 Abstract

Water has consistently functioned as one of the most potent symbols in literature, religion, and philosophy. From representing life and purity to embodying destruction and renewal, water serves as a complex cultural metaphor across civilizations. This article examines the symbolism of water by engaging with Muhammad Hussain Azad's Aab-e ?ay?t, Sufi mystical thought, Hindu sacred river traditions, and the Western literary canon, with particular emphasis on Shakespeare and T.S. Eliot. It argues that water functions as both an existential and spiritual motif, unifying aesthetic, theological, and ecological discourses.

 Abstract

Agriculture plays a vital role in sustaining the global economy, yet inefficient water management remains a major challenge in conventional irrigation practices. This paper presents a Solar Power IoT-Based Smart Automatic Drip Irrigation System designed to optimize water usage and improve crop productivity using renewable energy. The proposed system integrates solar energy, IoT technology, and smart sensors to monitor and control soil moisture, temperature, and environmental conditions in real time. Solar panels provide a sustainable power source, ensuring continuous operation even in remote agricultural areas lacking grid connectivity.The system employs moisture and temperature sensors interfaced with a microcontroller and Wi-Fi module to transmit data to a cloud platform. Based on predefined thresholds, the system automatically controls solenoid valves for precise water delivery through a drip mechanism, minimizing wastage. Farmers can remotely monitor field conditions and irrigation status via a mobile or web application, enabling data-driven decision-making. Experimental results demonstrate that the system significantly reduces water consumption and energy costs while enhancing overall irrigation efficiency. This research highlights the potential of integrating IoT with renewable energy for sustainable and smart agriculture applications.

 Abstract

This paper examines the practices of unsustainable consumption in India and its impact on the environment, across several sectors. Increased population coupled with increasing incomes and improving standards of living has led to an increase in waste generation from packaging, greenhouse emissions, wastewater etc. Additionally, increased consumption by human beings leads to resource depletion and pollution in the environment. In order to combat this, a shift is required sustainable consumption faces, which however, faces several challenges such as rigid lifestyles and personal habits, higher cost and low accessibility of sustainable products and services, weak policy enforcement as well as 'greenwashing' by producer firms. In order to address these issues, many measures have been suggested such as awareness campaigns, promotion of sustainable choices, improved infrastructure for provision of sustainable solutions, stricter policy enforcement as well as government initiatives. It concludes that promoting sustainable consumption is a shared responsibility that could be achieved by combining efforts for individual awareness, appropriate industrial ecosystem and conducive policy action.

 Abstract

Oral Lichen Planus (OLP) is a chronic inflammatory disorder affecting the oral mucosa, with diverse clinical presentations and a risk of malignant transformation. Early and precise assessment of lesions, along with prediction of immunotherapy outcomes, is critical for personalized patient care. Manual evaluation is time-intensive and prone to variability among clinicians. In this study, we introduce a hybrid deep learning framework that combines Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for detailed spatial feature extraction with Transformer modules for capturing long-range contextual information. A multimodal fusion strategy further integrates lesion imaging features with patient-specific clinical data to predict individualized therapy responses. Experiments on a curated oral lesion dataset demonstrate that our approach achieves superior segmentation accuracy and predictive performance compared to existing baseline models. The framework offers a reproducible, interpretable, and automated tool to support precision oral healthcare and data-driven treatment planning.
