The problematics of Motherhood find a central space in several of Mahasweta Devi's texts. Motherhood is traditionally seen, avoiding all the complexities, as a state of being a mother. Devi in Breast Giver has entered these complexities with a determined stance to liberate the woman from the traps of Motherhood. Jashoda's suffering is caused by the absence of her identity. She lives until she dies on a borrowed idea of motherhood which she never gets the chance to realise for herself. This emptiness in her personal life is replaced with the desire to fulfil the expectations of society. This paper deals with these invisible chains that smother a woman's life, specifically Jashoda in Mahasweta Devi's Breast Giver. Jashoda's suffering anchors on this pivotal decision of her choosing motherhood, a choice that she makes unconsciously. The lack of volition marks the dehumanizing aspect of the structure that gives birth to the tragic lives of mothers, where they are reduced to a biological function. Contrasting the issues with poems of Neruda, Shelley and Auden, the paper attempts to show how Nancy Julia Chodrow's concept of how gender difference is a "relational construction" describes the plight of Jashoda and the male perseverance to create its identity through the denial of motherhood.

A new way to improve accessibility and convenience in EV charging infrastructure is the Wireless Electric Vehicle (EV) charging system. For electric vehicles, wireless power transfer (WPS) offers a workable way to solve range issues and lower onboard battery costs. For optimal performance, electric vehicles require quick, affordable, and dependable charging systems. Unlike traditional wired charging systems, wireless charging solutions eliminate the hassle of plugging in the gadget that needs to be charged. The suggested method transfers energy wirelessly from a transmitter coil to a receiver coil by means of electromagnetic induction. The charging procedure is managed and observed by the Raspberry Pi. A transmitter unit, a receiver unit, and a user interface make up the system. The wireless charging solution combines Raspberry Pi technology with a coin-based payment mechanism to give users a simple and alternate payment option.

The Minerva Mills Ltd. v. Union of India (1980) case is a pivotal precedent in Indian constitutional law, especially regarding the Basic Structure Doctrine. The case emerged after the Forty-second Amendment (1976), which sought to curtail the judiciary's authority by rendering certain constitutional articles unamendable and diminishing judicial scrutiny. The dispute centred on the interpretation of Article 368, which regulates the amendment process, and whether Parliament has the ability to modify any section of the Constitution without limitation. The Supreme Court, led by Chief Justice Y.V. Chandrachud, confirmed the Kesavananda Bharati (1973) decision, which established the Basic Structure Doctrine. The idea asserts that while Parliament has extensive authority to change the Constitution, it is prohibited from modifying its basic structure, which encompasses critical elements such as the rule of law, democracy, judicial scrutiny, and the safeguarding of fundamental rights. The Supreme Court invalidated provisions of the Forty-second Amendment that aimed to modify the connection between Directive Principles of State Policy (DPSP) and Fundamental Rights, emphasising the disproportionate supremacy of DPSPs over Fundamental Rights. This ruling affirmed the legal perspective that any modification impacting the fundamental aspects of the Constitution is susceptible to judicial scrutiny, regardless of its passage by a supermajority in Parliament. The case confirmed the judiciary's position as the protector of the Constitution, guaranteeing that Parliament cannot compromise its fundamental ideals.

Shelter is one of the three basic and most important needs of mankind and deserves much importance. Since the early age man has built structures mainly of stone and brick masonry. After the invention of port land cement in the 19th century later on steel took care of tension, the whole scenario of construction was revolutionized. In the project of "ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF MULTISTOREY BUILDING", we have adopted Limit state method of analysis and design purpose. The design is in confirmation with IS-456:2000. The analysis of frames has been performed by "STAAD PRO" i.e. "FINITE ELEMENT METHOD". In this attempt we use to apply our knowledge acquired in the past four years of study. We are happy that we could complete the work successfully and, in this process, acquired more knowledge. This work posed us many important problems, thus forcing us to have a detailed study in to the subject. This helped to us to have a look towards the practical aspect of our subject even though the project work concerned only to the analysis and design of Multistorey Building.

The thermal friction drilling process is widely used as an alternative to conventional drilling with immense potential benefits like environmentally safe, burr free operation, greater shear strength joints, and shorter processing time and used as integrated joining technology using automated robotics. In this investigation, friction drilling of medical grade austenitic stainless steels SS304 and SS316 are extensively studied for bush formation and microstructural observation for different rotational speed and feed using tungsten carbide (WC) form drill. Drilling plays significant role in machining. More than 40% of material removal operations are related with this kind of action. Usually, high temperature is generated during drilling operation. Therefore, the drilling tool becomes dull and leads to a limited-service life. The chips clung to the exit of a penetrated opening decimation the surface quality and weaken drilling exactness. To eliminate this difficulty form drilling established. Form drilling, also known as "thermal drilling", "flow drilling", "friction drilling", or "friction stir drilling", is the best result to the above-mentioned difficulty. Form drilling is a non- traditional hole making operation. A rotating conical tool is implemented to penetrate a hole and create a bushing in one step without initiating chip. The form drilling process depends on the heat produced from the frictional force between the tool and workpiece to soften the work material, penetrate, and deform the work material into a bushing. The present review focus on an explanation of the influence of various drilling process parameters of form drill tool on different work material in form drilling process.
