The rapid growth in E-Commerce industry has lead to an exponential increase in the use of credit cards for online purchases and for different types of transactions . So there will be more chances for occurring fraud. Banks have many and enormous databases. Important business information can be extracted from these data stores. Fraud is an issue with far reaching consequences in the banking industry, government, corporate sectors and for ordinary consumers. Increasing dependence on new technologies such as cloud and mobile computing in recent years has encountered the problem. Physical detections are not only time consuming they are costly and they don�t give accurate result. Fraud is any malicious activity that aims to cause financial loss to the other party. As the use of digital money or plastic money even in developing countries is on the rise so is the fraud associated with them. Frauds caused by Credit Cards have costs consumers and banks billions of dollars globally. Even after numerous mechanisms to stop fraud, fraudsters are continuously trying to find new ways and tricks to commit fraud. . It has become very difficult for detecting the fraud in credit card system. Machine learning plays a vital role for detecting the credit card fraud in the transactions. For predicting these transactions banks make use of various machine learning methodologies, past data has been collected and new features are been used for enhancing the predictive power. The performance of fraud detection in credit card transactions is greatly affected by the sampling approach on data-set, selection of variables and detection techniques used..We have explained various techniques available for a fraud detection system such as Random Forest Classifier, K-nearest neighbors Classifier, Decision Tree Classifier, Gaussian Naive Bayes and Logistic Regression. These techniques are applied on both unbalanced data and balanced data and we provide a survey and a comparative analyses of techniques for both unbalanced data and balanced data, together with evaluation metrics. Dataset of credit card transactions is collected from kaggle and it contains a total of 2,84,808 credit card transactions of a European bank data set. It considers fraud transactions as the �class 1� and genuine ones as the �class 0� .The data set is highly imbalanced, it has about 0.172% of fraud transactions and the rest are genuine transactions. So to balance the dataset SMOTE oversampling technique has been applied to the data set, which resulted in 50% of fraud transactions and 50% genuine ones. We trained five techniques and evaluate each methodology based on certain criteria namely sensitivity, precision, accuracy and ROC AUC. Based on the criteria of different techniques ,the best technique for detecting credit card fraud is choosen. The five techniques are applied for the dataset and work is implemented in python language.

The colon targeted drug delivery system is to provide a high concentration of therapeutic agent at the site of action while minimising pre-mature drug release in the upper gastrointestinal tract such as stomach, small intestine, large intestine and thus reducing the emergence of adverse effects to nontargeted areas. In prepared standard marketed formulations such are microsphere, capsule, delayed-release tablet and pellets are mainly used. These formulations are used for reducing the inflammation of colon. The aim of present study was based upon solid dispersion technique and to reducing the frequency of dose administration, to prevent ulcerative colitis by developing compressed coated tablet and this tablet is coating with solid dispersion by using Polyethylene glycol (PEG-4000). We were performed evaluation characteristics of core tablets and compressed coated tablets. The in-vitro drug dissolution study was conducted by using phosphate buffer pH7.4. The result demonstrated that the compressed coated tablet showed a drug release of 98.7% for 12 h. We will investigate the further study for the exact mechanism related to finding of the study.

This study is performed in a particular geographical area and this may be considered as a limitation to judge the purchase decisions of all customers of various regions. Physico-chemical and biological studies were conducted at Phulwaria dam situated at Haldia village of Rajauli sub division in Nawada district of Bihar, India. This paper aims to study the water quality of Phulwaria dam and the nutrients present in the water with reference to drinking water quality as well as its irrigation purposes. It was obtained also the seasonal variation of related water parameters and identifies the pollutants present in dam water. Physico-chemical parameter were analysed as per APHA. The data revealed that there was fewer variations and the water quality with respect to their physico-chemical, ionic and irrigation characteristics. The overall systematic analysis of the present water quality parameter under taken and result obtained through the entire one year of study which showed that the status of water quality quiet normal and within the permissible limit and maintained with ISI. The entire premises of study area are in the remote tribal area and it is situated at the junction of Bihar and Jharkhand state boarder at Rajauli. This dam is besieged with mountain from three sides and it is very good natural area that is why the pollution loads is minimum. There is no industry in this area and the study deals with the social and other important aspect like drinking, agriculture, irrigation and fishing purposes. This dam is very popular in that area and people flock there to enjoy as picnic spot.

The amount of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll increased in all the treatments. It was maximum at 5KR and minimum at 20KR. Chlorophyl a/b ratio was found to be lower at 5KR & 10KR and higher at 15KR & 20KR treatments over control. Chlorophyll b/a ratio was found to be higher at 5KR & 10KR while lower at higher dosages (15 KR &20 KR) than control. carotenoids was found to be decreased at 5KR & 10 KR and increased at 15 KR &20 KR over control. Ascorbic acid content increased by 2.9 folds in 5KR,10 KR &15 KR and 3.4 folds in 20KR treated plants.

Abstract: The digital world is empowering day by day, one of the important part of digitalization is digital payment methods which makes the society less dependent on physical cash and to make payment in most convenient and easier way through digital payment platforms. This study is generally based on secondary data to understand the different methods of online payments, its advantages and disadvantages. The result based on the study is that there are number of digital payment methods available to the people but the knowledge and awareness about the digital payments and how to use it is extremely low. Contributing more on training and educating people about digitalisation will reflect in increased use of digital ways to make payment in future.

India is famous for its rich heritage, traditional textiles, and brilliant workmanship. The growing concern in traditional Indian embroideries is time-consuming technique, outdated look, and less variety in products. To bring the traditional craft to its utmost extent of excellence, traditional Indian embroideries demands design modification, transformation and varied application. Toda tribes are found only in the Nilgiri district of Tamil Nadu state. Toda embroidery, an intricate form of embroidery worked by Toda women holds a ethnic distinctiveness for the Toda group of people. The present study focused to study the traditional Toda embroidery and to develop a new range of products through design modification and transformation. Totally, eight products were developed, three with toda embroidery, one in transforming toda embroidery as painting, and three products through design modification. Consumer acceptability towards the developed toda products on various parameters was also studied. Fabric painting with toda design was most preferred by the consumers with respect to the overall appearance. The study centered on giving a contemporary look to the products and developing it through faster techniques. The study will help the toda women and NGO�s to diversify the range of toda embroidered products and to develop articles of a similar appearance as like toda embroidery with less time-consuming technique.
