds. Cannabinoids are represented as the most studied group of compounds, because of their wide range of pharmaceutical effects in humans, also including psychotropic activities. This article aims to upgrade the current knowledge and evidence of using cannabis and its derivatives with a view to the sociolegal context and perspectives for future research.

Sunscreen is a topical product designed to protect the skin from the sun's harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation. It works by either absorbing, reflecting, or scattering UV rays to prevent them from penetrating the skin and causing damage such as sunburn, premature aging, and an increased risk of skin cancer. The incorporation of herbal materials into sunscreen is one of the most effective and natural ways to protect against the sun. The present study integrates the protective properties of these natural ingredients to develop an effective sunscreen product. The flowers of the butterfly pea plant are rich in antioxidants, including flavonoids, polyphenols and anthocyannins. Sunscreen lotion which contains olive oil and herbal ingredients can help to protect the skin from premature aging and damage that may lead to skin cancer. The observational study of herbal sunscreen lotion showed good spreadability, good consistency, homogeneity, appearance, Ph, ease of removal and no evidence of phase separation. The prepared herbal sunscreen lotion was safe to use for skin .The result of present study attempts to develop sunscreen lotion possessing broad spectrum of anti UV radiation effectiveness with reduce concentration of chemical UV filters from the extracts of bio active products such as Butterfly pea flower (Fabacee) and Aloe Vera (Liliaceae)
