: IoT drive system for continuous monitoring of DC motor load and efficiency to improve the reliability and safety of DC motors in the industry. This system uses an ESP32 microcontroller to monitor parameters including voltage, current and temperature from sensors. When an abnormal value is detected, the system will automatically activate the relay to stop the motor and activate the buzzer to make a sound immediately. The collected data is sent to the ThingSpeak cloud platform for real-time monitoring and long-term analysis. This IoT-based solution helps detect.

The term "mangrove ecosystem" refers to the mutual interaction and interdependence among the elements in mangrove forests. The mangrove wetland ecosystem is one of the most threatened ecosystems in the world. Mangroves are pivotal in mitigating climate change by sequestering carbon, shoreline protection, and minimizing the impact of cyclones, coastal erosion, sea level rise and tsunamis. The unique mangrove ecosystem is most favourable for the rich diversity of fishes and their related species and it offers livelihood opportunities to the locals In Kerala mangroves are extended to the coastal environment of all districts. Kannur district has the largest extent of mangrove followed by Ernakulum and Calicut. Urbanization and population explosion negatively impacted the fragile mangrove ecosystem. This paper examines the impact of urbanization, functional character and mangrove ecosystems in the coastal zone area of Kannur. There is an urgent need for sustainable urban planning and strict enforcement of environmental regulations.

The work of getting the right price for the goods produced in agriculture is done through the weekly market and also the supply of essential commodities of the farmers and people in the rural areas is done through the weekly market. As the weekly market plays an important role in the development of rural areas, this type of market is of special importance in rural India Due to lack of industrial area, 80.09 percent of the total population of Beed district lives in rural areas and 19.91 percent of the population lives in urban areas. Among the rural population, farmers and agricultural laborers as well as others worker are directly or indirectly dependent on agriculture. Hence the weekly market in Beed district is very important.

This paper examines the representation of caste in Amitav Ghosh's Ibis Trilogy, a historical narrative set against the backdrop of the First Opium War and the system of indentured labourhood. A caste-based analysis explores how Ghosh intertwines caste dynamics with colonial power structures, revealing the entrenched social hierarchies of 19th-century India. The trilogy portrays characters from marginalized castes, such as Deeti and Kalua, whose lives are profoundly shaped by caste-based oppression and colonial exploitation. This paper explores how Gosh critiques the global legacy of caste exploitation within the context of colonial history.

This research paper examines innovative strategies in the teaching-learning process, with a focus on bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application within the Indian education system. It highlights the limitations of traditional education models that prioritize rote memorization, preventing students from effectively translating theoretical knowledge into real-world skills. Drawing upon educational theories such as constructivism, behaviorism, and cognitive learning theory, the paper explores modern pedagogical approaches like flipped classrooms, project-based learning, technology-enhanced learning (TEL), and collaborative learning. These strategies foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world applications, aligning with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020's emphasis on experiential education. The paper also discusses the role of emerging technologies, such as AI, VR, and AR, in transforming Indian education, and suggests policy recommendations for addressing digital divide issues and improving teacher training. Findings reveal that these innovative methods not only enhance student engagement and retention but also prepare learners for the workforce by promoting both intellectual and practical skill development. The paper concludes with an outlook on future trends in education and the need for continued investment in technology and pedagogy.

Aegle marmelos (Bael) is indeed a significant plant with a rich tradition of medicinal use, particularly in Ayurvedic and Unani medicine. Its leaves, in particular, have been recognized for their diverse therapeutic properties, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and cytotoxic activities. To make the use of Aegle marmelos (Bael) in a unique way, here are a few innovative approaches that can highlight its potential:In the quiet corners of the world, where sunlight bends to the rhythm of ancient trees, lies the leaf of Aegle marmelos, a whispered testament to nature's quiet wisdom. Its form is an unspoken dialogue between earth and sky--three separate entities, yet united in purpose, stretching in subtle defiance of the ordinary.

ABSTRACT The mental well-being of college students is a growing concern, with increasing rates of stress, anxiety, and other psychological challenges due to academic pressures and lifestyle changes. Physical activity, recognised for its dual benefits on physical and mental health, offers a practical and sustainable intervention. This study examines the role of physical activity in promoting mental well-being among college students in Kerala. Using a structured questionnaire, data were collected from a representative sample of students, focusing on their physical activity patterns, perceived benefits, barriers, and its impact on mental health. The findings reveal that regular physical activity significantly reduces stress and enhances mood, concentration, and overall mental health. Barriers such as lack of time, motivation, and infrastructure were identified, while institutional support was found to play a vital role in encouraging participation. The study concludes that integrating physical activity programs into college life can foster better mental health outcomes and recommends targeted initiatives to address barriers and promote active lifestyles among students. These insights are crucial for policymakers, educational institutions, and stakeholders aiming to enhance student well-being through sustainable strategies.

Abstract: Environmental ethics is a key branch of post-humanist philosophy and studies relevant normative issues, values, and principles relating to human interaction with the natural environment. Ecofeminists often find a relationship between Nature and women. Ecofeminism is a recent development in environmental ethics. Care ethics refers to approaches to moral life and community that are grounded in virtue, practice, and knowledge associated with appropriate caring and caretaking of self and others. If we view our interaction with other nonhuman animals and natural systems as a relationship we want to inhabit with care and respect and if we understand that this relationship asks of us certain responsibilities then we might begin to perceive ethical action as an enactment of our responsibilities within all our relationship, far and near. Reciprocity is an important element of the ethics of care when discussing human relationships with non-human others, and we often nurture different kinds of care in our everyday lives. This paper will be going to discuss how care ethics will promote the sustainable existence of Human beings as well as non-human beings. Environmental care ethics talk about the common attitude of "mutual love and respect" that people think it appropriate to take towards nature. This paper will critically describe how care ethics will promote the importance of ecological harmony and Co-existential relations between the man and environment globally. Here it intends to explore how the man and environment have made a symbiotic relationship with care for each other. An awareness of intimacy and interdependency in life must be discussed here through this paper. The term 'care' is used to suggest a value foundation for sustainability. There will also be discussed about care ethical perspective of Carol Gilligan, and Nel Noddings.
