Anomaly detection is one of the biggest problems in a wide range of applications. Anomaly detection has enticed substantial attention from the research community in the past few years owing to the development of IoT technology, low-cost solutions, and great impact in different application domains. It is concerned with the detection of new or unforeseen observations or sequences within the data being generated. Most of the existing anomaly detection techniques are extremely speci?c to the individual use-case, demanding expert knowledge of the techniques as well as the situation to which it is being applied. The IoT as a rapidly emerging ?eld provides several opportunities for this type of data analysis to be implemented. This review provides a deep understanding on the various anomaly detection techniques being applied to IoT data. Finally the current challenges being faced in the IoT domain while detecting anomalies have been summarized to showcase the potential research opportunities for the future.

ABSTRACT Virechana Karma is the second procedure in Panchakarma which is considered as the best therapy to pacify pitta dosha. It is not only beneficial in adult but also in pediatric age group. There are many references that advocate Virechana therapy in children, like in case of eight types of pidika in children in Kashyapa Samhita, susnigdha Virechana has been mentioned. In fakka roga treatment shodhana (Virechana) with trivrita kshir (milk processed with operculina turpithum) is advised. Many other references are also available that indicated benefits of Virechana karma in children. It purifies Rasa-Raktadi dhatu, produces alertness in sensory system (Indriyas). Main indications of Virechana karma in children are Mandagni, Vishamagni, Arochaka, Avipaka, Gulma, Udavarta, Udara roga, pleeha, Pakvvashaya Ruja, Alsaka, Vibandha, Anaha, Chhardi, Krimikostha, Visarpa, Galaganda, Granthi, Apachi, Visphotak, Shwitra, Halimaka, Kamla, Pandu, Shwasa, Kasa etc. The commonly used Virechana drugs (therapeutic purgative) and virechanopaga (purgative associate) medicines in children are Draksha, Trivrita, Haritaki, Aragvadha, Ksheera, Triphala, Gandharva Taila. In pediatric age group there is predominance of Kapha in the body. Virechana karma occurs properly in the condition of manda (mild) kapha so there is need to treat kapha before performing Virechana in children. Virechana drugs in children should be palatable and generally mridu (mild) Virechana should be preferred.

Amylases are crucial enzymes which hydrolyze internal glycosidic linkages in starch and produce as primary products dextrins and oligosaccharides. Amylases are classified into ?-amylase, ?-amylase, and glucoamylase based on their three-dimensional structures, reaction mechanisms, and amino acid sequences. Amylases have innumerable applications in clinical, medical, and analytical chemistries as well as in food, detergent, textile, brewing, and distilling industries. Amylases can be produced from plants, animals, and microbial sources. Due to the advantages in microbial production, it meets commercial needs. The pervasive nature, easy production, and wide range of applications make amylase an industrially pivotal enzyme. Microorganisms are the most important sources for enzyme production. For production of enzymes for industrial use, isolation and characterization of new promising strains using cheap carbon and nitrogen source is a continuous process. Due to their biochemical diversity and the ease with which enzyme concentrations may be increased by environmental and genetic manipulation, attempts are now being made to replace enzymes, which traditionally have been isolated from complex eukaryotes. Starch degrading Amylolytic enzymes are most important in the biotechnology industries with huge application in food, fermentation, textile and paper. Amylases are obtained from various origins like plant, animal, bacterial and fungal.

ABSTRACT Introduction- The prenatal period is often accompanied by maternal mental distress associated with pregnancy itself. Pregnant women are often concern about foetal health and the outcome of childbirth. Besides the anxiety resulted from pregnancy, there are several other risk factors associated with the high anxiety prevalence during pregnancy. Pregnant women also face some special challenges due to the responsibility of caring for other children and family members. On the other hand, the need to receive regular care from maternity services increases the risk of exposure to infection with viruses in this population group coronavirus pandemic cause stress and anxiety among pregnant women in different parts of the world. Methodology- A total of 60 antenatal women of age between 21 to 35 years were selected by using purposive sampling technique. The research design used for the study was non experimental. The data was collected by using Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale. The data analysis was done using the descriptive and inferential analysis. Result- The result shows that 36.6% of them were in the age group of 21-25 years, 46.6% were in the age group of 26-30 years and 16.6% of them were in the age group of 31-35 years. 65% of them are Hindu, 30% of them are Muslims, and 5% of them are Christians and no one from others. 15% of them having no formal education, 33.3% of them having primary education, 30% of them having secondary education and 21.6% are Graduate. 81.6% of them are housewife, 18.3% of them are employed and no one of them are self-employed. 70% of them are having nuclear family, 30% of them are having joint family and no one of them are having extended family. 50% of them are vegetarian, 21.6% of them are Eggetarian and 28.3% of them are Non-Vegetarian. 41.6% of them are Primi Gravid and then 58.3% of them are Multi Gravid. 30% of them are in their first trimester, 40% of them are in their second trimester and 30% of them are in their third trimester. 58.3% of them get information from Television/Radio, 20% of them get information from the Newspaper, no one of them get any kind of information from the Magazine and 21.6% of them get information through the Health Workers. the majority 34(56.6%) of antenatal women had moderate anxiety level and then 23(38.3%) antenatal women had mild anxiety level, 3(05%) of antenatal women had severe anxiety level. Overall subjects showing mean 16.53. The data depicts that the antenatal women had moderate anxiety level regarding covid-19 infection. the demographic variables are such as Age, Religion, Education, Occupation, Type of Family, Food Habits, Type of Parity, Duration of Pregnancy and Source of Information calculated chi-square value was less than the table value and P > 0.05 hence there was no significant association between anxiety score and selected demographic variables at 0.05 level of significance. Thus, the research hypothesis was rejected. Conclusion- The study shows that 38.3 % antenatal women were having mild anxiety level, 56.6% antenatal women were having moderate anxiety level and 5% antenatal women were having severe anxiety level.
