For the construction project cost is too variable on site and estimated cost, on site there is various types of changes occurs so due to that cost of project is increases. For the construction work main objective of that project is cost reduction and maintain the quality of work as well as complete within the time. Duration of activity is increases it directly effects on the cost of that project. Objective of this paper to reduce the cost of construction by using Proper Planning, Estimation, Material Replacement, Project Monitoring Techniques, by reducing project overruns, Material Management Techniques, etc. This will help us to reduce the duration of project, maintain the quality and it will be completed within stipulated time. This paper is covering the discussion on the how to select the plot, how to plan activities on site as well as factor which are affecting directly on the cost of construction.

Unique to the rural landscape and cultural life of Kerala, Coconut plays Avery significant role in the economy of the state. Evidently with about 46% of total production, "Kerala" is the largest coconut producing state in India. The name for the state Kerala is believed to be given after the coconut tree with "Kera" meaning coconut tree and "Alam" meaning land, thus giving the meaning as "land of coconut trees". The major change in coconut production occurred in 1970s. Decrease in the production of paddy was then shifted for plantation crops like coconut.

This paper presents the design and development of a compact, innovative, and efficient AC duct maintenance robot, specifically tailored to navigate and inspect complex air conditioning ducts. The proposed robot addresses the limitations of traditional maintenance methods, enhancing safety, reducing labor costs, and improving indoor air quality. The robot's compact size and remote control functionality enable it to access confined areas, removing pollutants, allergens, and bacteria, and ensuring cleaner air and efficient HVAC operation. This innovative solution addresses the limitations of human inspection and cleaning, mitigating energy waste, increased expenses, and health hazards associated with inadequate upkeep.

This paper discusses "Cetalink: One Stop Health-care platform", an AI-powered platform developed to improve the access to healthcare services and to enhance the patience experience. With the requirement of linked healthcare management, this paper discuss the symptom analysis using AI-powered tools and geo-location-based recommendations to solve the problems occurred due to disintegrated healthcare services. It uses Open AI api for symptom analysis with a dynamic questionnaire for greater accuracy and disease prediction along with the Google Maps api for nearby medical services recommendations. It assists the patients from providing hassle-free integrated healthcare services right from symptom analysis to accessing hospitals, pharmacy and other pathology centers from a single interface itself. This platform and its study highlight the significance of ground-breaking platforms to improve healthcare access by actually reducing the delays and to enhance the patient satisfaction with the integrated healthcare solutions with location-based results.

The purpose of this research is to investigate wireless communication over solar roads. Wireless communications can be transmitted by the renewable energy produced by solar panels installed in road surfaces. The production of energy, signal strength, range, and dependability are the main topics of the study. The initiative intends to use solar energy to construct a sustainable communication system that will help rural locations and encourage environmentally friendly infrastructure.

Goal of the study: The purpose of this research report is to assess employees' perceptions of career planning within their organizations. The key research question guiding this study is: "Do employees believe that career planning is actively prioritized by the HR department in their organization?"* This question serves as the foundation for transforming qualitative insights into a statistical analysis of employee views on the effectiveness and importance of career planning in their workplace. Key finding: This research's key finding is that HR departments in private banks in Jodhpur city do not place significant emphasis on career planning for their employees. Within the organisational structure, career planning is seen with disinterest, suggesting that it is a generally disregarded task. This suggests a lack of strategic attention to personnel development and career advancement. Research Methodology: The study focuses on private banks in Jodhpur city, with a sample size of 142 employees. A combination of Likert scale statements was employed to gather data, and a one-sample Wilcoxon test was applied to derive meaningful results from the raw data. The information was analyzed and synthesized using SPSS software, which facilitated the statistical processing and interpretation of the responses. Applicability: The study is extremely pertinent to today's changing workplace, as economics is not the only factor influencing success. Career planning has become essential due to shifting organisational dynamics. To comply with current management concepts and guarantee employee development and long-term organisational progress, career planning must be promoted and integrated into the modern workplace. Limitations of the study: Both employers and workers participate in the career planning process. However, this study is restricted to looking at the viewpoint of the employees, with a particular emphasis on the actions that employers have taken. The research sample consists of 142 respondents from a narrow geographical area--Jodhpur city--and is confined to employees working in private banks. As a result, the findings may not be generalisable to other industries or regions, and further research with a larger sample size and broader scope would be beneficial to draw more comprehensive conclusions

Cloud computing began in the 1950s with mainframe computers accessed by dumb terminals. Still, it expanded dramatically in the early 2000s with the introduction of major providers such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure. This transformation signalled a shift from traditional on-premises infrastructure to scalable, on-demand services, with an initial concentration on storage and computing power. The rise of cloud computing has transformed the IT industry, allowing firms to access flexible resources without significant hardware investments, and democratising technology for both startups and large organisations. Cloud computing is becoming an essential part of the digital landscape, enabling innovation in a variety of industries and supporting a diverse range of applications, from mobile apps to advanced analytics. Its reliance on technologies like virtualization and grid computing allows users to access shared resources over the internet, making it an essential component of modern IT strategies aiming at cost reduction and addressing increasing computational needs.
