Let us realise before it is too late on the day that it is Raj-Yoga Meditation that removes mental tension, washes the mind clean of enmity, rivalry, jealousy, dishonesty, greed, injustice, violence and other kinds of inhuman or subhuman behaviour. It is this which stabilises a person in the real and original self and enables him to have his divine worth and dignity. The first thing a man must know is his real identity and his relationship based on that identity. One must also know what is the goal of his life and what is his role. He must also understand thoroughly the theory of laws of Karma. Human actions, done in relation to other human beings have a moral quality which is determined partly by his sanskars. There is thus the need to reform ones sanskaras. These sanskaras can be changed only by means of spiritual knowledge and Meditation. One must, therefore, help in this work because it helps to helps to build a better society. The word spiritual refers to the divine nature of the energy which healers agree comes from one external invisible intelligent source. The healing energy from this source is available to all. Healers see the body, mind and spirit as interdependent unit and believe all three must work in harmony to maintain positive health any problem-be it a broken leg or depression need the power of healing to restore the balance of the whole person. It is felt that sickness often starts in the mind, or at the deeper level of the spirit, and it is often here that healing begins.

Aim: To compare on selected health related physical fitness variables before and during menstrual cycle. Introduction: Physical education an integral part of the total education process, is a field of endeavor that has its aim the improvement of human performance through the medium of physical activities that have been selected with a view to realizing this outcome. Health related physical fitness having exercises that help to improve physical health, which involve cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. Sports and menstruation are another important aspect as far as women fitness and health is concerned. Initially in the early years it would depend only upon the information derived from the girls mother and friends but later on one finds that it is basically the attitude that deals with problem of menstruation. A woman who would like to continue with her fitness regime shall carry on the programmed no matter what, the inconveniences and pains caused due to menstruation shall become a secondary factor. Every woman has her own pain threshold, at which point she decides whether she will continue with her training or not. Purpose of the study: To find out the comparative on selected health related physical fitness variables before and during menstrual cycle. Procedure: for the present study 20 women of LNIPE (B.P.Ed. 1st year), Gwalior (M.P.) were selected randomly as the subjects for the study. The variables selected for the presented study were cardio respiratory endurance, flexibility, muscular endurance and muscular strength. The data was collected through the pre-test and post-test. For the study, pre-test data was taken one week before the menstrual cycle and post-test data was taken during the 2nd day of menstrual cycle. Statistical technique: for comparing pre-test and post-test (cardio respiratory endurance, flexibility, muscular endurance and muscular strength), descriptive analysis and paired t test were applied at the 0.05 level of significance. Result/Conclusion: the result of the study indicated that there was no significance difference among pre-test and post-test of cardio respiratory endurance, flexibility, muscular endurance and muscular strength as the p value were 0.332, 0.920, 0.208, 0.885 and 0.615 which is more than 0.05.

Dentine sensitivity (DS) or dentin hypersensitivity (DH) is a sequel to dentin exposure. It is the most frequently reported dental problem in daily practices. It occurs due to dentin exposure to various etiological factors leading to discomfort and deterioration to the quality of life of affected individual as it causes striking pain, difficulty in food consumption as well as esthetic appearance. The most neglected phase during DH management is identification and treatment of causative factor. Dentist should not underestimate the role causative factor plays in localizing and initiating hypersensitive lesions. The objective of this article is to highlight the etiopathogenesis, mechanism, diagnosis and clinical management of DH.

Crinum belongs to family Amaryllidaceae are large, ornamental plants with umbels of lily-like flowers. They are found in tropical and subtropical regions throughout the world, where, for centuries, they have been traditionally used for treatment of many diseases. The present study is focused on the stomata of Crinum latifolium and Crinum asiaticum. Stomata are very minute pores and it is present particularly in the leaves through which gases are exchanged. The stomatal index and size of guard cells (average length and width) were determined. The maximum stomatal index was observed in basal portion of abaxial surface (24.010.70) and minimum in apical portion of adaxial surface (11.920.49) in leaf of C. latifolium. In case of C. asiaticum the maximum stomatal index was observed in basal portion of abaxial surface (52.430.55) and minimum in middle portion (14.440.51). Statistical evaluation of the stomata included mean, standard deviation and standard error. Anomocytic type of stomata was revealed in both the species by this investigation.

India is a country with vast population and is characterized by a multi-religious society. Majority of Indians are followers of Hinduism and the minority religion group includes Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists etc. Worlds four major religion Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism had its origin in India. Religion has always played an important role in the social, economic and political sphere of India. If we look back at the history of India we can see that religion has an important role in its making. In every phase of the history of India we can see the various role religions has played. The constitution mentions that India is a secular state but we have failed to translate the constitutional ideas into practice in the society. Religion has always played a prominent role in Indian politics. Hence, differences between various religious groups have caused lots of communal riots in the country. Gandhi wrote in 1942, Religion is a personal matter which should have no place in politics but politics in India is incomplete without religion. India was partitioned on the basis of religious differences but it still managed to promulgate its constitution accepting equal rights to all and that there shall not be any kind of discrimination. Religious inequality and discrimination is an important issue in India. Many innocent people have suffered in the name of religion. Religion is one of the most important tools used by the politicians in India to gain the votes of the people. Most of the Indians are still politically uneducated and they tend to be unaware of the tactics of these clever politicians. Religion is being wrongly used by these power thirsty people because they know that Indians are very religious and they are willing to do anything in the name of religion. The political scenario of India is so influenced by religion that most political parties are formed by religious groups. When they come in power there tends to be favouritism of people. The minority community therefore suffers the consequences. The religious politics of our country also has a huge effect on the foreign policy of our country.

The Coronavirus outbreak has serious implication for the Indian economy. The production possibility curve is convex outward from the origin because some of the economy's resources are better able to produce good X than good Y while other resources in the economy are better able to produce good Y than good X. Since December 2019, a respiratory pandemic named as coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by a new coronavirus named as SARS-CoV-2, has taken the world by storm. The symptoms are fever, malaise, and cough which resolve in a few days in most cases; but may progress to respiratory distress and organ failure. Transmission is mainly through droplet infection or fomites, but other modes such as airborne transmission and oro-fecal transmission are also speculated. Research is underway to develop effective vaccines and medicines for the disease. Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine developed during the ancient ages, which employs natural drugs of herbal, and mineral origin for treatment, which in turn reflects Ethnobotany of that particular region. Ayurvedic medicines not only cures the symptoms but also boost the immunity of the user. In such a scenario, this review present the measures described in Ayurvedic system of medicine for health protection during epidemics and its role in translational medicine.
