 Abstract

Rapid economic development has resulted in environmental degradation and social conflict in many parts of the world. The never-ending global issues can be controlled if entrepreneurial activities strictly adopt sustainable practices and be more ethical and responsible. Researchers have examined the relationship between religiosity and ethical business decision. However, research on such relationship often produce mix results. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to assess the potential of religious ideologies in determining ethical decision making of entrepreneurs particularly regarding environmental sustainability. The paper examines sustainability in the light of the Quran and Hadith. It looks at previous research on religiosity and ethics as well as the relationship between religion and awareness towards environmental protection of entrepreneurs. This study introduces a conceptual model that highlights how three religious ideologies in Islam may influence Muslim attitude on environmental sustainability. The paper informs researchers in the area of religion and ethical decision making on the new construct namely religious ideologies as determinants to ethical decision making particularly concerning environmental sustainability.

 Abstract

Choosing a career is an important step in one�s life and choosing the right career is essential to achieve success and happiness. Many individuals look up to their families for guidance as to reap benefits from their experience in career selection. They, therefore, have a substantial effect on their career decisions though it may vary from family to societies to cultures. This study is based on the influence of family on career decisions of Indian students and therefore takes into account students who study or have studied in India. In the study, it has been found that family members have a positive and significant effect on career decisions and there is no difference in the guidance provided to children based on gender. This study will be useful to career consultants and academicians and educational institutions to provide better guidance to the students as well as to the parents for deciding better prospects for their children that align with their interests.

 Abstract

In this paper I have worked to provide an introduction to the Modular arithmetic, Galois field and Vector space components and its relation to graph theory. Graph theory is an area of mathematics where modular arithmetic and vector space components are used for undirected graph. Vector and vector space discussed in the two-dimensional Euclidean space. The concept of representing vectors is now extended to representation of k- dimensional space by means of an ordered k-tuple. Vector space associated with graph and total number of sub-graphs are discussed in relation to their edges. Linearly dependent and independent vectors are also explained following an example.

Data Mining plays a vital role in gaining an understanding of this big data. Similar solutions to this problem cannot properly balance the functionality, privacy and use of data over large scale data. this model big data is divided into smaller parts and then the data algorithms will be used.To protect the sensitive data that is proposed the algorithm uses the validation process and finally uses the TKU algorithm to retrieve the remaining Top-k objects.

 Abstract

Nasal pathway achieved faster and greater level of drug absorption due to more surface area, the preventing of first pass metabolism and readily accessibility. Topiramate is a widely useful for the treatment of epilepsy. It is useful for various types of partial-onset and generalized-onset seizures, and is therefore considered a broad-spectrum agent. The aim of present research work was to increase the solubility of Topiramate by making its inclusion complex with ?-cyclodextrin (?-CD) complex and to develop its thermally triggered mucoadhesive in situ gel (TTISG) as to overcome first-pass effect and consequently enhance its bioavailability. Formulation optimized by using central composite model total 18 formulations were obtained. The optimized formulation (F15) with a gelation temperature 29�C, gelation time 13 Second and drug release up to 90% after 5 hrs. As compared to marketed formulation it enhanced the bioavailability and as per the need of time is need to go for the further preclinical study to get the better exposure for the current research.

This research is basically concerned with the construction industry in Afghanistan.  Abstract

LPG, methane, and other combustible gases, if leaked, can cause havoc as they will catch fire easily. The leakage of those gases is prevented by designing better containers and shipping equipment for the said gases just in case of a leakage, the simplest way to avoid an accident is to understand at the earliest that leakage has occurred so that necessary action may be taken. This project tackles this issue of gas leakage i.e. make people aware of gas leakage at the earliest, to prevent accidents. This project is useful to households where people spend their time outside the house or for those people that might need a lesser sense of smell. The main purpose of this project is to make a cost-effective and reliable Gas Leakage Detector. This project is made using an Arduino microcontroller, GSM module, MQ2 sensor, a buzzer, and a cellphone. All these equipment interact with one another with IoT and sound an alarm additionally to sending an SMS alert to the owner about the gas leakage using the cellular phone.
